Taking a health event as an example of a vaccination event, in a vaccination site, if a to-be-vaccinated person cancels vaccination and is ready to withdraw from the vaccination site, if the to-be-vaccinated person does not submit a non-vaccination reason, the access control system does not allow the to-be-vaccinated person to withdraw, and only after the to-be-vaccinated person submits the non-vaccination reason, the access control system allows the to-be-vaccinated person to withdraw from the vaccination site.
In addition, the second terminal can display the release information code after receiving the release information code; the access control system can scan the release information code displayed by the second terminal and send the release information code to the management platform; and the management platform controls the access control system to allow the target object to pass under the condition of receiving the release information code sent by the access control system.
In this embodiment, when event cancellation information corresponding to a target object transmitted by a second terminal is received, a release information code is transmitted to the second terminal; and under the condition of receiving the passing information code sent by the access control system, controlling the access control system to allow the target object to pass. Therefore, under the condition that the target object submits the reason for canceling the event, the non-inoculated target object is allowed to leave the site for executing the health event, and the orderly management of the execution of the health event is facilitated.
Optionally, sending the release information code to the second terminal includes:
displaying event cancellation information corresponding to the target object;
and transmitting a release information code to the second terminal in case of receiving the confirmation message of the event cancellation information.
The event cancellation information corresponding to the target object can be displayed on a display interface of the management platform, and the health expert can confirm the event cancellation information on the display interface of the management platform. The display interface of the management platform can be a WEB page. Taking a health event as a vaccination event as an example, the event cancellation information may be non-vaccination information, and a health expert may confirm the non-vaccination reason in the non-vaccination information, so as to prevent a person to be vaccinated from missing the vaccination of this time due to wrong cognition on the vaccination.
In this embodiment, event cancellation information corresponding to the target object is displayed; and transmitting a release information code to the second terminal in case of receiving the confirmation message of the event cancellation information. In this way, only in the case that the reason for canceling the event submitted by the target object is confirmed to be correct, the non-inoculated target object is allowed to leave the site for executing the health event, and the orderly management of the execution of the health event is further facilitated.
Optionally, after receiving the sign-in success information of the target object sent by the first terminal, the information management method further includes:
acquiring health state information of a target object;
and if the health state information of the target object indicates that the target object does not accord with the execution condition of the health event, sending prompt information to the first terminal, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting that the target object does not accord with the condition of executing the health event.
The health state information of the target object is obtained, and may be the health state information represented by the health information code of the target object; and/or acquiring health state information represented by medical records of the target object in a hospital information system; and/or obtaining health state information of the travel track representation of the target object, and the like. The management platform sends prompt information to the first terminal, so that the first terminal can prompt the health state information of the target object by voice or output text, and the health state information does not accord with the condition for executing the health event.
Taking the health event as the vaccination event as an example, the health status information of the target object indicates that the target object is not compliant with the execution condition of the health event, and may be that the health status information of the target object indicates that the target object is not compliant with the vaccination condition. When the health information code of the person to be vaccinated is a yellow code or a red code, the target object is considered not to meet the condition of vaccination; when diseases which are not suitable for vaccination exist in the medical history of the target object, the target object is considered not to be in accordance with the vaccination condition; when the route of the target object represents that the target object has the infection risk, the target object is considered not to be in accordance with the condition of vaccination, so that the target object is prevented from infecting other persons to be vaccinated, and the propagation risk is increased. The travel track of the target object represents that the target object has an infection risk, and the target object passes through a high-risk area infected by virus recently, or the target object enters a city where a vaccination point is located for not reaching a preset number of days.
In this embodiment, health status information of the target object is obtained; and if the health state information of the target object indicates that the target object is not in accordance with the execution condition of the health event, sending prompt information to the first terminal. Therefore, when the target object is not in accordance with the execution condition of the health event, the target object can be reminded in time, and the execution effect of the health event execution can be improved.
Optionally, the health event is a vaccination event, and after receiving the sign-in success information of the target object sent by the first terminal, the information management method further includes:
under the condition that the target object is vaccinated, acquiring a reagent code corresponding to the vaccine vaccinated by the target object;
and associating the reagent code with the sign-in success information.
Wherein, the reagent code can carry the vaccine type information and the vaccine source information of the vaccine. And correlating the reagent code with the sign-in success information so as to track the vaccination condition of the person to be vaccinated.
In this embodiment, the health event is a vaccination event, and in the case that the target object has been vaccinated, a reagent code corresponding to a vaccine vaccinated by the target object is obtained; and associating the reagent code with the sign-in success information. Therefore, the situation of the target object for vaccination can be well tracked, and the actual completion situation of vaccination at each vaccination point can be accurately mastered when large-scale vaccination is carried out.
