Description

Light cycle oil for vehicles and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of light cycle oil, in particular to light cycle oil for a vehicle and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Diesel oil is widely applied in various fields as an energy source, but as crude oil is a non-renewable resource, along with the increase of crude oil energy sources, many countries in the world are generally under the condition of energy shortage and even shortage, so that the price of the energy source is high, and the economic development is seriously influenced in China, therefore, the problems of developing the energy source and the alternative energy source in multiple channels, improving the utilization efficiency of the energy source and reducing the use cost of the energy source are generally faced by people.
The light cycle oil is a light oil, is obtained from a catalytic cracking device, belongs to an intermediate cycle material in crude oil production, is large in quantity, is rich in aromatic hydrocarbon, particularly polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, belongs to poor diesel oil fraction, can be used for fuel oil for large-scale machinery, mines, ships and the like, has a great significance in the burning market of domestic trade ships at present, belongs to one kind of diesel base oil, can be processed into diesel oil through processes such as hydrodesulfurization and the like, and is used for blending the diesel oil. However, as the quality standard of diesel oil is improved, the traditional light cycle oil is difficult to meet the increasingly strict diesel oil standard.
Disclosure of Invention

Optionally, the jet fuel No. 3 jet kerosene is jet fuel, the jet fuel has a standard density of 775-830 kg/m and a distillation range of 160-300 ℃.
Optionally, the cetane improver is any one of a nitro compound or an organic peroxide compound.
Optionally, the octane number of the light oil is not less than 56-59.5, and the initial boiling point is not higher than 29-37 ℃.
Optionally, the purity of the tert-butyl methyl ether is not less than 97.5-99.5%, and the lower calorific value is not less than 8.4 x 103-8.9×103Kilocalories per kilogram.
Optionally, the emulsifier is an oil soluble emulsifier.
Alternatively, the deacidification agent is any one of a sodium hexamethyldisilazide solution and polyoxypentitol polyether.
Optionally, the color retention agent is AH-BSJ 234.
A method for preparing light cycle oil for vehicles, comprising the steps of:
step one, weighing the components according to the mass parts of claim 1 for later use;
step two, adding the light oil weighed in the step one into an explosion-proof stirrer, sequentially adding the rest components weighed in the step one under the condition of 45-60 revolutions per minute, continuously stirring until the components are mutually soluble after the addition is finished, and then continuously stirring for 15-20 minutes to obtain a crude product of the circulating oil for later use;
and step three, standing the crude product of the circulating oil prepared in the step two for 5-6 hours, and then filtering to obtain the product.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the 200# solvent oil is added as a cleaning solvent, the density of the 200# solvent oil is lower than that of diesel oil, the low-temperature fluidity is good, and the components can be effectively blended, so that the density of the diesel oil is reduced, and the low-temperature fluidity of the diesel oil is improved;
2. the color retention agent is added in the invention, so that the defects of poor color stability, easy blackening, peculiar smell generation and even generation of soluble or insoluble sediments of the traditional diesel oil can be effectively avoided, the quality of the oil product is effectively improved, and the economic value of the finished oil product is greatly improved;
3. the emulsifier and the deacidification agent are added, and are cooperatively matched, so that the deacidification is not only effective, but also can be directly emulsified in the deacidification process, and meanwhile, no waste agent is discharged in the action process, the environmental protection is facilitated, the resources are saved, and the requirements of green deacidification are met.
