一种充排可控的螺杆泵,包括螺纹分为前后两段且对称的螺杆、由泵体、前盖和后盖围成的泵腔和止回阀,所述的螺杆至少有一个在螺杆轴内设有输气道,所述的螺杆轴中点附近设有连通泵腔与输气道的气孔,所述的输气道端口附近设有轴线重合的螺母和与之旋进配合的顶杆,所述的输气道端口与止回阀阀口对接,所述的顶杆杆头指向止回阀的阀塞,所述的螺杆在充/排气时正/反向旋转,所述的螺母相对于顶杆正/反向转动时,所述的顶杆向内/外旋进,离开/顶开止回阀;所述的前、后盖设有气栅或气嘴,充/排气时,气体由所述的气栅或气嘴进入/排出泵腔。所述的气嘴设在空心从轴两端的前、后盖外侧,所述的空心从轴轴身两端附近设有连通泵腔的气孔。

Description

一种充排可控的螺杆泵
技术领域
本发明涉及泵、阀技术领域。
背景技术
容积式转子泵,可以通过改变转动方向,变换流体进/出方向,似乎可兼具充、抽功能,但事实上并非如此,在实际使用中,现有技术为实现用一个泵机完成充、抽任务,需要在所述的充-抽气控制***中引入电磁阀。然而,电磁阀不仅推高了成本,而且,其体积对空间的要求,也使得一些产品无法采用,尤其是当气体为易燃易爆气体时,不能使用。中国专利号20151033701.6公开了《一种充排气一体式气泵以及包含该气泵的电子血压计》的技术方案,但该方案不过是在充气口附近设置了一个弹性器件构成的逆止阀,以在充气时,受到高压气体的压力关闭,充气结束后,在弹簧等弹性器件的弹力作用下打开。因此,不具有气压保持功能,所述的排气是不受控制的,即充气停止后,就开始排气。该技术方案用于血压测量是可以的,但其他用途则不行,例如,按摩椅中的气囊的充-排气***就无法应用。另外,现有技术中所述的双向泵不是指可转换充/抽方向,因此,均不具有充气-保持-排气功能。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术上述不足,提供一种无需电磁阀实现充气-保持-排气功能的泵机技术方案,本发明的技术方案是:一种充排可控的螺杆泵,包括螺纹分为前后两段且对称的螺杆、由泵体、前盖和后盖围成的泵腔和止回阀,所述的螺杆至少有一个在螺杆轴内设有输气道,所述的螺杆轴中点附近设有连通泵腔与输气道的气孔,所述的输气道端口附近设有轴线重合的螺母和与之旋进配合的顶杆,所述的输气道端口与止回阀阀口对接,所述的顶杆杆头指向止回阀的阀塞,所述的螺杆在充/排气时正/反向旋转,所述的螺母相对于顶杆正/反向转动时,所述的顶杆向内/外旋进,离开/顶开止回阀;所述的前、后盖设有气栅或气嘴,充/排气时,气体由所述的气栅或气嘴进入/排出泵腔。
所述的螺杆泵为单螺杆泵,所述的输气道由螺杆轴的中部通向后端;所述的前、后盖设有气栅,充/排气时,气体由所述的气栅进入/排出泵腔;所述的螺杆泵为双或三螺杆泵,所述的螺杆至少有一个在轴内设有所述的输气道及位于其端口附近螺母和顶杆,并且至少有一个从轴为空心轴,所述的空心轴轴身两端附近设有连通泵腔的气孔,轴头和/或轴尾对应的前盖和/或后盖设有气嘴,充/排气时,气体由所述的气嘴进入/排出泵腔。
与现有技术相比,本发明可在泵机抽气时,自动打开止回阀,省去了电磁阀及其驱动电源和控制电路,具有节省成本和能源、适合易燃易爆气体的有益技术效果。

