Because a large amount of water vapor is adopted in the production, the residual corner burrs of the formed mould during the manufacturing process are combined with the water quality condition, scale accumulation and agglomeration growth easily occur, and the use of the forming mould is further influenced.
At present, manual acid washing is mostly adopted for cleaning the scale of the forming die for EPS foam production, acidic cleaning liquid is poured on the surface of the die and is corroded and stripped by acid and the scale, so that the cleaning effect is realized, but the method is very easy to leave partial cleaning liquid in the die, so that the cleaning is not thorough enough, secondary scale is easy to generate, and meanwhile, the used cleaning liquid is easy to corrode and damage the metal of the die.
