To maintain the following description of the embodiments of the present disclosure clear and concise, a detailed description of known functions and known components have been omitted from the present disclosure.
A first embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for managing an account password, where a flow of the method is shown in fig. 1, and the method includes steps S101 to S102:
s101, under the condition that a first system is logged in through a first account, whether a password management request of the first system for a second account is received or not is detected, wherein the second account is an account of a system other than the first system.
Generally, the job number is most easily remembered, so the job number can be used as a first account number, and the first system can be a system corresponding to office software.
The first system may be a web page or software of a computer end, or an APP of a mobile phone end, and for different situations, the initiation manner of the password management request may have some differences, for example, when the first system of the computer end is an office system, the password management request may be sent only by web page operation, but if the password management request is sent on the APP of the mobile phone end, voice input and other manners may be adopted.
The password management request can be operations such as password locking, password unlocking, password resetting and the like, and a person skilled in the art can set corresponding operation keys on a page for sending the password management request according to actual requirements so as to accurately send the password management request required by a user.
S102, under the condition that the password management request is received, the password management operation is executed based on the password management request, and the operation result is fed back to the first system.
When the password management request is received, a corresponding password management operation may be executed based on the password management request, for example, when the password management request is password unlocking, the password unlocking may be performed on the second account, and an operation result is returned to the first system, so that the user knows a new password, and thus, the system where the second account is located is logged in.
The password management method and the system have the advantages that the corresponding operation interface is set for password management in the first system, a user can send a password management request to accounts of other systems in the first system which is the most familiar system, the first account of the first system is an account which cannot be forgotten by the user, the password of any system can be operated in the first system no matter the password exists, the process is free from operation of professionals, the system can automatically process, the labor cost is greatly reduced, and the problem can be solved at any time, the condition that production is influenced does not occur, the system performance is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In order to further ensure the validity of the password management process and not waste system resources, account numbers of other systems used by employees corresponding to the first account number can be associated with the first account number in advance in the first system, and in the process of executing the password management operation based on the password management request, whether the second account number is the account number of the other system associated with the first account number can be detected firstly; in the case of an account of another system associated with the first account, performing a password management operation based on the password management request; in the case of an account of another system that is not associated with the first account, no processing may be performed, and a prompt message, such as a "correlated account error" message, may be fed back to the first system.
After the operation result is fed back to the first system, account information and operation information associated with the password management operation may also be saved to an operation log to facilitate management thereof by a subsequent administrator, or may be analyzed based on the operation log.
For some situations without user operation, the embodiment of the disclosure can also automatically detect and automatically process.
For example, the operation risk level of the account of the other system in the locked state is detected according to a first preset period, and the state of the account with the operation risk level lower than the preset risk level is modified into the unlocked state. If the operation risk levels are divided into two types, the account in the use state is continuously input with the wrong password as the common level, and the account in the frozen state is continuously input with the wrong password as the high level, the account corresponding to the operation risk level of the common level can be automatically unlocked, namely, the account is in the unlocking state which can be continuously used after being automatically unlocked.
For another example, whether a third account in a frozen state exists in the first system is detected according to a second predetermined period, and if the third account exists, accounts of other systems associated with the third account are logged out. If a certain account is not used for a long time, the account is in a frozen state, and the accounts may be accounts of people who leave work or people who have vacation, so that in order to avoid that other system accounts corresponding to the account are used by others, accounts of other systems related to a third account can be logged off first, and the accounts can be manually re-registered after the need arises.
In specific implementation, the password management requests sent in the predetermined packets may be counted at predetermined time intervals, and a notification message may be sent to the predetermined packets when the password management requests of the predetermined packets do not meet predetermined conditions. The predetermined grouping may be a management team.
The above process is further described with reference to the drawings and the embodiments.
The account password management method of the embodiment of the disclosure is applied to a user center of an office system and exists in the form of one component.
A system for intelligently managing an enterprise application system account comprises an interface module, a user behavior identification module, a background intelligent processing module, a timing task module, a mobile equipment processing module and a data analysis module.
After a user logs in an office system by a portal user through a job number (namely a first account number), the user enters a user center and sends out corresponding requests (such as unlocking, password resetting and the like) according to own requirements, the requests can reach components corresponding to the account number and password management method through middleware, the middleware meets different language calling mechanisms, and the components return processing results to the user center after subsequent intelligent processing.
After the user logs in the personal account through the office system, the user center provides a visual interface for the user to input and select the operation to be done, and the returned information is seen after the operation is performed on the interface, so that the user can master the processing result of other system accounts.
