A fishing device as claimed in claim, wherein the fishing process is accomplished by connecting a net (i.e. a topnet), a fishing net (ground net) and a seine with the surrounding materials through a central shaft fixed on a base, when the fishing device is put in, the base is fixed on the water bottom (or in a certain position in the water), the central shaft tightly connected with the fishing device has a certain height, the proper height can be selected respectively, four symmetrical support rods are arranged at the upper end of the central shaft and correspondingly connected with support points at four corners of the ground net, two adjacent support rods and the surrounding materials of the ground net at the opposite sides form a triangle, the fishing device has fixity, the four corners of the seine are connected with the four surrounding materials into a whole, four floating balls are arranged at the four corners of the four floating balls and correspondingly connected with the four corners of the ground net to have the same height as the central shaft, when no fish is caught, the surrounding materials on the seine press the water bottom of the seine into the water bottom, can be taken out of the net to collect fish.

The automatic closing and alarming device for the fishing device after fishing is characterized in that the fishing device is automatically closed and alarmed; after fishing, pulling the mouth line, which has a fishing line on it, and four strands of knots, passing the fishing line through a small hole on the lower part of the middle ball of the skynet (i.e. the ball on the upper part of the centre shaft), and then passing the four strands of lines through a small hanging ring on the bottom of the four balls of the skynet, turning the body downwards, and firmly fixing the fishing line ends on the four corners of the skynet, so that after fishing, pulling the mouth line, the fishing line is forced to rise with the skynet, when the fishing line rises to coincide with the skynet, the fishing line is closed automatically, the length of the fishing line can be taken as the height of the centre shaft plus the distance from the centre shaft to the four corners of the skynet, if the lines are further knotted with the knots of the mouth line and the fishing line, the five ends are tied at the place, the fishing line is firmly tied along the main line above the centre shaft along the distance higher than the main line, and is clamped by a clamp capable of sliding along the main line, the clamping force can drive the bell to make the sound, the line slides, fish can be observed, and the line can be properly long, so that if the line is pulled, the line can slide on the main line rope, and any other operation is not influenced.
