Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
It is noted that, unless otherwise indicated, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.
In the present invention, unless specified to the contrary, use of the terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" or the like, generally refer to the orientation as shown in the drawings, or to the component itself in a vertical, perpendicular, or gravitational orientation; likewise, for ease of understanding and description, "inner and outer" refer to the inner and outer relative to the profile of the components themselves, but the above directional words are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides a tire apex bead forming system and method, aiming at solving the problems of low automation degree and efficiency of tire apex bead forming in the prior art.
A tire apex bead forming system as shown in fig. 1 to 12, which comprises an apex production system 10 for producing apex, a steel ring winding machine 20 for winding steel wires into steel rings, a steel ring joint winding machine 30 for winding and wrapping the end portions of the steel rings, a steel ring cloth wrapping and rubber coating machine 40 for integrally winding and wrapping the steel rings, a jacking and transferring device 50, a steel ring grabbing and transporting device 60, an automatic steel ring supplying device 70, a fitting plate device 80 and a logistics device 90, wherein the jacking and transferring device 50 is provided with a material storage member 51 for storing the steel rings; the steel ring grabbing and conveying device 60 is provided with a steel ring gripper which is movably arranged, and the steel ring gripper can grab and convey a steel ring to the steel ring winding machine 20, the steel ring joint winding machine 30 and the steel ring cloth wrapping and rubber coating machine 40 in sequence for processing, grabbing and conveying to the storage part 51 for storage; the automatic steel ring supply device 70 comprises a steel ring picking device 71 and a steel ring feeding device 72, wherein the steel ring picking device 71 clamps and places steel rings on the storage piece 51 to the steel ring feeding device 72; the steel ring feeding device 72 transports the steel ring to the laminating plate device 80, the apex produced by the apex production system 10 is transported to the laminating plate device 80, and the laminating plate device 80 laminates the steel ring and the apex to form an apex tire bead; the fitting plate device 80 grips the processed bead apex onto the material distribution device 90, and is transported to a subsequent device by the material distribution device 90.
This embodiment forms steel ring processing lines and apex processing lines through above-mentioned each device is mutually supported to and two production lines collect and form holistic apex tire bead processing lines, and each device in the apex tire bead processing lines all can the automatic action. Specifically, the bead filler production system 10 is automatically arranged as a whole, automatically extrudes, cuts and processes the rubber strips in a loop, and processes the rubber strips into the required bead filler; the steel ring winding machine 20, the steel ring joint winding machine 30 and the steel ring cloth wrapping and rubber coating machine 40 sequentially perform steel ring winding, joint winding and cloth wrapping and rubber coating processing, and the steel ring grabbing and conveying device 60 plays a role in grabbing and conveying steel rings to realize that the steel rings are sequentially processed on the steel ring winding machine 20, the steel ring joint winding machine 30 and the steel ring cloth wrapping and rubber coating machine 40 so as to form required steel rings; the jacking transfer device 50 is used for storing the processed steel rings on one hand and transporting the steel rings on the other hand, namely, the steel rings are transported from the steel ring grabbing and transporting device 60 to the automatic steel ring supplying device 70, so that the temporary storage and transportation of the steel rings are realized, and the process is also automatically carried out without manual intervention; the automatic steel ring feeding device 70 can grab the steel ring from the material storage member 51 and preliminarily fix the position of the steel ring so as to facilitate the subsequent processing of the steel ring and the triangular glue by the laminating disc device 80; the logistics device 90 carries out subsequent transportation on the processed bead filler so as to facilitate the subsequent processing procedures. The devices are automatically arranged, so that the whole automation and the unmanned automation of the tire apex bead forming system can be realized, the automation degree is improved, the manual working strength is reduced, and the whole processing efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the steel ring wrapping machine 20, the steel ring joint winding machine 30, the steel ring wrapping machine 40, the jacking transfer device 50 and the steel ring grabbing and transporting device 60 form a steel ring wrapping storage system, which is similar to the bead filler production system 10, the steel ring wrapping storage system is a production line for steel ring processing, transporting and storing, and the bead filler production system 10 is a production line for bead filler processing, transporting and storing, and the steel ring wrapping machine and the bead filler supply the steel ring and the bead filler required for bead filler processing to the laminating disc device 80.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the steel ring grabbing and transporting device 60 comprises a truss 61 and a plurality of steel ring grabbers movably arranged on the truss 61, the steel ring grabbers move among the steel ring winding machine 20, the steel ring joint winding machine 30, the steel ring cloth wrapping and glue coating machine 40 and the storage piece 51, and grab and place steel rings on the steel ring winding machine 20, the steel ring joint winding machine 30, the steel ring cloth wrapping and glue coating machine 40 and the storage piece 51 in sequence, and the steel ring grabbers have a plurality of grabbing parts and can transport a plurality of steel rings simultaneously.