Optionally, the sign-in success information is determined based on a reservation information code displayed on the second terminal scanned by the first terminal; or,
the check-in success information is determined based on reservation information of the target object input at the first terminal.
The first terminal may scan the reservation information code displayed on the second terminal to obtain reservation information corresponding to the reservation information code, where the reservation information may include reservation time, a reservation location, and identity information of the target object. The first terminal can check whether the reservation information code accords with a preset rule, determine whether the reservation location is consistent with the position of the first terminal and the reservation time is consistent with the current time, and generate the sign-in success information under the conditions that the reservation information code accords with the preset rule, the reservation location is consistent with the position of the first terminal and the reservation time is consistent with the current time. The reserved time is consistent with the current time, and the current time can be within the range of the reserved time. Under the condition that the target object carries the second terminal, the first terminal can scan the reservation information code displayed on the second terminal and determine the successful sign-in information; under the condition that the target object does not carry the second terminal, the target object can input reservation information of the target object at the first terminal and determine successful sign-in information.
Taking a health event as an example of a vaccination event, if a person to be vaccinated carries a mobile phone, a reservation information code displayed on the mobile phone of the person to be vaccinated can be scanned by IDA equipment to generate sign-in success information; if the person to be vaccinated does not carry the mobile phone, for example, the person who is not vaccinated is a crowd such as old people or children who do not use the mobile phone frequently, the reservation information can be input through the IDA equipment to generate the information of successful sign-in.
In the embodiment, the sign-in success information is determined based on the reservation information code displayed on the second terminal scanned by the first terminal; alternatively, the check-in success information is determined based on reservation information of the target object input at the first terminal. Therefore, when the target object carries the second terminal, the second terminal can be adopted for signing in; when the target object does not carry the second terminal, the first terminal can be adopted for signing in, more scenes can be suitable, and the flexibility is high.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of another information management method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method is applied to a terminal, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step 201, scanning the event cancellation information code, acquiring an event execution place carried in the event cancellation information code, and displaying a display interface corresponding to the event cancellation information code;
202, acquiring identity information of a target object, and receiving an event cancellation reason input by the target object on a display interface corresponding to an event cancellation information code;
step 203, generating event cancellation information based on the event cancellation reason, the identity information of the target object and the event execution place;
and step 204, sending event cancellation information to the management platform.
The terminal may be a first terminal or a second terminal.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, an event cancellation information code is scanned, an event execution place carried in the event cancellation information code is obtained, and a display interface corresponding to the event cancellation information code is displayed; acquiring identity information of a target object, and receiving an event cancellation reason input by the target object on a display interface corresponding to an event cancellation information code; generating event cancellation information based on the event cancellation reason, the identity information of the target object and the event execution place; and sending the event cancellation information to the management platform. Therefore, in the process of executing the health event, the event cancellation reason can be submitted through the terminal, and the event cancellation information is managed through the management platform, so that the execution efficiency of the health event can be improved; and according to the event canceling information of the target object, the fine management of the health event execution can be realized.
It should be noted that, this embodiment is used as an implementation of the terminal corresponding to the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and specific implementations thereof may refer to relevant descriptions of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, so that, in order to avoid repeated descriptions, the embodiment is not described again, and the same beneficial effects may also be achieved.
The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an information management method applied to a management platform, where the method includes:
receiving sign-in success information of a to-be-vaccinated person, which is sent by a first terminal, wherein the sign-in success information is used for representing that the to-be-vaccinated person is allowed to carry out vaccination;
and under the condition that the non-inoculation information corresponding to the to-be-inoculated person is received, correlating the non-inoculation information corresponding to the to-be-inoculated person with the sign-in success information, wherein the non-inoculation information comprises a non-inoculation reason and identity information of the to-be-inoculated person, and the non-inoculation reason is a reason for canceling the vaccination.
Optionally, before associating the non-inoculation information corresponding to the to-be-inoculated person with the check-in success information, the method further includes:
receiving non-inoculation information corresponding to the to-be-inoculated person sent by the first terminal or the second terminal;
the non-inoculation information is generated by the first terminal or the second terminal based on the acquired identity information of the to-be-inoculated person, a vaccination point obtained by scanning a non-inoculation information code, and a non-inoculation reason input by the to-be-inoculated person on a display interface corresponding to the non-inoculation information code.
Optionally, the method further includes:
under the condition of receiving the non-inoculated information corresponding to the to-be-inoculated person, sending a release information code to the second terminal;
and under the condition of receiving the release information code sent by the access control system, controlling the access control system to allow the person to be inoculated to pass.
