and a third step of: starting a hydraulic cylinder (16), wherein the hydraulic cylinder (16) controls a telescopic rod (17) to push a storage baffle plate (15) upwards, the storage baffle plate (15) can slide upwards in a storage bin (1103) of a storage box (11), lotus petals at the top end can be continuously pushed upwards in the storage bin (1103) in the process of moving the storage baffle plate (15) upwards, when the lotus petals move upwards to a discharge hole (1104), the petals can be discharged out of the storage bin (1103) from the discharge hole (1104), and can be assisted and conveyed through a discharge auxiliary assembly, and the petals are guided into a storage barrel (25);