Specifically, all the steel ring grippers of the present embodiment include a first gripper 62, a second gripper 63, and a third gripper 64, where the first gripper 62 is disposed between the steel ring winding machine 20 and the steel ring joint winding machine 30 and is capable of reciprocating between the steel ring winding machine 20 and the steel ring joint winding machine 30 to grip the steel ring wound by the steel ring winding machine 20 onto the steel ring joint winding machine 30; the second gripper 63 is arranged between the steel ring joint winding machine 30 and the steel ring cloth coating and gluing machine 40 and can reciprocate between the steel ring joint winding machine 30 and the steel ring cloth coating and gluing machine 40 so as to grip the steel ring wound by the steel ring joint winding machine 30 to the steel ring cloth coating and gluing machine 40; the third gripper 64 is arranged between the steel ring rubber coating machine 40 and the storage piece 51 and can reciprocate between the steel ring rubber coating machine 40 and the storage piece 51 so as to grip the steel ring which is coated by the steel ring rubber coating machine 40 or is encapsulated onto the storage piece 51. Therefore, the original three processes are integrated into a set of linkage device, and manual operation is not needed. The three steel ring grippers move independently, and the specific movement time, movement track and the like of the three steel ring grippers can be correspondingly set according to actual needs. Since the first gripper 62 and the second gripper 63 may interfere with each other at the position of the steel ring joint winder 30, the time of the first gripper 63 and the second gripper 64 in the steel ring joint winder 30 needs to be staggered to avoid interference, and similarly, the time of the second gripper 63 and the third gripper 64 in the steel ring cloth wrapping machine 40 needs to be staggered.
The steel ring gripper of the embodiment is longitudinally arranged integrally and specifically comprises a driving part, a rotating part and a plurality of gripping parts, wherein the rotating part is rotatably connected with the driving part, and the driving part provides power for the rotation of the rotating part, so that the rotating part can rotate under the driving of the driving part; each portion of snatching all is connected with the rotation portion, like this, when the rotation portion rotates under the drive of drive division, the rotation portion can drive the portion of snatching on it and rotate to the portion of snatching that the steel ring was snatched in the change, make each portion of snatching can snatch the steel ring on the same device in grades, transport when realizing a plurality of steel rings, further improve the machining efficiency of steel ring.
Optionally, the rotation portion of this embodiment is the cylinder, and vertical setting, and the axis of rotation portion is geometric axis promptly, and vertical extension setting, and the portion of snatching sets up in the bottom of rotation portion to along the axis of rotation circumference symmetry setting of rotation portion, when rotation portion rotated like this, the portion of snatching towards corresponding device can change, thereby realizes that each snatchs the part and snatchs the steel ring respectively.
In this embodiment, the steel ring winding machine 20, the steel ring joint winding machine 30, the steel ring cloth coating machine 40, and the jacking transfer device 50 are arranged in a straight line, the truss 61 has a first transverse slide rail 611, the first slide rail 611 extends along the arrangement direction of the steel ring winding machine 20, the steel ring joint winding machine 30, the steel ring cloth coating machine 40, and the storage member 51, the steel ring gripper can move up and down and can also slide along the extension direction of the first slide rail 611, specifically, the first gripper 62, the second gripper 63, and the third gripper 64 respectively move along different sections of the first slide rail 611, so that the first gripper 62, the second gripper 63, and the third gripper 64 respectively grip steel rings with different processing degrees.
Optionally, the truss 61 of this embodiment further has a second transverse slide rail 612, the second slide rail 612 is slidably disposed on the first slide rail 611 and can slide along the extending direction of the first slide rail 611, an included angle is formed between the second slide rail 612 and the extending direction of the first slide rail 611, the steel ring gripper is directly disposed on the second slide rail 612 and is directly disposed on the first slide rail 611 in cooperation with the second slide rail 612, so that the position of the steel ring gripper on the second slide rail 612 can be adjusted to grip the steel ring, and after the gripping is completed, the position of the second slide rail 612 on the first slide rail 611 can be operated to adjust the steel ring gripper to move between the steel ring winding machine 20, the steel ring joint winding machine 30, the steel ring wrapping machine 40, and the jacking and transferring device 50, so as to achieve the transportation of the steel ring.
The steel ring winding machine 20 and the steel ring joint winding machine 30 of the embodiment are both provided with one station, and the steel ring cloth wrapping machine 40 is provided with two cloth wrapping and rubber coating stations, because the processing speed of the steel ring winding machine 20 and the steel ring joint winding machine 30 is fast, and the speed of rubber coating or cloth wrapping of the steel ring cloth wrapping machine 40 is slow, so that the processing time of each device can be fully utilized, the no-load time of the device is reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved. The first gripper 62 of the present embodiment is provided with one gripping portion based on the above-described arrangement, and the second gripper 63 and the third gripper 64 are each provided with two gripping portions. Two cloth wrapping and rubber coating stations of the steel ring cloth wrapping and rubber coating machine 40 of the embodiment are respectively located on two opposite sides of the steel ring gripper, the switching position of the steel ring gripper between the two cloth wrapping and rubber coating stations can be adjusted by operating the position of the steel ring gripper on the second sliding rail 612, and the steel ring gripper rotates 180 degrees around the rotating part when the gripping part of the second gripper 63 grips the steel ring on the steel ring joint winding machine 30. Of course, besides the arrangement mode, the number of the corresponding stations of each device, the number of the grabbing parts on the steel ring gripper and the like can be increased or decreased according to actual conditions, so that the machining time is fully utilized, continuous action is realized, and the machining efficiency and the automation degree are improved.
In this embodiment, the truss 61 is in a door-shaped structure, and the first sliding rail 611 and the second sliding rail 612 are both disposed at the top of the door-shaped structure and vertically disposed therebetween, so that the steel ring grip can be adjusted to any position in the truss 61 through the first sliding rail 611 and the second sliding rail 612. The first slide rail 611 and the second slide rail 612 of this embodiment both adopt a chain sliding manner, and are adjusted by setting a motor drive, and of course, other manners may also be adopted to realize sliding.
