As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the isolating switch cabinet comprises a cabinet body 1, a disc mechanism 2 for operating an isolating switch and a crank arm 3 for operating a circuit breaker, wherein a first gear 4 is fixedly installed on a rotating shaft of the crank arm 3, the first gear 4 can be driven to synchronously rotate when the crank arm 3 is rotated, an intermediate shaft 5 which is parallel to the crank arm 3 and can rotate is installed on the cabinet body 1, a second gear 6 is fixedly installed on the intermediate shaft 5, the first gear 4 is meshed with the second gear 6, a third gear 7 which cannot rotate is installed on the intermediate shaft 5, the third gear 7 is in threaded fit with the intermediate shaft 5, the intermediate shaft 5 can axially move the third gear 7 when the intermediate shaft 5 rotates, a fourth gear 8 is coaxially fixed on the disc mechanism 2, and the third gear 7 can be meshed with or separated from the fourth gear 8 when the third gear 7 axially moves.
A sliding rod 9 parallel to the intermediate shaft 5 is fixed on the cabinet body 1, and the sliding rod 9 penetrates through the third gear 7, so that the third gear 7 cannot rotate along with the intermediate shaft 5.
The diameter of the first gear 4 is larger than that of the second gear 6, so that the first gear 4 can drive the second gear 6 and the intermediate shaft 5 to rotate more times within the rotation range of the crank arm 3, and the third gear 7 can be meshed with or separated from the fourth gear 8 sufficiently.
When the circuit breaker is in a closed state, the third gear 7 and the fourth gear 8 are in a meshed state, the third gear 7 cannot rotate, so that the fourth gear 8 and the disc mechanism 2 are also locked, the isolating switch cannot be operated, when the isolating switch needs to be operated, the crank arm 3 is firstly rotated to enable the circuit breaker to be switched to a circuit breaking state, the first gear 4 drives the second gear 6 and the intermediate shaft 5 to rotate when the crank arm 3 rotates, the intermediate shaft 5 rotates to push the third gear 7 to axially move through threads, and when the crank arm 3 rotates until the circuit breaker is completely disconnected, the third gear 7 is separated from the fourth gear 8, so that the fourth gear 8 is in locking contact, and the isolating switch can be operated.
When the crank arm 3 is rotated to close the circuit breaker, the first gear 4 drives the second gear 6 and the intermediate shaft 5 to rotate in opposite directions, and the third gear 7 moves axially to be meshed with the fourth gear 8 under the action of the threads, so that the fourth gear 8 and the disc mechanism 2 are locked again.
The invention provides a brand-new isolating and locking mechanism, which does not use an elastic piece, a flexible piece and a rod piece, can avoid functional faults caused by aging of the elastic piece, overcomes the instability of the flexible piece and the rod piece, and greatly improves the reliability and the durability of the mechanism.
