The operating principle of the raspberry Pu' er tea leaf dryer with the screening function is that when tea leaves are dried, firstly, a first motor 5 is started, the tea leaves are added into a machine body 1 from a feed hopper 2, the tea leaves are rotated in the feed hopper 2 by the first motor 5 to drive a transmission rod 6 and a first bevel gear 33 to rotate, a guide shaft 3 is driven to rotate by meshing with a second bevel gear 34, the guide shaft 3 rotates to drive a spiral guide leaf 4 to rotate, the tea leaves are guided into the machine body 1 and enter between two material turning plates 10, when a screening drying cavity formed between two adjacent material turning plates 10 is full of the tea leaves (generally, the tea leaves are loaded in half to two thirds optimally), a second motor 22 is started to rotate, a fast-loading second motor 22 rotates, a stirring shaft 9 and the material turning plates 10 are driven to rotate by a driving wheel 24 and a driven wheel 35, the screening drying cavity formed by the other adjacent material turning plates 10 is positioned under the feed hopper 2, continuing to charge the tea until all the screening and drying cavities are charged, starting the air heater 20 to rotate, closing the feed hopper 2 and the discharge port 18, at the same time, respectively sending hot air from the first air inlet pipe 15 and the second air inlet pipe 21 to the air outlet hole 28 of the stirring shaft 9 and the air blowing hole 30 of the air blowing cleaning plate 29 by the air heater 20, entering the inner side of the tea at the air outlet hole 28 of the stirring shaft 9, entering the outer side of the tea at the air blowing hole 30, simultaneously cleaning the tea on the arc-shaped sieve plate 11 in and out by air blowing to avoid blockage, realizing double drying inside and outside, screening the crushed tea in the drying process through the material turning plate 10, the arc-shaped sieve plate 11 and the screen mesh 27 of the sieve frame 8, piling the screened tea at the discharge port 18 through the material guide slope, opening the discharge port 18 after the drying is finished, cleaning the screened tea firstly, then starting the third motor 25 to drive the sieve frame 8 to rotate, and (4) discharging and collecting the dried tea leaves.