The material storage member 51 of this embodiment is set to be a trolley shape, and a plurality of clamping grooves are formed on the material storage member through the partition of the vertical partition, and when the third gripper 64 descends, two steel rings can be respectively placed in the two clamping grooves, so that the steel rings can be stored. And the distance between two grabbing parts on the third grab 64 is equal to the distance between two adjacent clamping grooves on the material storage piece 51, so that two steel rings can be placed on the two adjacent clamping grooves when the steel rings are placed on the third grab 64, and regular storage of the steel rings is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the jacking transfer device 50 further includes a first translation mechanism 52 and a second translation mechanism 53, the first translation mechanism 52 is located at the bottom of the storage member 51 and can receive the storage member 51 or be separated from the storage member 51 so as to drive or not drive the storage member 51 to move along the first direction; the second translation mechanism 53 is arranged in a lifting manner, when the second translation mechanism 53 jacks up the storage piece 51, the storage piece 51 is separated from the first translation mechanism 52 and is supported on the second translation mechanism 53, and at this time, the second translation mechanism 53 can drive the storage piece 51 to move along the second direction; when the second translating mechanism 53 lowers the magazine 51, the magazine 51 is lowered to be received on the first translating mechanism 52 and separated from the second translating mechanism 53, and then the first translating mechanism 52 drives the magazine 51 to move along the first direction. Through the arrangement, the storage piece 51 can be switched back and forth between the first translation mechanism 52 and the second translation mechanism 53, so that the movement direction of the storage piece 51 is changed. And above-mentioned mode of setting up need not set up the district on the one hand, saves factory building resources, and on the other hand storage member 51 can transport automatically, need not artifical the participation.
The first and second translation mechanisms 52 and 53 are plural, and the first and second translation mechanisms 52 and 53 are alternately connected in sequence to form an annular track line. Thus, the magazine 51 can move on the circular orbit by the switching drive of the magazine 51 between the first translation mechanism 52 and the second translation mechanism 53. And annular track line has a plurality of storage stations, and storage spare 51 can switch between each storage station along annular track line motion, just also switches between supplying the steel ring to snatch the position that conveyer 60 placed the steel ring or supplying automatic steel ring device 70 clamp to get the position of steel ring, realizes keeping in and transporting of steel ring. Meanwhile, the plurality of storage pieces 51 are arranged, the circular track line is arranged to be in a shape like a Chinese character 'hui', the storage pieces 51 can be arranged to be two, four, six or other numbers according to needs, when one storage piece 51 is full, the storage piece can be conveyed to the subsequent automatic steel ring feeding device 70, the automatic steel ring feeding device 70 picks steel rings to perform feeding operation, and the subsequent adjacent other empty storage piece 51 can take over to continue to supply the steel ring grabbing and conveying device 60 to store steel rings, so that the cycle is performed.
In the present embodiment, a part of the track line of the first translating mechanism 52 is overlapped with a part of the track line of the second translating mechanism 53 in a crossing manner, and the end of the first translating mechanism 52 is overlapped with the end of the second translating mechanism 53 in a longitudinal direction, so that when the magazine 51 moves to the end of the first translating mechanism 52, the second translating mechanism 53 ascends to switch the magazine 51 to be matched with the second translating mechanism 53.
Of course, the extending direction, the crossing position, and other factors of the first translation mechanism 52 and the second translation mechanism 53 may be changed according to actual needs, as long as the corresponding effect can be achieved.
In this embodiment, the first translation mechanism 52 adopts a chain driving manner, and includes a first driving element and a transmission chain 521, the transmission chain 521 is connected with the first driving element in a driving manner, and the bottom of the storage element 51 can abut against the transmission chain 521 and move along the first direction under the driving of the transmission chain 521.
The second translation mechanism 53 is driven by a roller and comprises a second driving element, a jacking assembly 531 and a roller shaft 532, wherein the jacking assembly 531 is in driving connection with the second driving element and can change the shape under the driving of the second driving element so as to ascend or descend to change the height; the roller shaft 532 is rotatable coupling with the top of jacking subassembly 531 to can rise or descend under the drive of jacking subassembly 531, the bottom of storage spare 51 can the butt on roller shaft 532, and roller shaft 532 rotates and drives storage spare 51 and remove along the second direction.
The jacking subassembly 531 of this embodiment includes a plurality of articulated connecting rods each other, and the connecting rod forms X-shaped structure, and X-shaped structure top can be provided with parts such as connecting plate, and roller 532 sets up on the top of jacking subassembly 531, rotates through the drive connecting rod and can make the vertical extension of X-shaped structure or shorten, realizes the lift of roller 532.
The first driving member, the second driving member, and other driving members of the first translation mechanism 52 and the second translation mechanism 53 of the present embodiment may be driven by the same driving member or driven by a plurality of driving members individually. And the specific structures of the first and second translation mechanisms 52 and 53 may be changed accordingly as needed.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the steel ring picking device 71 has a steel ring clamping jaw 711 movable in a transverse third direction, the steel ring clamping jaw 711 can clamp and transport a steel ring placed on the storage member 51, and the steel ring feeding device 72 includes a fixing plate 721 movable in a transverse fourth direction and a fixing member disposed on the fixing plate 721. The steel ring clamping jaw 711 clamps the steel ring on the material storage member 51, places the clamped steel ring on the fixed disc 721, and the fixing member fixes the steel ring on the fixed disc 721 in a preset mode, so that the steel ring can be placed as required, and the installation precision is improved.
The third and fourth directions of this embodiment are perpendicular to each other, so that the longitudinal direction, the third direction and the fourth direction form a rectangular spatial coordinate system, so that the steel ring clamping jaw 711 can move to any position. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, there is no specific relationship between the first direction and the second direction and the third direction and the fourth direction, and the directions may be the same or different.
