Abstract
The invention provides a special vehicle intelligent detection method based on video analysis; collecting video signals of the vehicle through a monitoring probe arranged at a monitoring point; the monitoring point encrypts the acquired video signals and uploads the encrypted video signals to a digital communication network for transmission; the encrypted vehicle image and the feature information are transmitted to a central monitoring center, and the encrypted vehicle running information is transmitted to a monitoring computer or a portable terminal; carrying out data interaction with a violation vehicle management computer in the central monitoring center according to the encrypted vehicle image and the encrypted characteristic information, and preferentially comparing the vehicle image and the characteristic information with a vehicle information server to determine whether the vehicle is a special vehicle; and carrying out sequencing processing according to the special vehicle type, the running state and the operation state information. As shown in fig. 1, the system structure adopted in the intelligent detection method for the special vehicle comprises a plurality of monitoring probes interactively connected with monitoring points, wherein the monitoring points are interactively connected with a digital communication network through data lines or/and wireless network transmission, and the digital communication network is respectively interactively connected with a central monitoring center, a monitoring computer or/and a portable terminal through a wireless network; the central monitoring center comprises a network switch interactively connected with the digital communication network, and a violation vehicle management computer, a vehicle information server and an information display screen which are interconnected with the network switch. And a traffic state display screen is also connected and arranged in the monitoring point and is interactively connected with the central monitoring center through the monitoring point and a digital communication network.

After comparison, the vehicle is displayed as not a special vehicle, and the vehicle image and the characteristic information are directly uploaded to a violation system; after comparison, the special vehicle is displayed, the state information of the special vehicle is imported into the information display screen to be displayed, and the passing vehicles are reminded of avoiding. The invention can also display the special vehicles in a grading way, and sorts the special vehicles of different classes according to the preset emergency level; for example, road inspection maintenance vehicles have a higher priority than environmental maintenance vehicles such as sprinklers, road sweepers, and the like.