其中,1为止回阀开启机构,1.1为顶杆,1.2为螺母,2为螺杆,2.1为螺杆轴,2.2为螺纹,2.3为输气道,2.4为气孔,2.5为轴头,2.6为轴尾,3为泵体,3.1为前盖;3.2气栅,3.3为支座,4为后盖,4.1为气栅,4.2为螺纹接口, 5为止回阀,5.1为阀腔,5.2为阀塞,5.3为阀尾,5.4为隔栅,6.1/6.2为前/后轴承,7.1/7.2为前/后同步齿轮,8为从螺杆,8.1为从螺杆轴,8.2为从螺杆的螺纹,8.3为轴内气道,8.4为气孔,8.5/8.6为从螺杆轴的轴头/尾。
具体实施方式
实施例1
参见图1-6,本实施例为一种为气囊充、排气的单螺杆气泵,包括螺杆2、泵体3、前盖3.1、后盖4、止回阀5及其开启机构1,所述的前盖3.1设有安装前轴承6.1的轴承座,并设有气栅3.2,所述的后盖4设有安装后轴承6.2的轴承座和气栅4.1,并在外侧中心位置设有与止回阀5的阀腔5.1旋合套接的螺纹接口4.2,所述的气泵泵腔由上述的前盖3.1、后盖4和泵体3围成,其中泵体3和前盖3.1与支座3.3一体制造,充/排气时,空气由设在前、后盖上的气栅3.2、4.1进入/排出泵腔;所述的螺杆2采用前后对称、正向转动时,向中间压缩气体的螺纹2.2,所述的螺杆轴2.1后半段设有轴线重合的输气道2.3,通过设在螺杆轴2.1中点附近的垂直气孔2.4与泵腔连通,输气道2.3的外端通过设在后盖4外侧的螺纹接口4.2与止回阀5对接;所述的止回阀开启机构1由轴线重合地设在螺杆轴轴为2.6内的,即输气道2.3端口附近的螺母1.2和与其旋进配合的顶杆1.1构成,所述的螺母1.2采用一字型支架,以减小对气体的阻力、保证足够的流量要求;所述的顶杆1.1杆头向外,指向止回阀5,且杆头直径较大,以限制顶杆1.1轴向移动范围;螺母1.2顶杆1.1螺纹旋进方向设为:当螺母1.2相对顶杆1.1逆/顺时针转动时,顶杆1.1向内/外的旋进;设定当气泵处于充/排气状态时,所述的螺杆2逆/顺时针转动;所述的止回阀5阀腔5.1与后盖4外侧螺纹接口4.2旋合,阀尾5.3口径收小形成气嘴,止回阀5的阀塞5.2,外径与阀腔5.1的内径匹配,为了使阀塞5.2离开阀口后,气流能够出入,在***开有4个缺口;同时,为了使阀塞5.2被推到阀腔5.1的底部时,不会造成堵塞,在阀尾5.3的入口处设置了隔栅5.4,在阀塞5.2的内侧设置了凸台;充气时,所述的螺杆2正向旋转即逆时针转动,泵外气体从前、后门的气栅3.1和4.1进入泵腔两端,被压缩到螺管2的中部后,由所述的垂直气孔2.4进入螺杆轴内的输气道2.3,如果顶杆1.1在螺杆2开始转动时,不是处在最靠内的位置,由于惯性顶杆1.1不能跟随螺母1.2与螺杆2同步转动,螺母1.2相对于顶杆1.1逆时针转动,使得顶杆1.1向内旋进到最靠内的位置。当驱动气泵的双向电机反向转动时,螺杆2及螺母1.2顺时针旋转,气泵进入排气状态,由于惯性顶杆1.1不能及时跟随螺母1.2与螺杆2同步转动,螺母1.2相对于顶杆1.1顺时针转动,使得顶杆1.1向外旋进,将止回阀阀塞5.2推入止回阀阀腔5.1,打开止回阀5的阀口,使得气囊内的压缩气体冲出止回阀,进入设在螺杆轴2.1内的输气道2.3,经过垂直轴线的气孔2.4进入阀腔,并被推至螺杆2的两端,从设在前、后盖上的气栅3.2和4.1排出。如果接下来进行的是充气操作,那么可以直接是驱动电机反转,如果接下来要保持气压,可先正转1秒左右,待顶杆1.1从止回阀阀腔5.1内退出,再停止转动。与现有技术相比,本发明可在气泵抽排气时,自动打开止回阀,省去了电磁阀及其驱动电源和控制电路,具有节省成本和能源、适合易燃易爆气体的有益技术效果,同时,本发明省去了衬套、简化了泵体,具有减小体积,节省了成本的有益技术效果。
实施例2
参见图7-9,本实施例是一个对气球进行充/排氢气的双螺杆气泵,与实施例1的区别主要在于:所述的螺杆包括主螺杆2和从螺杆8,通过两对同步齿轮7.1和7.2传递动力、同步转速,其中主螺杆2轴内设有由中部通向后端的输气道,对应的后盖外接止回阀,所述的输气道端口附近设有轴线重合的螺母, 与该螺母旋进配合的顶杆杆头指向所述止回阀的阀塞,螺杆2在充/排气时正/反向旋转,所述的螺母相对于顶杆正/反向转动时,所述的顶杆向内/外旋进,离开/顶开止回阀;所述的从螺杆8的螺杆轴8.1为轴头8.5开口、轴尾8.6封堵、内设输气道8.3的空心轴,轴头8.5对应的前盖设有气嘴,轴身两端附近设有连通输气道8.3与泵腔的气孔8.4,充气时,氢气瓶内的氢气经由所述的气嘴、输气道8.3、气孔8.4、进入泵腔,排气时,泵腔内的氢气经由所述的气孔8.4、输气道8.3,从所述的气嘴回到氢气瓶,这样设计的好处是可以适合任意指定的气体,尤其是需要收回的气体,和排气时需要回收气体的场合。其余未涉及之处与实施例1相同,不在赘述。
实施例3
参见图10,本实施例与实施例2的区别主要在于:所述的从空心轴8.1两端开口,这样设计的好处是气体进/出泵腔的方向可以选择和灵活调整,也可以两端口同时采用。其余未涉及之处与实施例1相同,不在赘述。

Claims (3)

1.一种充排可控的螺杆泵,包括螺纹分为前后两段且对称的螺杆、由泵体、前盖和后盖围成的泵腔和止回阀,其特征在于:所述的螺杆至少有一个在螺杆轴内设有输气道,所述的螺杆轴中点附近设有连通泵腔与输气道的气孔,所述的输气道端口附近设有轴线重合的螺母和与之旋进配合的顶杆,所述的输气道端口与止回阀阀口对接,所述的顶杆杆头指向止回阀的阀塞,所述的螺杆在充/排气时正/反向旋转,所述的螺母相对于顶杆正/反向转动时,所述的顶杆向内/外旋进,离开/顶开止回阀;所述的前、后盖设有气栅或气嘴,充/排气时,气体由所述的气栅或气嘴进入/排出泵腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种充排可控的螺杆泵,其特征在于:所述的螺杆泵为单螺杆泵,所述的输气道由螺杆轴的中部通向后端,所述的前、后盖设有气栅,充/排气时,气体由所述的气栅进入/排出泵腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种充排可控的螺杆泵,其特征在于:所述的螺杆泵为双或三螺杆泵,所述的螺杆至少有一个在轴内设有所述的输气道,并且至少有一个从轴为空心轴,所述的空心轴轴身两端附近设有连通泵腔的气孔,轴头和/或轴尾对应的前盖和/或后盖设有气嘴,充/排气时,气体由所述的气嘴进入/排出泵腔。