In this embodiment, the steel ring picking device 71 further comprises a picking rack 712, the picking rack 712 has a longitudinal slide rail 713 extending along the longitudinal direction, a third slide rail 714 extending along the third direction, and a fourth slide rail 715 extending along the fourth direction, wherein the steel ring clamping jaw 711 is slidably disposed on the longitudinal slide rail 713 and can descend to clamp and lift the steel ring to take out the clamped steel ring from the clamping groove of the storage member 51; the longitudinal sliding rail 713 can slide along the third sliding rail 714, and the longitudinal sliding rail 713 can drive the steel ring clamping jaw 711 to slide along the third sliding rail 714 together when sliding, so that the steel ring clamping jaw 711 can change the position along the third direction; the longitudinal sliding rail 713 is arranged on the fourth sliding rail 715, the fourth sliding rail 715 is arranged on the third sliding rail 714, and the longitudinal sliding rail 713 and the steel ring clamping jaw 711 can slide along the fourth sliding rail 715 together, so that the steel ring clamping jaw 711 can move to any position within a certain space range through the longitudinal sliding rail 713, the third sliding rail 714 and the fourth sliding rail 715, and a steel ring can be clamped, transported and placed conveniently. The longitudinal sliding rail 713, the third sliding rail 714 and the fourth sliding rail 715 of the present embodiment all slide in a chain sliding manner, and are adjusted by setting a motor drive, and of course, the sliding may also be realized in other manners.
In this embodiment, the steel ring feeding device 72 further includes a feeding rack 722 and a connecting rack 724, the feeding rack 722 has a feeding slide rail 723 along a fourth direction, that is, the feeding slide rail 723 and the fourth slide rail 715 are arranged in parallel; the fixed disk 721 is vertically arranged, the connecting frame 724 is bent, the bottom end of the connecting frame is connected with the feeding slide rail 723, and the side face of the top end of the connecting frame is connected with the fixed disk 721, so that the connecting frame 724 can drive the fixed disk 721 to slide along the feeding slide rail 723, and the steel ring after feeding is conveyed to the laminating disk device 80. The feeding slide rail 723 can slide in a chain sliding manner, and is adjusted by setting a motor drive.
In this embodiment, the fixing member includes a plurality of holders 725 movably disposed on the fixed disk 721, three holders 725 are disposed in this embodiment, the three holders 725 are disposed at an interval of 120 degrees along the circumferential direction of the fixed disk 721, each holder 725 can be movably disposed along the radial direction of the fixed disk 721, when a steel ring needs to be held, the holders 725 move in a direction away from each other, thereby holding and fixing the steel ring from the inner side of the steel ring, and when the steel ring is released, the holders 725 move in a direction close to each other, thereby releasing the holding of the steel ring.
The fixing member of this embodiment further includes magnets 726 disposed on the surface of the fixed disk 721, and in this embodiment, three magnets 726 are also disposed, and are also disposed at intervals of 120 degrees along the circumferential direction of the fixed disk 721, and the magnets 726 can attract the steel ring, and the attraction surfaces of the magnets 726 are adjusted to be vertical, so that the steel ring can be fixed on the fixed disk 721 and kept vertical when being attracted to the magnets 726 by magnetic force. In the embodiment, the clamp 725 and the magnet 726 are used for realizing the feeding of the steel ring under the combined action, wherein the clamp 725 plays a role in clamping and fixing the steel ring, the magnet 726 plays a role in keeping the steel ring vertical, and the two magnets are matched to ensure the mounting reliability and improve the fitting and centering accuracy of the steel ring and the triangular glue.
Optionally, the automatic steel ring feeding device 70 further includes a locking device 73, the locking device 73 is disposed at the bottom of the feeding rack 722 and can be abutted to the storage member 51, so as to lock the position of the storage member 51, avoid unexpected movement of the storage member 51, further ensure stability and reliability of the feeding process, and ensure success rate of picking up steel rings.
In this embodiment, the apex production system 10 includes an extruder 11, a flow channel and mouth shape structure 12, a cutting device 13 and a bonding drum device 14, wherein the flow channel and mouth shape structure 12 receives the adhesive tape extruded by the extruder 11; the cutting device 13 can cut the adhesive tape conveyed by the flow channel and the mouth-shaped structure 12 into a preset length; the bonding drum device 14 can process the cut adhesive tape into an annular bead apex, and transport the bead apex to the bonding disc device 80.
