The term "storage medium" is intended to include: mounting media such as CD-ROM, floppy disk or tape devices; computer system memory or random access memory, such as DRAM, DDRRAM, SRAM, EDORAM, rambus (Rambus) RAM, etc.; nonvolatile memory such as flash memory, magnetic media (e.g., hard disk or optical storage); registers or other similar types of memory elements, etc. The storage medium may also include other types of memory or combinations thereof. In addition, the storage medium may be located in a first computer system in which the program is executed, or may be located in a second, different computer system connected to the first computer system through a network such as the internet. The second computer system may provide program instructions to the first computer for execution. The term "storage medium" may include two or more storage media that may reside in different locations (e.g., in different computer systems connected by a network). The storage medium may store program instructions (e.g., embodied as a computer program) executable by one or more processors.
Of course, the storage medium containing the computer executable instructions provided in the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the management operations of the information carrier described above, and may also perform the related operations in the management method of the information carrier provided in any embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a server, and the management device of the information carrier provided by the embodiment of the invention can be integrated in the server. Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention. The server 500 may include: memory 501, processor 502 and a computer program stored on memory 501 and executable by the processor, said processor 502 implementing a method for managing an information carrier according to an embodiment of the invention when said computer program is executed.
The server provided by the embodiment of the invention responds to the triggering of the information carrier management event and acquires the attribute information of the target information carrier through the carrier identifier; wherein the carrier identification is comprised in the target information carrier; and recording the attribute information in a management record table corresponding to the information carrier management event, and modifying the state of the target information carrier in the management record table. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the target information carrier can be automatically managed through the carrier identification, so that the efficiency is high, and errors are not easy to occur.
The management device, the storage medium and the server for the information carrier provided in the above embodiments can execute the method for managing the information carrier provided in any embodiment of the present invention, and have the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of executing the method. Technical details not described in detail in the above embodiments may be found in the method of managing an information carrier provided by any of the embodiments of the present invention.
Note that the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and the technical principle applied. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, while the invention has been described in connection with the above embodiments, the invention is not limited to the embodiments, but may be embodied in many other equivalent forms without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention, which is set forth in the following claims.

Claims (9)

1. A method of managing an information carrier, comprising:
responding to the triggering of the information carrier management event, and acquiring attribute information of the target information carrier through the carrier identifier; wherein the carrier identification is comprised in the target information carrier;
recording the attribute information in a management record table corresponding to the information carrier management event, and modifying the state of the target information carrier in the management record table;
wherein, in response to the information carrier management event being triggered, obtaining attribute information of the target information carrier through the carrier identifier comprises:
in response to an information carrier management event being triggered, sending a target approval request for the information carrier management event to an approver;
acquiring a first approval result of the approver in response to the target approval request; wherein the first approval result includes approval passing and non-passing of the information carrier management event;
and when the first examination and approval result is determined to pass the examination and approval of the information carrier management event, acquiring the attribute information of the target information carrier through the carrier identification.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the first approval result is determined to be approval for the information carrier management event, acquiring attribute information of a target information carrier by a carrier identification includes:
when the first examination and approval result is determined to pass the examination and approval of the information carrier management event, a management confirmation request for the target information carrier is sent to a target user;
obtaining a response result of the target user to the management confirmation request; wherein the response result includes determining management for the target information carrier and confirming non-management for the target information carrier;
and when the response result is determined to be that the management is confirmed for the target information carrier, acquiring the attribute information of the target information carrier through the carrier identification.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising, before being triggered in response to an information carrier management event:
when the target information carrier production instruction is received, acquiring an electronic information file corresponding to the target information carrier;
determining the associated information of the electronic information file; wherein the associated information includes file information and/or production information;
generating a corresponding carrier identifier according to the associated information, and adding the carrier identifier into the electronic information file;
and controlling the terminal equipment to produce an electronic information file containing the carrier identifier to obtain the target information carrier.
4. A method according to claim 3, further comprising, prior to generating a corresponding carrier identification from the association information and adding the carrier identification to the electronic information file:
generating a production approval request based on the associated information, and sending the production approval request to the approver;
acquiring a second approval result of the approver in response to the production approval request; wherein the second approval result comprises passing and failing the production approval of the target information carrier;
generating a corresponding carrier identifier according to the association information, and adding the carrier identifier into the electronic information file, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
when the second approval result is determined to pass the production approval of the target information carrier, a corresponding carrier identifier is generated according to the associated information, and the carrier identifier is added into the electronic information file.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the information carrier management events include an information carrier circulation event, an information carrier egress event, an information carrier reclamation event, and an information carrier archiving event.
6. A method according to any of claims 1-5, characterized in that the target information carrier comprises a paper document or an optical disc.
7. An information carrier management device, comprising:
the attribute information acquisition module is used for responding to the triggering of the information carrier management event and acquiring the attribute information of the target information carrier through the carrier identifier; wherein the carrier identification is comprised in the target information carrier;
an attribute information recording module, configured to record the attribute information in a management record table corresponding to the information carrier management event, and modify a state of the target information carrier in the management record table;
wherein, the attribute information acquisition module includes:
a target approval request sending unit, configured to send a target approval request for an information carrier management event to an approver in response to the information carrier management event being triggered;
the first examination and approval result acquisition unit is used for acquiring a first examination and approval result of the examination and approval personnel in response to the target examination and approval request; wherein the first approval result includes approval passing and non-passing of the information carrier management event;
and the attribute information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the attribute information of the target information carrier through the carrier identifier when the first examination and approval result is determined to pass the examination and approval of the information carrier management event.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when being executed by processing means, implements a method of managing an information carrier according to any one of claims 1-6.
9. A server comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements a method for managing an information carrier according to any one of claims 1-6 when executing the computer program.
