Abstract
The invention relates to a coke oven temperature measuring device with a protection function and a working method thereof, wherein the coke oven temperature measuring device comprises a lens, a base, a heat insulation pad and an adapter plate, the lens is arranged on one side of the base, the other side of the base is connected with a small oven cover of a vertical flue of a coke oven through the adapter plate, and the heat insulation pad is arranged between the base and the adapter plate; the middle parts of the small furnace cover, the adapter plate, the heat insulation pad and the base are provided with communicated measurement channels; a cover plate mechanism is arranged in the base and consists of a sliding rod, a rotating shaft, a protective cover and a return spring; according to the invention, the cover plate mechanism is arranged in the base for mounting the lens, so that the automatic opening and closing of the measuring channel are realized through the pressure difference between the nitrogen and the inside of the vertical flue of the coke oven, the condition that the lens is polluted due to the interruption of the nitrogen is prevented, and the normal production of the coke oven is ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of temperature measurement of vertical fire paths of coke ovens, in particular to a temperature measurement device of a coke oven with a protection function and a working method thereof.
Background
The vertical flue temperature is an important technological parameter for optimizing and controlling the combustion of the coke oven, and the control of the vertical flue temperature is directly related to the quality and the yield of coke and the service life of the coke oven. However, the temperature of the vertical flame path is very high, and the direct detection by adopting the thermocouple has very high cost and short service life, so the detection of the temperature of the vertical flame path is always a difficult problem which troubles the technical personnel of the coking production.
In recent years, an infrared online thermometer is widely applied to the coking industry, a lens part of the infrared online thermometer is arranged on a small furnace cover of a vertical flame path of a coke oven, an instrument is arranged in an instrument cabinet far away from the top of the furnace, the lens is connected with the instrument through a high-temperature-resistant optical fiber, nitrogen is adopted for blowing at the lens, and high-precision measurement of the temperature of the vertical flame path can be realized through the infrared online thermometer.
In the actual use process, when nitrogen is temporarily stopped for various reasons, the lens of the infrared online thermodetector is unprotected, dust, precipitates and the like in the vertical flame path can quickly pollute the lens, and the accuracy of temperature measurement of the vertical flame path is directly influenced; when the situation occurs, each lens needs to be offline, and can be reinstalled after being wiped clean by alcohol and the like, so that the operation is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the normal production of the coke oven can be influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a coke oven temperature measuring device with a protection function and a working method thereof.A cover plate mechanism is arranged in a base for mounting a lens, and the automatic opening and closing of a measuring channel are realized through the pressure difference between nitrogen and the inside of a vertical flue of a coke oven, thereby preventing the condition that the lens is polluted due to the interruption of the nitrogen and ensuring the normal production of the coke oven.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a coke oven temperature measuring device with a protection function comprises a lens, a base, a heat insulation pad and an adapter plate, wherein the lens is arranged on one side of the base, the other side of the base is connected with a small oven cover of a vertical flue of a coke oven through the adapter plate, and the heat insulation pad is arranged between the base and the adapter plate; the middle parts of the small furnace cover, the adapter plate, the heat insulation pad and the base are provided with communicated measurement channels; a cover plate mechanism is arranged in the base and consists of a sliding rod, a rotating shaft, a protective cover and a return spring; the sliding rod is arranged in a slide way of the base, one end of the slide way is connected with the nitrogen pipe, the other end of the slide way is closed, and a return spring is arranged between the closed end of the slide way and the sliding rod; the protective cover is arranged on one side, close to the heat insulation pad, of the base and is rotatably connected with the base through a rotating shaft, a sliding groove is formed in the protective cover, and a shifting column is arranged on the sliding rod; when the sliding rod moves along the slide way, the shifting column moves in the sliding groove to drive the protective cover to rotate around the rotating shaft; and when the sliding rod moves to one end close to the nitrogen gas pipe, the protective cover completely seals the measuring channel, and when the sliding rod moves to the closed end close to the sliding way, the protective cover and the measuring channel are completely staggered.
And one side of the lens facing the small furnace cover is provided with high-temperature resistant protective glass.