Specifically, the extruder 11 of the present embodiment is used to extrude the gum material to form a gum strip, and the gum strip formed by extrusion enters the flow channel and die structure 12 and enters the cutting device 13 under the transportation of the flow channel and die structure 12. As shown in fig. 9, the cutting device 13 of the present embodiment includes a conveying belt 131, an arc roller 132, a rubber strip pressing roller 133 and a cutting mechanism 134, wherein the conveying belt 131 is disposed obliquely, and the conveying belt 131 is inclined upward along the moving direction of the rubber strip; the arc-shaped roller way 132 is arranged at one end of the conveyer belt 131 close to the extruder 11, and the rubber strip moves onto the conveyer belt 131 under the guidance of the arc-shaped roller way 132 when passing through the arc-shaped roller way 132; the adhesive tape compression roller 133 is positioned at one end of the conveying belt 131 far away from the extruder 11 and above the adhesive tape, so that the direction of the adhesive tape can be controlled, the adhesive tape output from the output belt is prevented from moving upwards, and the adhesive tape can accurately enter the subsequent laminating drum device 14; decide mechanism 134 and be located conveyer belt 131, the mode that this embodiment adopted the supersound to cut, the cutting surface is level and smooth, and cutting angle is adjustable, cuts the face and does not have the turn-up, when the adhesive tape transported predetermined distance on conveyer belt 131, decide mechanism 134 and decide the adhesive tape to the realization cuts into the effect of predetermined length with the adhesive tape on conveyer belt 131, makes the fixed length of adhesive tape, decide, the separation is all accomplished in advance, guarantees that laminating drum device 14 twines the continuous of adhesive tape in-process, incessant. Then the adhesive tape cut into a predetermined length enters the laminating drum device 14, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the laminating drum device 14 of the present embodiment includes a plurality of forming drum blades 141, an adsorption nozzle 142 and a sewing mechanism 143, each forming drum blade 141 forms an annular structure, and the forming drum blades 141 can move radially, so that the diameter of the annular structure can be changed into a required size according to the processing requirement; the adsorption nozzle 142 is positioned on the molding drum blade 141 and can adsorb the adhesive tape on the annular structure so as to ensure the processing reliability of the adhesive tape; the stitching mechanism 143 has an operation arm and a stitching roller located at an end of the operation arm, and the operation arm can control the stitching roller to stitch and roll the joint of the end of the adhesive tape on the drum blade 141, thereby processing the ring-shaped apex.
Alternatively, the extruder 11 of this embodiment adopts a triple compound extruder, and may machine three types of Φ 65/Φ 120/Φ 90, or three types of Φ 65/Φ 90, or three types of Φ 65/Φ 150/Φ 120, as necessary.
The material flow device 90 of the embodiment comprises a base plate trolley, a chain driving mechanism, a cylinder pushing mechanism, a position detection mechanism and the like, wherein the chain driving mechanism is matched with the material flow trolley to drive the chain driving mechanism, the cylinder pushing mechanism and the position detection mechanism are used for detecting positions. The base plate trolley is loaded with a certain number of base plates, and the processed bead filler is placed in the manner of one layer of bead filler and one layer of base plate when placed on the base plate trolley, namely the two bead filler are separated by the base plate. The base plate trolley can be arranged in a plurality of modes and is sequentially arranged, and the base plate adsorption station and the tire bead placing station are switched under the driving of mechanisms such as a chain driving mechanism, a cylinder pushing mechanism and the like.
Because many adhesive tapes can be extruded simultaneously to some extruders 11, therefore, follow-up runner of extruder 11 and mouth type structure 12, decide device 13, all can set up many sets as required up to last logistics device 90 to realize the simultaneous processing of many production lines, further improve production efficiency.
As shown in fig. 12, the bonding disc device 80 includes a tensioning mechanism 81, a sealing mechanism 82 and a rotating mechanism, the tensioning mechanism 81 can expand or contract in the radial direction, on one hand, the tensioning mechanism can contract and expand when fixing a steel ring, so as to fix the steel ring sleeved on the outer side of the tensioning mechanism 81, on the other hand, the bonding disc device can be adapted to steel rings of various sizes, and has high adaptability; the edge sealing mechanism 82 is positioned on one side of the tensioning mechanism 81 and is used for processing the apex and the steel ring into an apex tire bead; the tensioning mechanism 81 can be rotatably arranged, the rotating mechanism is in driving connection with the tensioning mechanism 81, and the tensioning mechanism 81 and a steel ring on the tensioning mechanism can be driven to rotate during processing, so that the processing of the triangular rubber is completed.
In this embodiment, the bonding disc device 80 further includes a bonding disc frame, the bonding disc frame includes a lower base 83 and an upper bracket 84 movably disposed on the lower base 83, in this embodiment, the upper bracket 84 is configured as a box, the tensioning mechanism 81 and the edge sealing mechanism 82 are both disposed on the outer side surface of the upper bracket 84, the rotating mechanism is disposed in the upper bracket 84, and the three move synchronously with the upper bracket 84. The position of the tensioning mechanism 81 can be changed by changing the position of the upper bracket 84 on the lower base 83 as required during pre-processing adjustment or processing completion, so that a steel ring or an apex can be mounted on the tensioning mechanism 81 or the apex bead can be placed on the logistics apparatus 90, and the like.
The tire apex bead molding system of the embodiment can also be provided with a receiving device, an exhaust device, a closed cooling device, a rubber strip storage device and other devices as required, and the devices are matched with each other to process the required apex bead.
The embodiment also provides a tire apex bead forming method, and the tire apex bead forming system is the tire apex bead forming system, and comprises an apex production system 10, a steel ring winding machine 20, a steel ring joint winding machine 30, a steel ring wrapping and rubber coating machine 40, a jacking and transferring device 50, a steel ring grabbing and transporting device 60, an automatic steel ring supplying device 70, a laminating disc device 80 and a logistics device 90. As shown in fig. 13, the tire apex bead shaping method includes: the steel ring winding machine 20 winds the steel wire into an annular steel ring; the steel ring grabbing and conveying device 60 grabs and conveys the steel ring wound by the steel ring winding machine 20 to the steel ring joint winding machine 30, and the steel ring joint winding machine 30 winds and wraps the end part of the steel ring; the steel ring grabbing and conveying device 60 grabs and conveys the steel ring wound by the steel ring joint winding machine 30 to the steel ring cloth coating and rubber coating machine 40, and the steel ring is wholly coated or rubber-coated by the steel ring cloth coating and rubber coating machine 40; the steel ring grabbing and conveying device 60 grabs and conveys the steel ring coated by the steel ring coating and encapsulating machine 40 and places the steel ring coated or encapsulated on the storage piece 51 of the lifting and transferring device 50; the jacking and transferring device 50 drives the material storage piece 51 to move to a position matched with the automatic steel ring supply device 70, the steel ring picking device 71 of the automatic steel ring supply device 70 clamps and places the steel ring on the material storage piece 51 to the steel ring feeding device 72, and the steel ring feeding device 72 transports the steel ring to the laminating disc device 80; while the steel ring is processed and transported, the apex production system 10 produces apex, and conveys the apex to the fitting plate device 80, and the fitting plate device 80 processes the steel ring and the apex into an apex tire bead; the fitting plate device 80 grips the processed bead apex onto the material distribution device 90, and is transported to a subsequent device by the material distribution device 90. Through the processing method, the automatic processing of the bead apex in the whole process can be realized by matching with the tire bead apex forming system, so that the whole automation and the unmanned degree of the tire bead apex forming system can be realized, the automation degree is improved, the manual working strength is reduced, and the whole processing efficiency is improved.
