Abstract

本发明提供了一种内窥镜综合诊疗***，包括主机机壳以及安装在主机机壳上的内窥镜摄像模块、医用冷光源、气腹机、内窥镜冲洗吸引器、监视器和触摸屏控制板；采用***功能组合方式将各设备组合安装，并统一由触摸屏控制板进行操作控制，有效简化了操作流程，实现了内窥镜检查或手术的一站式操作，方便使用。

本发明涉及诊疗***领域，具体涉及一种内窥镜综合诊疗***。
背景技术
内窥镜微创手术是将内窥镜由体外经过人体自然腔道或小切口送入体内，从而对体内疾病进行检查，可以直接观察到脏器内腔病变，确定其部位、范围，并可进行照相、活检或刷片，有效提高了病患部位的诊断准确率。内窥镜微创手术经常会用到内窥镜摄像机、医用冷光源、内窥镜气腹机等多种设备，各设备之间相对独立，导致操作繁琐且不方便搬运、接线。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种内窥镜综合诊疗***。
一种内窥镜综合诊疗***，包括主机机壳以及安装在主机机壳上的内窥镜摄像模块、医用冷光源、气腹机、内窥镜冲洗吸引器、监视器和触摸屏控制板；
所述内窥镜摄像模块用于接收内窥镜获取到的图像信息，并对图像进行编辑、存储及处理；
所述医用冷光源用于为内窥镜观察人体体腔的视场区域提供观察照明；
所述气腹机用于在内窥镜诊断和治疗时建立、维持气腹，以保持内窥镜观察的视场空间；
所述内窥镜冲洗吸引器用于将内窥镜手术中出现的血液或异物吸出体外，以保证观察的视场区域不受到血液或异物的阻挡；
所述监视器与所述内窥镜摄像模块电连接，用于显示内窥镜摄像模块捕捉到的视频图像；
所述触摸屏控制板用于对上述各功能模块进行控制。
优选的，所述内窥镜摄像模块包括内窥镜、摄像头以及内窥镜摄像机；所述内窥镜摄像机内置电脑影像工作站，所述摄像头通过信号电缆与所述内窥镜摄像机连接，所述内窥镜经光学卡口与所述摄像头连接，所述医用冷光源通过导光光缆与所述内窥镜的接入口连接。
优选的，所述主机机壳上设有与所述内窥镜摄像机连接的打印机。
优选的，所述主机机壳上通过安装支架安装有与所述内窥镜摄像机连接的操作键盘。
优选的，所述触摸屏控制板通过活动支架吊装在所述主机机壳上。
优选的，所述气腹机上连接有送气导管。
优选的，所述内窥镜冲洗吸引器上连接有清洗导管。
本发明的有益效果是：1、采用***功能组合方式将各设备组合安装，并统一由触摸屏控制板进行操作控制，有效简化了操作流程，实现了内窥镜检查或手术的一站式操作，方便使用；2、采用内置式电脑影像工作站，便于对患者信息进行储存、编辑及打印。

一种内窥镜综合诊疗***，如图1所示，包括主机机壳1以及安装在主机机壳1上的内窥镜摄像模块、医用冷光源2、气腹机3、内窥镜冲洗吸引器4、监视器5和触摸屏控制板6。
内窥镜摄像模块包括内窥镜7、摄像头8以及内窥镜摄像机9。摄像头8通过信号电缆10与内窥镜摄像机9连接，内窥镜7经光学卡口与摄像头8连接，从而捕捉体内组织反射光线形成图像。内窥镜摄像机9内置电脑影像工作站，主机机壳1上设有与内窥镜摄像机9连接的打印机11。操作键盘12通过安装支架13安装在主机机壳1上，并同样与内窥镜摄像机9连接，能够对图像及患者信息进行编辑、打印等。内窥镜摄像机9具有图像处理、图像储存、图像编辑、打印等影像工作站功能，便于对患者信息进行储存、编辑及打印。
医用冷光源2通过导光光缆14与内窥镜7的接入口连接，能为内窥镜7观察人体体腔的视场区域提供观察用照明。
气腹机3上连接有送气导管15，用于在内窥镜7诊断和治疗时建立、维持气腹，以保持内窥镜7观察的视场空间。
内窥镜冲洗吸引器4上连接有清洗导管16，能通过蠕动泵产生负压，从而将内窥镜手术中出现的血液或异物吸出体外，保证内窥镜7观察的视场区域不受到血液或异物的阻挡。
监视器5与内窥镜摄像机9电连接，用于显示内窥镜摄像模块捕捉到的视频图像。
触摸屏控制板6通过活动支架17吊装在主机机壳1上，能够灵活拉动，便于操作，只需在触摸屏上滑动、触按就能够对上述各功能模块进行控制。
本发明采用***功能组合方式将各设备组合安装，并统一由触摸屏控制板6进行操作控制，有效简化了操作流程，实现了内窥镜检查或手术的一站式操作，方便使用。

1.一种内窥镜综合诊疗***，其特征在于：包括主机机壳以及安装在主机机壳上的内窥镜摄像模块、医用冷光源、气腹机、内窥镜冲洗吸引器、监视器和触摸屏控制板；
所述内窥镜摄像模块用于接收内窥镜获取到的图像信息，并对图像进行编辑、存储及处理；
所述医用冷光源用于为内窥镜观察人体体腔的视场区域提供观察照明；
所述气腹机用于在内窥镜诊断和治疗时建立、维持气腹，以保持内窥镜观察的视场空间；
所述内窥镜冲洗吸引器用于将内窥镜手术中出现的血液或异物吸出体外，以保证观察的视场区域不受到血液或异物的阻挡；
所述监视器与所述内窥镜摄像模块电连接，用于显示内窥镜摄像模块捕捉到的视频图像；
所述触摸屏控制板用于对上述各功能模块进行控制。