Optionally, the sending the release information code to the second terminal includes:
displaying non-inoculated information corresponding to the to-be-inoculated person;
and sending a release information code to the second terminal under the condition of receiving the confirmation message of the non-inoculated information.
Optionally, after receiving the information of successful check-in of the to-be-vaccinated person sent by the first terminal, the method further includes:
acquiring health state information of the person to be inoculated;
and if the health state information of the to-be-vaccinated person indicates that the to-be-vaccinated person does not accord with the vaccination condition, sending prompt information to the first terminal, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting that the to-be-vaccinated person does not accord with the vaccination condition.
Optionally, after receiving the information of successful check-in of the to-be-vaccinated person sent by the first terminal, the method further includes:
under the condition that the to-be-vaccinated person carries out vaccination, acquiring a reagent code corresponding to the vaccine vaccinated by the to-be-vaccinated person;
and associating the reagent code with the check-in success information.
Optionally, the sign-in success information is determined based on a subscription information code displayed on a second terminal scanned by the first terminal; or,
the check-in success information is determined based on reservation information of the person to be vaccinated input at the first terminal.
The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an information management method, which is applied to a terminal, and the method includes:
scanning the non-inoculated information code, acquiring a vaccination point carried in the non-inoculated information code, and displaying a display interface corresponding to the non-inoculated information code;
acquiring identity information of a person to be inoculated, and receiving an unvaccinated reason input by the person to be inoculated on a display interface corresponding to the unvaccinated information code;
generating non-vaccination information based on the non-vaccination reason, the identity information of the person to be vaccinated and the vaccination point;
and sending the non-inoculation information to a management platform.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a management platform according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 3, the management platform 300 includes:
a first receiving module 301, configured to receive sign-in success information of a target object sent by a first terminal, where the sign-in success information is used to represent that the target object is allowed to execute a health event;
the first associating module 302 is configured to associate, when event cancellation information corresponding to the target object is received, the event cancellation information corresponding to the target object with the sign-in success information, where the event cancellation information includes an event cancellation reason and identity information of the target object, and the event cancellation reason is a reason for canceling execution of the health event.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the management platform 300 further includes:
a second receiving module 303, configured to receive event cancellation information corresponding to a target object sent by a target terminal;
the target terminal comprises a first terminal or a second terminal, the event cancellation information is generated by the target terminal based on the acquired identity information of the target object, the event execution place and the event cancellation reason, the event execution place is obtained according to the event cancellation information code scanned by the target terminal, and the event cancellation reason is obtained according to the input of the target object received by the target terminal on the display interface corresponding to the event cancellation information code.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the management platform 300 further includes:
a first sending module 304, configured to send a release information code to the second terminal when receiving event cancellation information corresponding to the target object sent by the second terminal;
and the control module 305 is used for controlling the access control system to allow the target object to pass under the condition of receiving the release information code sent by the access control system.
Optionally, the first sending module 304 is specifically configured to:
under the condition that the event cancellation information corresponding to the target object sent by the second terminal is received, displaying the event cancellation information corresponding to the target object;
and transmitting a release information code to the second terminal in case of receiving the confirmation message of the event cancellation information.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, the management platform 300 further includes:
a first obtaining module 306, configured to obtain health status information of a target object;
a second sending module 307, configured to send a prompt message to the first terminal if the health status information of the target object indicates that the target object does not meet the execution condition of the health event, where the prompt message is used to prompt that the target object does not meet the condition of executing the health event.
Optionally, the health event is a vaccination event, as shown in fig. 7, the management platform 300 further includes:
a second obtaining module 308, configured to obtain, when the target object has been vaccinated, a reagent code corresponding to a vaccine vaccinated by the target object;
a second associating module 309 for associating the reagent code with the check-in success information.
Optionally, the sign-in success information is determined based on a reservation information code displayed on the second terminal scanned by the first terminal; or,
the check-in success information is determined based on reservation information of the target object input at the first terminal.
The management platform can implement each process implemented in the method embodiment of fig. 1, and is not described here again to avoid repetition.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 8, the terminal 400 includes:
the display module 401 is configured to scan the event cancellation information code, obtain an event execution location carried in the event cancellation information code, and display a display interface corresponding to the event cancellation information code;
a receiving module 402, configured to obtain identity information of a target object, and receive an event cancellation reason input by the target object on a display interface corresponding to an event cancellation information code;
a generating module 403, configured to generate event cancellation information based on the event cancellation reason, the identity information of the target object, and the event execution location;
a sending module 404, configured to send the event cancellation information to the management platform.