The tire apex bead molding method of the present embodiment can be divided into a plurality of parts, for example, a chafer storage method corresponding to a chafer storage system is adopted in a process of processing a steel wire into a steel rim and placing the steel rim on the storage member 51 for transportation; the process of placing the steel ring from the storage member 51 to the steel ring feeding device 72 is an automatic steel ring feeding method corresponding to the automatic steel ring feeding device 70, and so on.
The following parts are a steel ring wrapping cloth storage method:
in this embodiment, when the steel ring grabbing and transporting device 60 grabs the steel ring after the winding of the steel ring joint winding machine 30, and then transports a plurality of steel rings to the steel ring wrapping machine 40, and each steel ring is respectively placed on one wrapping and rubber coating station for processing.
When the steel ring grabbing and conveying device 60 grabs and conveys the steel ring wound by the steel ring winding machine 20, the first grab 62 adjusts the position along the second slide rail 612, the steel ring winding machine 20 releases the steel ring, the first grab 62 descends to grab the steel ring, then ascends, translates to the position above the steel ring joint winding machine 30 along the first slide rail 611, then descends to the steel ring joint winding machine 30, releases the steel ring, places the steel ring on the steel ring joint winding machine 30, ascends, reversely translates to the steel ring winding machine 20, grabs the next steel ring, and the steps are repeated;
when the steel ring grabbing and conveying device 60 grabs and conveys the steel ring wound by the steel ring joint winding machine 30, the position of the second gripper 63 is adjusted along the second slide rail 612, the second gripper 63 descends to grab the steel ring, then ascends, translates to the position above the steel ring cloth coating machine 40 along the first slide rail 611, then descends to the steel ring cloth coating machine 40, releases the steel ring, places the steel ring on the steel ring cloth coating machine 40, ascends again, reversely translates to the steel ring joint winding machine 30, grabs the next steel ring, and the process is repeated; because the steel ring cloth wrapping and rubber coating machine 40 is provided with two cloth wrapping and rubber coating stations, when the second gripper 63 releases a steel ring to the steel ring cloth wrapping and rubber coating machine 40, the steel ring is placed on one cloth wrapping and rubber coating station, and then the position of the second gripper 63 is adjusted along the second slide rail 612, so that the other steel ring can be placed on the other cloth wrapping and rubber coating station;
when the steel ring grabbing and transporting device 60 grabs the steel ring after being wrapped by the steel ring wrapping machine 40 or wrapped by the rubber ring, the third gripper 64 adjusts the position along the second sliding rail 612, the third gripper 64 descends to grab the steel ring, then ascends, translates to the upper side of the storage part 51 along the first sliding rail 611, then descends to the storage part 51, releases the steel ring to place the steel ring on the storage part 51, ascends again, translates to the steel ring wrapping machine 40 reversely, grabs the next steel ring, and the process is repeated. Similar to the second gripper 63, when the third gripper 64 grips the steel rings at the two wrapping and encapsulating stations, the third gripper 64 is operated to move along the second slide rail 612.
When the number of steel rings stored in one material storage piece 51 reaches the upper limit, the material storage piece 51 changes the material storage station along the annular track line, and the other material storage piece 51 moves to the material storage station matched with the steel ring grabbing and conveying device 60; when the magazine 51 changes the magazine station, the magazine 51 is switched between the first translating mechanism 52 and the second translating mechanism 53, and the first translating mechanism 52 or the second translating mechanism 53 receives the magazine 51 and drives the magazine 51 to move to other magazine stations along the first direction or the second direction.
Specifically, when the magazine 51 is switched from the first translation mechanism 52 to the second translation mechanism 53 at the time of switching between the first translation mechanism 52 and the second translation mechanism 53, the second translation mechanism 53 is raised, the magazine 51 is received by the second translation mechanism 53, and the magazine 51 is raised and separated from the first translation mechanism 52; when the magazine 51 is switched from the second translating mechanism 53 to the first translating mechanism 52, the second translating mechanism 53 descends, the second translating mechanism 53 is separated from the magazine 51, the magazine 51 descends, and the first translating mechanism 52 receives the magazine 51.
The steel ring wrapping cloth storage method can realize automatic processing, transportation and storage of the steel ring.
The following parts are the automatic steel ring supply method:
when the automatic steel ring supply device 70 acts and the storage piece 51 moves in place, the locking device 73 is butted with the storage piece 51 and locks the position of the storage piece 51; then the steel ring clamping jaw 711 of the steel ring picking device 71 moves to the upper part of the storage piece 51 and clamps the steel ring placed on the storage piece 51; the steel ring clamping jaw 711 moves to the position above the fixed disc 721 of the steel ring feeding device 72 along the transverse third direction, and the steel ring is placed on the fixed disc 721; the steel ring placed on the fixed disk 721 is fixed on the fixed disk 721 under the action of the fixing piece on the fixed disk 721; the fixed disc 721 moves in the fourth lateral direction and transports the steel ring to the laminating disc device 80.