The lens is detachably connected with the base, the base is detachably connected with the heat insulation pad, the heat insulation pad is detachably connected with the adapter plate, and the adapter plate is detachably connected with the small furnace cover.
The section of the measuring channel is circular, and the corresponding protective cover is also circular; one end of the protective cover is provided with a connecting part which is in a long strip shape; the outer end of the connecting part is provided with a through hole which is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and a positioning nut is arranged on the rotating shaft at the outer side of the connecting part; the connecting part is provided with a sliding chute which is matched and connected with the shifting column.
The poking column and the sliding rod are of a split structure, a threaded hole is formed in the transverse direction of the upper edge of the sliding rod, and the poking column is connected with the threaded hole of the sliding rod in a matched mode through external threads.
The slide bar is provided with a communicating hole at one end close to the nitrogen pipe, an opening at one end of the communicating hole is positioned at the end part of the slide bar, and an opening at the other end of the communicating hole is positioned at one side of the middle part of the slide bar.
A working method of a coke oven temperature measuring device with a protection function comprises the following steps:
1) in the production process of the coke oven, nitrogen is introduced into the slideway in the base through a nitrogen pipe; when the nitrogen pressure is greater than the sum of the internal pressure of the vertical flue and the elastic force of the return spring, the sliding rod moves towards one end of the return spring under the action of the nitrogen pressure and compresses the return spring, and when the sliding rod moves, the poking column on the sliding rod pushes the protective cover to rotate around the rotating shaft, so that the measuring channel is in an open state; at the moment, the temperature measurement operation can be carried out on the interior of the vertical flue of the coke oven through the lens; nitrogen enters the measuring channel through the communicating hole and then enters a vertical flue of the coke oven, and the measuring channel is purged while cleaning and dedusting the protective glass at the front end of the lens;
2) when the pressure of nitrogen is less than or equal to the internal pressure of the vertical flue of the coke oven, the slide rod moves towards one end of the nitrogen pipe under the action of the reset spring, the protective cover is pushed to rotate around the rotating shaft through the shifting column on the slide rod, the measuring channel is closed, smoke dust and flame in the vertical flue cannot escape along the measuring channel, and therefore the lens is prevented from being polluted.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) a cover plate mechanism is arranged in a base for mounting the lens, and the automatic opening and closing of the measuring channel are realized through the pressure difference between nitrogen and the inside of the vertical fire channel of the coke oven, so that the condition that the lens is polluted due to the interruption of the nitrogen is prevented, and the normal production of the coke oven is ensured.
2) The device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation, low manufacturing cost and good practical application effect.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1-4, the coke oven temperature measuring device with the protection function comprises a lens 1, a base 2, a heat insulation pad 3 and an adapter plate 4, wherein the lens 1 is installed on one side of the base 2, the other side of the base 2 is connected with a small oven cover 5 of a coke oven vertical flue through the adapter plate 4, and the heat insulation pad 3 is arranged between the base 2 and the adapter plate 4; a measuring channel 10 communicated with each other is reserved in the middle of the small furnace cover 5, the adapter plate 4, the heat insulation pad 3 and the base 2; a cover plate mechanism is arranged in the base 2 and consists of a sliding rod 8, a rotating shaft 9, a protective cover 7 and a return spring 12; as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the slide rod 8 is arranged in a slide way of the base 2, one end of the slide way is connected with the nitrogen gas pipe 6, the other end of the slide way is closed, and a return spring 12 is arranged between the closed end of the slide way and the slide rod 8; the protective cover 7 is arranged on one side, close to the heat insulation pad 3, of the base 2, the protective cover 7 is rotatably connected with the base 2 through a rotating shaft 9, a sliding groove 71 is formed in the protective cover 7, and a shifting column 81 is arranged on the sliding rod 8; when the sliding rod 8 moves along the slide way, the shifting column 81 moves in the sliding groove 71 to drive the protective cover 7 to rotate around the rotating shaft 9; and when the sliding rod 8 moves to be close to one end of the nitrogen gas pipe 6, the protective cover 7 completely seals the measuring channel 10, and when the sliding rod 8 moves to be close to the closed end of the sliding way, the protective cover 7 and the measuring channel 10 are completely staggered.
