In summary, the invention provides an automatic packaging device for a central kitchen special article, which packages a bag and dishes simultaneously, packages half of the bag by using a heat sealing mechanism, directly drops the dishes into the bag with the heat sealed half, and then completes packaging on the upper part of the bag by using the heat sealing mechanism, so that the dishes are directly packaged after falling out of a storage tank, and the problem that the dishes are polluted and eating is influenced due to back and forth transfer during packaging can be avoided.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. An automatic central kitchen-dedicated item packing device, comprising:
a base (1);
the first support frame (2) is fixed on the upper surface of the base (1);
the dish storage tank (3) is fixed on the first support frame (2), a discharging pipe (4) is fixed at the lower end of the dish storage tank, and an electromagnetic valve is arranged in the discharging pipe (4);
the two film winding drums (5) are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the dish storage tank (3);
the two heat sealing mechanisms are respectively fixed on the left side and the right side of the first support frame (2);
the pulling mechanism is fixed on the base (1);
the cutting mechanism is fixedly connected with the heat sealing mechanism;
the timer (30) is used for recording the heat sealing time of the heat sealing mechanism, the blanking time of the electromagnetic valve, the pulling time of the pulling mechanism and the cutting time of the cutting mechanism;
the control device is respectively connected with the heat sealing mechanism, the electromagnetic valve, the pulling mechanism and the cutting mechanism; the control device controls the two heat-sealing mechanisms to heat-seal the film below the feeding pipe (4) from the left side and the right side into a semi-closed packaging bag, and the timer (30) records that the heat-sealing time of the heat-sealing mechanisms reaches a first set time and then stops heat-sealing; when the heat sealing is stopped, the control device starts the control electromagnetic valve to be opened, dishes enter the semi-closed packaging bag through the discharging pipe (4), and the timer (30) records that the discharging time reaches a second set time and then stops; when the blanking is stopped, the control device starts the pulling mechanism to pull, so that the semi-packaged packaging bags and dishes are pulled to descend simultaneously, and the timer (30) records that the pulling time of the pulling mechanism reaches a third set time and stops pulling; when stopping the pulling back, controlling means control heat-seal mechanism is again from the left and right sides with the film become a semi-enclosed wrapping bag in unloading pipe (4) below heat-seal, so circulation to the realization is to the connection encapsulation of dish, and controlling means control cutting mechanism cuts the heat-seal connecting portion between two adjacent wrapping bags of current completion encapsulation simultaneously, makes two adjacent wrapping bag separation.
2. The automatic central kitchen-dedicated product packaging device according to claim 1, wherein said heat-sealing mechanism comprises:
the transverse rods of the U-shaped heat sealing piece (6) are used for heat sealing the top end and the bottom end of the film, and the vertical rods on the left side and the right side of the U-shaped heat sealing piece (6) are used for heat sealing the left side and the right side of the film;
the heating sheet (7) is arranged inside the U-shaped heat sealing piece (6);
the power supply (8) is electrically connected with the heating sheet (7) and is also connected with the control device, and the control device controls the power supply (8) to heat the heating sheet (7);
one side of the rectangular frame (9) is fixedly connected with the U-shaped heat sealing piece (6), and the cutting mechanism is fixed inside the rectangular frame (9);
the outer shell of the first air cylinder (12) is fixedly connected with the first supporting frame (2), the telescopic end of the first air cylinder is fixedly connected with the rectangular frame (9), the first air cylinder (12) is further connected with the control device, and the control device controls the first air cylinders (12) of the two heat sealing mechanisms to be started simultaneously to push the two U-shaped heat sealing pieces (6) to heat-seal the film below the discharging pipe (4) into a semi-closed packaging bag from the left side and the right side.
3. The automatic central kitchen-specific item packing device according to claim 2, characterized in that said pulling mechanism comprises:
a second support frame (13);
the left clamping block (14) is used for clamping one side of a dish to be packaged;
the right clamping block (15) is used for clamping the other side of the dish to be packaged;
the first nut (16) is fixedly connected with the left clamping block (14);
the second nut (17) is fixedly connected with the right clamping block (15);
the left-handed screw (18) is in threaded connection with the first nut (16) and is connected with the second support frame (13) through a bearing;
the right-handed screw (19) is fixedly connected with the left-handed screw (18), is in threaded connection with the second nut (17), and is connected with the second support frame (13) through a bearing;
the output end of the motor (20) is connected with the left-handed screw (18) or the right-handed screw (19);

a cutting blade (10);
a slit (11) opened in the middle of the cross bar of the U-shaped heat seal (6) for allowing the cutting blade (10) to pass through;
the outer shell of the first electric push rod (24) is fixed inside the rectangular frame (9), and the telescopic end of the first electric push rod is fixedly connected with the cutting blade (10) and used for pushing the cutting blade (10) to transversely penetrate through the slit (11) to cut the film; first electric putter (24) still with controlling means connects, and controlling means control cutting mechanism cuts the heat-seal connecting portion between two adjacent wrapping bags that have accomplished the encapsulation at present for two adjacent wrapping bags separation.

The automatic central kitchen-dedicated product packaging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein each pair of said conveyor roller sets comprises two conveyor rollers (23), the two conveyor rollers (23) are placed one above the other, one end of the film is wound on the film reel (5), and the other end of the film passes between the two conveyor rollers (23); the film winding drum (5) and the conveying roller (23) are provided with rotating shafts (22) penetrating through the centers, and each rotating shaft (22) is connected with the first support frame (2) through a bearing.