The terminal can implement each process implemented in the method embodiment of fig. 2, and is not described here again to avoid repetition.
As shown in fig. 9, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a management platform 500, including: the memory 502, the processor 501, and the program stored in the memory 502 and capable of running on the processor 501, when executed by the processor 501, implement each process of the embodiment of the information management method applied to the management platform, and can achieve the same technical effect, and are not described herein again to avoid repetition.
As shown in fig. 10, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a terminal 600, including: the memory 602, the processor 601, and the program stored in the memory 602 and capable of running on the processor 601, when executed by the processor 601, implement the processes of the above-mentioned embodiment of the information management method applied to the terminal, and can achieve the same technical effects, and in order to avoid repetition, the details are not repeated here.
The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements the processes of the information management method embodiment applied to the management platform, or when the computer program is executed by the processor, the computer program implements the processes of the information management method embodiment applied to the terminal, and the same technical effects can be achieved, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here. The computer-readable storage medium may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Claims (12)

1. An information management method is applied to a management platform, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving sign-in success information of a target object sent by a first terminal, wherein the sign-in success information is used for representing that the target object is allowed to execute a health event;
and under the condition that event cancellation information corresponding to the target object is received, associating the event cancellation information corresponding to the target object with the sign-in success information, wherein the event cancellation information comprises an event cancellation reason and identity information of the target object, and the event cancellation reason is the reason for canceling execution of the health event.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before associating the event cancellation information corresponding to the target object with the check-in success information, the method further comprises:
receiving event cancellation information corresponding to the target object sent by a target terminal;
the target terminal comprises the first terminal or the second terminal, the event cancellation information is generated by the target terminal based on the acquired identity information of the target object, an event execution place and an event cancellation reason, the event execution place is obtained according to an event cancellation information code scanned by the target terminal, and the event cancellation reason is obtained according to the input of the target object received by the target terminal on a display interface corresponding to the event cancellation information code.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
under the condition that event cancellation information corresponding to the target object and sent by a second terminal is received, a release information code is sent to the second terminal;
and under the condition of receiving the release information code sent by the access control system, controlling the access control system to allow the target object to pass.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the sending a release information code to the second terminal comprises:
displaying event cancellation information corresponding to the target object;
and sending a release information code to the second terminal under the condition of receiving the confirmation message of the event cancellation information.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein after receiving the information of successful check-in of the target object sent by the first terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring health state information of the target object;
and if the health state information of the target object indicates that the target object does not accord with the execution condition of the health event, sending prompt information to the first terminal, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting that the target object does not accord with the execution condition of the health event.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the health event is a vaccination event, and after receiving the check-in success information of the target object sent by the first terminal, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the target object is vaccinated, acquiring a reagent code corresponding to the vaccine vaccinated by the target object;
and associating the reagent code with the check-in success information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the check-in success information is determined based on a subscription information code displayed on the second terminal scanned by the first terminal; or,
the check-in success information is determined based on reservation information of the target object input at the first terminal.
8. An information management method applied to a terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
scanning an event cancellation information code, acquiring an event execution place carried in the event cancellation information code, and displaying a display interface corresponding to the event cancellation information code;
acquiring identity information of a target object, and receiving an event cancellation reason input by the target object on a display interface corresponding to the event cancellation information code;
generating event cancellation information based on the event cancellation reason, the identity information of the target object and the event execution place;
and sending the event cancellation information to a management platform.
9. A management platform, comprising:
the system comprises a first receiving module, a second receiving module and a processing module, wherein the first receiving module is used for receiving sign-in success information of a target object sent by a first terminal, and the sign-in success information is used for representing that the target object is allowed to execute a health event;
the first association module is configured to associate, when event cancellation information corresponding to the target object is received, the event cancellation information corresponding to the target object with the check-in success information, where the event cancellation information includes an event cancellation reason and identity information of the target object, and the event cancellation reason is a reason for canceling execution of the health event.
10. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises:
the display module is used for scanning the event cancellation information code, acquiring an event execution place carried in the event cancellation information code, and displaying a display interface corresponding to the event cancellation information code;
the receiving module is used for acquiring the identity information of the target object and receiving an event cancellation reason input by the target object on a display interface corresponding to the event cancellation information code;
the generation module is used for generating event cancellation information based on the event cancellation reason, the identity information of the target object and the event execution place;
and the sending module is used for sending the event canceling information to the management platform.
11. A management platform, comprising: memory, processor and program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor implements the steps in the information management method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
12. A terminal, comprising: memory, processor and program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor implements the steps in the information management method of claim 8.
