Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present application better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The application designs a comprehensive evaluation method suitable for cross-border e-commerce in a first aspect.
For convenience of understanding, please refer to fig. 1, in which fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method of the comprehensive evaluation method for cross-border e-commerce according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes:
step 101, obtaining the public information of the enterprise from a public information data source channel.
It can be understood that to comprehensively evaluate an enterprise, first, related information of the enterprise is obtained, and the information that can be obtained from the public channel at present includes: business license, stock right architecture, court execution, referee document, public opinion information, affiliated industry data, etc.
And 102, performing structured cleaning on the public information to obtain index data.
It should be noted that the above public information is difficult to directly evaluate, and therefore, the information needs to be structurally cleaned and converted into evaluable and quantifiable index data.
And 103, setting index weight for the index data, and calculating the credit score of the enterprise.
It can be understood that after the public information is converted into index data, corresponding index weights can be set for the warranty data according to needs, and then the index data is calculated according to the weights to obtain the credit score of the enterprise. For example, when credit scoring is performed, the weight of index data corresponding to court executions and referee documents is relatively high, the affiliated industry data is related to the industry scale and industry growth data of the enterprise, so the weight cannot be too low, and the influence of a business license and a stock right architecture on the credit of the enterprise is small, so the weight can be relatively low. Of course, this is merely an example of a weight assignment scheme that can be referred to, and a person skilled in the relevant art may adjust the weight assignment scheme according to actual needs, which is not limited.
And 104, acquiring the financial and newspaper information uploaded by the enterprise according to a preset format.
It is understood that the financial information includes cash flow tables, balance tables, profit tables, etc., and the current financial information of non-listed companies is non-public information, so it is necessary for enterprises to provide it.
And 105, performing asset assessment according to the financial report information to obtain a financial capacity index.
It can be understood that the financial information can show whether the enterprise operates normally, and the financial capacity index of the enterprise can be obtained through asset evaluation because the financial information in the application is obtained according to the preset format.
And 106, obtaining a comprehensive evaluation result according to the credit score and the financial ability index according to a preset evaluation standard.
It can be understood that, combining the credit scoring result and the financial ability index, the comprehensive evaluation result for the enterprise can be obtained according to the preset evaluation standard.
According to the comprehensive evaluation method applicable to the cross-border e-commerce, disclosed information of an enterprise is obtained from a disclosed information data source channel; structured cleaning is carried out on the public information to obtain index data; setting index weight for the index data, and calculating credit score of the enterprise; acquiring financial and newspaper information uploaded by an enterprise according to a preset format; performing asset assessment according to the financial information to obtain a financial capacity index; and obtaining a comprehensive evaluation result according to the credit score and the financial capacity index and according to a preset evaluation standard, realizing the automatic evaluation of enterprises or users on the cross-border e-commerce platform, and compared with the manual acquisition, processing, sorting and calculation in the prior art, realizing the automation of the evaluation and improving the evaluation efficiency and accuracy.
Further, before the step 106, the method further includes:
and 100, verifying the compliance of the enterprise according to the public information.
It can be understood that the compliance of the enterprise includes compliance management, performance ability and willingness, and the compliance of the enterprise is checked according to the information of the industry, the law, the public opinion and the like in the public information, so as to reduce the violation risk of the enterprise, and therefore, the compliance of the enterprise needs to be checked before the enterprise is comprehensively evaluated.
Specifically, the public information includes one or more of enterprise credit information, affiliated industry data and enterprise governance data.
It should be noted that the enterprise credit information may include court executions, referee documents, etc., and is mainly used for evaluating enterprise credit; the industry data comprises industry outline, industry scale, industry growth data and the like, and is used for evaluating the industry environment of the enterprise; enterprise governance data includes business licenses, equity architecture, etc. for assessing stability of the company. The data are public data of enterprises and can be used as data for calculating credit scores of the enterprises.
Further, step 105 specifically includes: and evaluating the asset liability condition, the repayment capacity, the profit capacity, the operation capacity and the growth capacity of the enterprise based on the financial report data to obtain a financial capacity index.
It should be noted that the financial capacity index may be displayed in a form of a multidimensional map, and the cash flow table, the asset liability table, and the profit table in the financial data are used to calculate the asset liability condition, the repayment capacity, the profitability, the operation capacity, and the growth capacity, respectively, so as to obtain the multidimensional map of the financial capacity index. Wherein the growth ability can be predicted by an AI algorithm.
