In this embodiment, a maintenance flap 16 is disposed between the central top plate 13 and the sealing baffle structure 100, one end of the maintenance flap 16 is hinged to one end of the central top plate 13 through a hinge 24, and the other end of the maintenance flap 16 is overlapped with the extending portion 17 of the sealing baffle structure 100.