The lens 1 is provided with a high temperature resistant protective glass 11 at one side facing the small furnace cover 5.
The lens is detachably connected between the lens 1 and the base 2, between the base 2 and the heat insulation pad 3, between the heat insulation pad 3 and the adapter plate 4, and between the adapter plate 4 and the small furnace cover 5.
The cross section of the measuring channel 10 is circular, and the corresponding protective cover 7 is also circular; one end of the protective cover 7 is provided with a connecting part which is in a strip shape; the outer end of the connecting part is provided with a through hole which is sleeved on the rotating shaft 9, and a positioning nut is arranged on the rotating shaft at the outer side of the connecting part; the connecting part is provided with a sliding groove 71 which is matched and connected with a shifting column 81.
The shifting column 81 and the sliding rod 8 are of a split structure, a threaded hole is formed in the sliding rod 8 in the transverse direction, and the shifting column 81 is connected with the threaded hole of the sliding rod 8 in a matched mode through external threads.
The sliding rod 8 is provided with a communicating hole 82 at one end close to the nitrogen pipe 6, one end opening of the communicating hole 82 is positioned at the end part of the sliding rod 8, and the other end opening is positioned at one side of the middle part of the sliding rod 8.
A working method of a coke oven temperature measuring device with a protection function comprises the following steps:
1) in the production process of the coke oven, nitrogen is introduced into the slideway in the base 2 through the nitrogen pipe 6; when the nitrogen pressure is greater than the sum of the internal pressure of the vertical flue and the elastic force of the return spring 12, the sliding rod 8 moves towards one end of the return spring 12 under the action of the nitrogen pressure and compresses the return spring 12, and when the sliding rod 8 moves, the poking column 81 on the sliding rod 8 pushes the protective cover 7 to rotate around the rotating shaft 9, so that the measuring channel 10 is in an open state (as shown in fig. 6); at the moment, the temperature measurement operation can be carried out on the interior of the vertical flue of the coke oven through the lens 1; nitrogen enters the measuring channel through the communicating hole 82 and further enters a vertical flue of the coke oven, and the measuring channel 10 is purged while cleaning and dedusting the protective glass 11 at the front end of the lens 1;
2) when the pressure of the nitrogen is less than or equal to the pressure in the vertical flue of the coke oven, the sliding rod 8 moves towards one end of the nitrogen pipe 6 under the action of the return spring 12, the protective cover 7 is pushed to rotate around the rotating shaft 9 through the shifting post 81 on the sliding rod 8, the measuring channel 10 is closed (as shown in figure 5), smoke and flame in the vertical flue cannot escape along the measuring channel 10, and therefore the lens 1 is prevented from being polluted.

A coke oven temperature measuring device with a protection function is characterized by comprising a lens, a base, a heat insulation pad and an adapter plate, wherein the lens is arranged on one side of the base, the other side of the base is connected with a small oven cover of a vertical flue of a coke oven through the adapter plate, and the heat insulation pad is arranged between the base and the adapter plate; the middle parts of the small furnace cover, the adapter plate, the heat insulation pad and the base are provided with communicated measurement channels; a cover plate mechanism is arranged in the base and consists of a sliding rod, a rotating shaft, a protective cover and a return spring; the sliding rod is arranged in a slide way of the base, one end of the slide way is connected with the nitrogen pipe, the other end of the slide way is closed, and a return spring is arranged between the closed end of the slide way and the sliding rod; the protective cover is arranged on one side, close to the heat insulation pad, of the base and is rotatably connected with the base through a rotating shaft, a sliding groove is formed in the protective cover, and a shifting column is arranged on the sliding rod; when the sliding rod moves along the slide way, the shifting column moves in the sliding groove to drive the protective cover to rotate around the rotating shaft; and when the sliding rod moves to one end close to the nitrogen gas pipe, the protective cover completely seals the measuring channel, and when the sliding rod moves to the closed end close to the sliding way, the protective cover and the measuring channel are completely staggered.
