However, as our country pay more and more attention to environmental protection, a single biological treatment technology cannot meet the environmental protection requirement, and most of the treated objects are low-concentration substances and easily biodegradable VOCs, and the problem to be solved in the practical engineering is still urgent for the treatment of high-concentration and difficultly degradable VOCs. Meanwhile, the mass transfer of gas and liquid, working conditions and environment, biochemical degradation and other influencing factors are involved, the practical application is not deep enough, and a plurality of aspects still need deep research.
Under the current serious atmospheric pollution condition, a more efficient treatment way for VOCs needs to be explored.
Disclosure of Invention

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: it comprises a bioreactor, an absorption tower, an ultrasonic atomizer and a spraying device;
the absorption tower comprises a tower body, an exhaust pipe arranged at the upper part of the tower body and an air inlet pipe arranged at the lower part of the tower body, wherein the bottom of the tower body is communicated with the bioreactor;
the spraying device comprises a water pump arranged in the bioreactor and a spraying head arranged at the top of the tower body and communicated with the water pump;
the ultrasonic atomizer is connected with the lower part of the tower body.
Furthermore, a grid net and a plurality of packing layers are arranged in the tower body of the absorption tower, and the packing layers are positioned below the grid net.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the waste gas to be treated is introduced from the air inlet pipe of the tower body, VOCs gas is collected by fog drops generated by the ultrasonic atomizer, and then flows from bottom to top in the tower body. And then a water pump is started, the washing liquid is sprayed from top to bottom in the tower body, the gas at the bottom ascends, the liquid at the top descends, and the gas and the liquid are in countercurrent contact to carry out secondary absorption on the VOCs. And discharging the treated VOCs waste gas through an exhaust pipe.
The invention sets ultrasonic atomization surfactant for strengthening absorption, and gas-liquid contact is formed by gaseous pollutants and fog drops generated by ultrasonic waves, so that the absorption of VOCs gas is further strengthened. The invention combines the bioreactor, the ultrasonic atomizer 3 and the tower body 2, when in use, the biochemical reaction is carried out in the absorption tower in advance, which greatly strengthens the absorption and degradation effect and improves the treatment capacity of the device.
The invention integrates the ultrasonic atomization surfactant and the biological washing multi-stage purification principle to purify pollutants in a synergistic manner, not only can overcome the problems of high treatment difficulty and unstable operation of high-concentration VOCs (particularly hydrophobic VOCs), but also can reduce mass transfer resistance, increase the contact area between gas and liquid, reduce degradation time, avoid secondary pollution, enhance treatment effect and improve purification efficiency.
The invention combines the bioreactor, the ultrasonic atomizer and the tower body, greatly enhances the absorption and degradation effect and improves the processing capacity of the device.

And by adding the surfactant in the ultrasonic device, the dissolution of hydrophobic substances in VOCs is promoted, the gas retention time and the contact area are increased, and the biochemical reaction is carried out in the absorption tower in advance. The invention integrates the ultrasonic atomization surfactant and the biological washing multi-stage purification principle to purify pollutants in a synergistic manner, can overcome the problems of high treatment difficulty, unstable operation and the like of high-concentration VOCs (particularly hydrophobic VOCs) on the basis of continuing the advantages of the traditional biological treatment technology, can reduce mass transfer resistance, increase the contact area between gas and liquid, reduce degradation time, has no secondary pollution, enhances the treatment effect, improves the purification efficiency and the like, and provides the device for purifying the biological purification waste gas of the high-concentration hydrophobic VOCs on the basis of high efficiency, safety and low energy consumption.
The invention improves the absorption and purification efficiency and the actual application range, adds the ultrasonic atomization technology on the basis of the bioreactor, and utilizes ultrasonic waves to atomize the surfactant into liquid drops to form cold mist, thereby realizing more effective reinforced absorption of gaseous pollutants and further improving the purification efficiency. Under the condition of serious atmospheric pollution at present, the device provides a new treatment way in the aspect of treating VOCs.
The method can meet the experimental requirements of biological purification of the VOCs developed by scientific research institutions, is used for researching the treatment potential and mechanism of the biological purification VOCs technology, and can provide a method for atmospheric pollution treatment for environmental protection departments.