When the steel ring clamping jaw 711 clamps a steel ring placed on the storage piece 51, the steel ring clamping jaw 711 moves downwards along the longitudinal sliding rail 713 and clamps the steel ring, and then the steel ring clamping jaw 711 moves upwards to take the steel ring out of the clamping groove of the storage piece 51. Then the steel ring clamping jaw 711 can move along the third sliding rail 714 and the fourth sliding rail 715 to adjust the position as required, so that the steel ring is placed on the fixed disc 721.
Before the steel ring is installed on the fixed disc 721, the clampers 725 are located in the direction close to each other, when the steel ring is placed on the fixed disc 721, the magnet 726 magnetically attracts the steel ring and attracts the steel ring to the fixed disc 721, and the steel ring is kept vertical due to the action of the magnet 726, so that the installation accuracy is guaranteed. The grippers 725 are then moved away from each other and grip the steel ring from its inside. After the completion, the connecting frame 724 integrally moves along the feeding slide rail 723 of the feeding frame 722, and the steel ring can be transported to the fitting drum device 14.
The automatic steel ring feeding method can realize the automatic steel ring feeding.
Further, the tire apex bead molding method further includes the following sections:
when the triangular glue production system 10 produces triangular glue, the extruder 11 extrudes the glue material to form a strip-shaped adhesive tape; the adhesive tape extruded by the extruder 11 enters the flow channel and mouth shape structure 12 and is transported to the cutting device 13 in the flow channel and mouth shape structure 12; the cutting device 13 cuts the adhesive tape conveyed by the flow channel and mouth shape structure 12 into a preset length and conveys the adhesive tape to the laminating drum device 14; the cut rubber strips are processed into annular apex by the laminating drum device 14 and transported to the laminating disc device 80.
Particularly, when cutting device 13 and cutting the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape moves to conveyer belt 131 under the direction of arc roll table 132 on, and conveyer belt 131 drives the adhesive tape and moves together, when treating the adhesive tape predetermined length of motion, cuts off the action of mechanism 134 and cuts off the adhesive tape, and the adhesive tape of being cut off continues to follow conveyer belt 131 and moves to laminating drum device 14 under the backstop of adhesive tape compression roller 133. When the adhesive tape is processed by the laminating drum device 14, each forming drum blade 141 moves radially, the formed annular structure is changed to a preset size, the adhesive tape is wound on the outer side of the annular structure, the adhesive tape is adsorbed on the annular structure by the adsorption nozzle 142, the sewing compression roller of the sewing mechanism 143 is pressed downwards, and the adhesive tape is processed into annular triangular glue.
The processed steel ring and the processed apex are both conveyed to the laminating plate device 80 to be processed, when the laminating plate device 80 processes the apex tire bead, the steel ring is placed on the tensioning mechanism 81, the tensioning mechanism 81 expands in the radial direction and supports the steel ring from the inner side of the steel ring, the apex is attached to the outer side of the steel ring, the rotating mechanism drives the tensioning mechanism 81 to rotate, and the edge sealing mechanism 82 processes the apex and the steel ring into the apex tire bead. The processed bead apex is placed on the logistics device 90 through a mechanical arm and the like, and when the processed bead apex is placed, the bead apex is placed according to a layer of bead apex and a layer of cushion plate.
It should be noted that, a plurality in the above embodiments means at least two.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
1. the problem of low automation degree and efficiency of tire apex bead forming in the prior art is solved;
2. the tire apex tire bead forming system is integrally and automatically arranged, so that the integral automation and the unmanned performance of the tire apex tire bead forming system can be realized, the automation degree is improved, the manual working strength is reduced, and the integral processing efficiency is improved;
3. the steel ring grabbing and conveying device is a closed-loop device which is easy to realize automatic steel ring taking, automatic steel ring placing and automatic logistics conveying, and the automation of steel ring processing is realized;
4. the steel ring gripper can transport a plurality of steel rings at one time, so that the purpose of improving the processing efficiency is achieved;
5. the jacking transfer device is easy to realize a closed-loop device with automatic storage, automatic picking and automatic logistics conveying, and realizes the automation of temporary storage and transportation of steel rings;
6. the steel ring picking device can realize automatic installation of the steel ring on the fixed disc, realize automation and reduce the labor intensity and the operation frequency of workers;
7. the steel ring feeding device improves the positioning precision of the steel ring and ensures the laminating and centering precision of the steel ring and the triangular glue;
8. the triangular glue production system realizes the automatic processing of the adhesive tape from the whole process flows of extrusion, cutting, molding and the like, realizes automation, has flat cutting surface and adjustable cutting angle, does not have turned edge on the cutting surface, and is continuous and uninterrupted in the adhesive tape winding process;
9. automatic processing molding and subsequent transportation of bead apex are realized to laminating dish device and commodity circulation device.

