Abstract
The invention provides a concrete pumping and stirring system and pumping equipment, which comprise a pumping and stirring system used during pumping work, wherein the pumping and stirring system comprises a hydraulic oil tank, a first hydraulic pump, a stirring valve, a stirring motor and a stirring mechanism, and is characterized by further comprising an electric stirring driving mechanism consisting of a switch relay, a power battery, an inverter, a motor and a second hydraulic pump, wherein the power battery is connected with the motor through the inverter, and a connecting lead between the power battery and the inverter is provided with the switch relay. The motor is connected with a second hydraulic pump, and the output end of the second hydraulic pump is connected to the input end of the stirring valve. When the pumping equipment waits for materials, the chassis is flamed out, and stirring power is provided through the additionally arranged electric stirring driving mechanism, so that the oil consumption of the equipment in the waiting stage is reduced, and the aim of saving energy is fulfilled.

referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of a concrete pumping and stirring system according to the present invention includes a pumping and stirring system used during pumping work, where the pumping and stirring system includes a hydraulic oil tank 6, a first hydraulic pump 7, a stirring valve 12, a stirring motor 13, and a stirring mechanism 14. The output end of the first hydraulic pump 7 is connected to the input end of the stirring valve 12, the stirring valve 12 is communicated with the stirring motor 13, the stirring motor 13 is connected with the stirring mechanism 14, and the output oil path of the stirring motor 13 is communicated with the hydraulic oil tank 6. The electric stirring device is characterized by further comprising an electric stirring driving mechanism consisting of a switch relay 1, a power battery 2, an inverter 3, a motor 4 and a second hydraulic pump 5, wherein the power battery 2 is connected with the motor 4 through the inverter 3, and a switch relay 1 is arranged on a connecting lead between the power battery 2 and the inverter. During the use, before concrete pump truck (or vehicle pump, wet blasting machine) began to go to the building site, earlier through external electricity of inserting charge interface with power battery 2 full charge, switch relay 1 is in the off-state. After the concrete is delivered to a construction site, when the pumping equipment pumps the concrete, the stirring mechanism 14 is powered by the chassis engine, the first hydraulic pump 7 mounted on the transfer case is driven to provide pressure oil through the transfer case, and the stirring motor 13 is driven to rotate, so that the stirring mechanism 14 is driven to work. Due to the presence of the first check valve 10, the pressure oil does not enter the second hydraulic pump 5.
When the pump is stopped and materials are to be mixed, the chassis is flamed out, the switch relay 1 is switched on, the power battery 2 supplies power to the motor 4 through the inverter 3, the motor 4 starts to work, the second hydraulic pump 5 is driven to pump out pressure oil, the stirring motor 13 is driven to rotate through the stirring valve 12, and therefore the stirring mechanism 14 is driven to work. Due to the existence of the second check valve 11, the pressure oil cannot enter the first hydraulic pump 7, and the pressure oil path during pumping work and the pressure oil path during the material waiting stage cannot influence each other. It can be seen that even when the pump is stopped, the second hydraulic pump 5 supplies the pressure oil to drive the stirring motor 13, but the second hydraulic pump 5 is driven by the electric motor 4, so that the problem of insufficient torque does not occur.
When the concrete pump truck (or vehicle-mounted pump, wet blasting machine) pumps concrete, the first hydraulic pump 7 also provides pressure oil for the hydraulic motor 8 at the same time, the hydraulic motor 8 drives the generator 9 to work, the electric energy generated by the generator 9 charges the power battery 2 through the inverter 3 with the charging management function, and the electric energy consumption caused by the working of the electric motor 4 under the material extinguishing and other states can be partially compensated.
In addition, because the power battery 2 has the function of plug-in charging, most of the sites have power supplies, and the power battery 2 can be charged, so that the power battery 2 is ensured to have sufficient electric energy.

6. The concrete pumping mixing system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the power battery has an external plug-in electric charging interface.
7. The concrete pumping mixing system of claim 3, wherein the power battery has an external plug-in electrical charging interface.
8. The concrete pumping mixing system of claim 5, wherein the power battery has an external plug-in electrical charging interface.
9. A pumping apparatus comprising a mixing system, wherein the mixing system is a concrete pumping mixing system according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The pumping apparatus of claim 9, wherein the pumping apparatus comprises a concrete pump truck, a vehicular pump, and a wet jet.