After receiving a request of a user center, the component detects matching information of account numbers and job numbers of other systems, if the matching information is matched with the account numbers and the job numbers, the component identifies operations such as system ID (identity) and operation types (locking, unlocking, password resetting and deleting), returns a result in real time and feeds the result back to the user center through the middleware, and simultaneously saves the account numbers, the system, the job numbers and the processing time of the user in an operation log.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to select an operation interface for password management after entering the user center, the user may input a corresponding account and select an operation required at this time: unlocking or resetting the password, after clicking a 'submit' button, sending a corresponding password management request to the component, detecting whether the account number is associated with the work number by the component, and if so, continuing to execute corresponding operation. For example, if the submitted password management operation is account unlocking, the component may first detect whether the requested account is locked after receiving the request; if the lock is locked, further judging whether the normal operation is locked, if the normal operation is locked, directly unlocking, returning an unlocking result to the user center, and if the lock is not locked, directly returning the current unlock state to the user center. If the locking state is detected, more detailed detection processes can be added, for example, whether the locking is caused by a user input error or the locking is performed actively by an administrator is judged, the former component is unlocked, the latter component cannot be unlocked, and the administrator must be contacted to determine the reason so as to eliminate risks.
Certainly, the account unlocking process may also be replaced with a password resetting process, which is similar to the above process, but after the reset initial password is fed back to the user center, the user is required to log in and modify the password within a certain time, otherwise, the account password may be locked after the certain time elapses.
The account in the system is also scanned regularly (for example, 20 minutes), and the locked account under some low-risk conditions (such as multiple times of password input and error, personnel account ownership handover, and the like) is automatically unlocked. In specific implementation, the operation logs can be scanned from the database, the operation logs are screened according to different locking states, only the states of the locked accounts under low-risk conditions (such as multiple times of password input and error, personnel account ownership handover and the like) are captured for automatic unlocking, and the states are updated to be 'solution' or 'unlocking state' in time.
The method and the device for checking the employee job number can also scan the state of the employee job number in the background system at regular time (for example, through middleware pushing), and if the employee leaving situation is met, account numbers of other systems are matched, so that the employee job number can be timely logged out, and risks brought to other systems are reduced. During specific implementation, a function can be packaged independently, and the state (on duty/vacation/shift/leave duty and the like) of the employee number pushed by the office system at regular time (through a Webservice mode of the middleware) is received by the component and stored in a database table in real time. The function returns the corresponding employee number by inputting parameters such as the employee number and the leaving state, and then the account number is matched in the background of the application system, so that the account number is cancelled in time, and the system risk is reduced.
The above-described timing operations may be performed automatically once a day at a fixed time, for example, every 1 am when system resources are idle.
In order to solve the problem that a computer is inconvenient to work, account management can be performed on an APP (application program) at a mobile terminal (a mobile phone or a tablet) of an office system, an API (application program interface) for public voice recognition is called through an embedded voice recognition function, an operation to be performed is connected to a user center through the mobile terminal, and then subsequent operations are completed.
The embodiment of the disclosure further analyzes and summarizes the data according to the operation log, and analyzes the password management behavior of a certain job number within a certain time range, for example, analyzes the high-frequency processing account number, the high-frequency processing type, and the like. Meanwhile, according to the account number matched with the employee job number, the mail is automatically sent to the person to which the account number belongs, corresponding reminding is made, the user requirements are further mined subsequently, and data support is provided. For example, if the unlocking frequency is particularly high, such as shared accounts, account management is considered to be risky, and the accounts are listed and sent to a certain manager in the form of mail.
The embodiment of the disclosure has the following good effects:
1. the user experience is improved: the user needs to act on a service desk and related IT before the account number needs, and timely response is difficult. At present, only a user needs to log in a one-stop service of an office system of the staff, and the user operates the system by one key in 24H mode to operate the system in a self-service mode; 2. optimizing the operation flow: the employee departure account checking and processing process is automated, so that the operation process is optimized, and the operation efficiency is improved; 3. the working quality is improved: the IT cross-department communication cost is greatly reduced, and human resources are released, so that more and higher values are created for enterprises.
A second embodiment of the present disclosure provides an account password management apparatus, a structural schematic of the apparatus is shown in fig. 3, and the apparatus includes:
the system comprises a first detection module 10, a password management module and a password management module, wherein the first detection module is used for detecting whether a password management request of a first system for a second account is received or not when the first system logs in through the first account, and the second account is an account of a system other than the first system; and the execution module 20 is coupled with the first detection module 10 and configured to, in a case that the password management request is received, execute a password management operation based on the password management request and feed back an operation result to the first system.
In order to further ensure the validity of the password management process and not waste system resources, the account numbers of other systems used by the employee corresponding to the first account number may be associated with the first account number in the first system in advance, and in the process of executing the password management operation based on the password management request, the execution module may specifically be configured to: detecting whether the second account is an account of other systems related to the first account; in the case of an account of another system associated with the first account, a password management operation is performed based on the password management request.

For another example, the apparatus may further include: a third detecting module 50, configured to detect whether a third account in a frozen state exists in the first system according to a second predetermined period; and the logout module 60 is coupled with the third detection module 50 and is used for logging out the account of the other system associated with the third account in the case that the third account exists.