1. A tire apex bead shaping system, comprising:
an apex production system (10) for producing apex;
a steel ring winding machine (20) for winding steel wires into steel rings;
a steel ring joint winding machine (30) for winding and wrapping the end part of the steel ring;
a steel ring cloth wrapping and glue wrapping machine (40) for wrapping and winding the whole steel ring;
the jacking and transferring device (50), the jacking and transferring device (50) is provided with a material storage piece (51) for storing steel rings;
the steel ring grabbing and conveying device (60) is provided with a steel ring gripper which is movably arranged, and the steel ring gripper can grab and convey the steel ring to the steel ring winding machine (20), the steel ring joint winding machine (30) and the steel ring cloth wrapping and rubber coating machine (40) in sequence for processing, grabbing and conveying to the storage part (51) for storage;
the automatic steel ring feeding device (70), the automatic steel ring feeding device (70) comprises a steel ring picking device (71) and a steel ring feeding device (72), and the steel ring picking device (71) clamps the steel ring on the storage piece (51) and places the steel ring on the steel ring feeding device (72);
the steel ring feeding device (72) transports the steel ring to the laminating disc device (80), the apex produced by the apex production system (10) is transported to the laminating disc device (80), and the laminating disc device (80) laminates the steel ring and the apex to form an apex tire bead;
and the laminating disc device (80) takes the processed bead clamps of the apex rubber to the logistics device (90) and conveys the bead clamps of the apex rubber to a subsequent device by the logistics device (90).
2. The tire apex bead building system according to claim 1, wherein said bead ring gripping and transporting device (60) comprises:
a truss (61);

the second gripper (63) is arranged between the steel ring joint winding machine (30) and the steel ring cloth coating and gluing machine (40), and can reciprocate between the steel ring joint winding machine (30) and the steel ring cloth coating and gluing machine (40) so as to grab the steel ring wound and jointed by the steel ring joint winding machine (30) onto the steel ring cloth coating and gluing machine (40);
the third gripper (64), third gripper (64) set up steel ring rubber coating machine (40) with between storage piece (51), and can steel ring rubber coating machine (40) with reciprocating motion between storage piece (51), in order with steel ring rubber coating machine (40) infantees or the steel ring after the rubber coating snatch to on storage piece (51).

a first translation mechanism (52), wherein the first translation mechanism (52) is positioned at the bottom of the storage piece (51) and can receive the storage piece (51) or be separated from the storage piece (51) so as to drive or not drive the storage piece (51) to move along a first direction;
a second translation mechanism (53), the second translation mechanism (53) being arranged in a liftable manner, when the second translation mechanism (53) jacks up the magazine (51), the magazine (51) being separated from the first translation mechanism (52) and being received on the second translation mechanism (53), the second translation mechanism (53) being capable of driving the magazine (51) to move in a second direction, when the second translation mechanism (53) lowers the magazine (51), the magazine (51) being received on the first translation mechanism (52) and being separated from the second translation mechanism (53), the first translation mechanism (52) and the second translation mechanism (53) forming an annular track line having a plurality of magazine stations, the magazine (51) moving along the annular track line and being switched between the magazine stations, so that the steel ring grabbing and conveying device (60) can place the steel ring or the automatic steel ring feeding device (70) can clamp the steel ring.
6. The tire apex bead building system according to claim 5, wherein said first translation mechanism (52) comprises:
a first driving member;
the transmission chain (521), transmission chain (521) with first driving piece drive connection, the bottom of storage piece (51) can be supported on transmission chain (521), and along the motion of first direction under the drive of transmission chain (521).
7. Tire apex bead building system according to claim 5, characterized in that said second translation mechanism (53) comprises:
a second driving member;
the jacking assembly (531), the jacking assembly (531) is in driving connection with the second driving piece, and the height of the jacking assembly (531) can be changed under the driving of the second driving piece;

9. The tire apex bead building system according to claim 8, wherein said bead ring pick-up device (71) further comprises a pick-up stand (712), said pick-up stand (712) having:
the steel ring clamping jaw (711) is arranged on the longitudinal sliding rail (713) in a sliding manner and can descend to clamp the steel ring and ascend to take the clamped steel ring out of the clamping groove of the storage piece (51);
a third sliding rail (714) extending along the third direction, wherein the longitudinal sliding rail (713) can slide along the third sliding rail (714) and drive the steel ring clamping jaw (711) to slide along the third sliding rail (714) together;
a fourth slide rail (715) extending in the fourth direction, the longitudinal slide rail (713) being disposed on the fourth slide rail (715), the fourth slide rail (715) being disposed on the third slide rail (714), the longitudinal slide rail (713) and the underwire jaw (711) being jointly slidable along the fourth slide rail (715).
10. The tire apex bead building system according to claim 8, wherein said steel ring loading device (72) further comprises:
a loading rack (722), the loading rack (722) having a loading slide rail (723) along the fourth direction;
the connecting frame (724), fixed disk (721) are put vertically, the both ends of connecting frame (724) respectively with material loading slide rail (723) with fixed disk (721) are connected, and can drive fixed disk (721) follow material loading slide rail (723) slides.
11. The tire apex bead building system of claim 8, wherein said fixture includes:
the clamping devices (725) are movably arranged on the fixed disc (721), and each clamping device (725) can be movably arranged along the radial direction of the fixed disc (721) and can move in the direction away from each other to fix the steel ring or move in the direction close to each other to release the steel ring;
the magnet (726) is arranged on the surface of the fixed disk (721), and the magnet (726) can attract the steel ring so as to fix the steel ring on the fixed disk (721) through magnetic force and keep the steel ring vertical.
12. The tire apex bead shaping system of claim 1 wherein said apex production system (10) comprises:
an extruder (11);
the runner and mouth-shaped structure (12) is used for receiving and transporting the rubber strips extruded by the extruder (11);
a cutting device (13), wherein the cutting device (13) can cut the adhesive tape conveyed by the flow channel and the mouth shape structure (12) into a preset length;
