firstly, two side-turning power elements in the side-turning mechanism 6 respectively drive two side-turning brackets 6-1 to turn upwards; the side-turning bracket 6-1 drives the side-turning bed board 6-2 on the corresponding bedstead module 1 and the side-turning board 13 in the wheelchair module 2 to turn upwards. Thereby pushing the user from different positions of the bed board to the middle position, the hip of the user is positioned on the cushion board 11, the back and the head are positioned on the backrest board 12, and the leg is positioned on the leg board 15.
Secondly, two side-turning power elements in the side-turning mechanism 6 respectively drive the two side-turning brackets 6-1 to reset downwards; the two armrest bodies of the wheelchair module 2 are raised to provide side protection and hand support for the user.
Thirdly, the backrest overturning power element drives the cushion plate 11 to overturn upwards; the leg plate 15 is driven by the foot rest turning power element to turn downwards, so that the user can be adjusted from the lying posture to the sitting posture.
And step four, the wheelchair module 2 leaves the bedstead module 1 under the driving of the power wheels 9.
The method for returning the wheelchair module 2 to the bed frame module 1 is opposite to the above process, and is not described herein.

Claims (10)

1. A nursing bed with side turning assistance and integrated wheelchair comprises a bed frame module (1) and a wheelchair module (2); the method is characterized in that: the bed frame module (1) and the wheelchair module (2) form a complete bed body in a combined state; under the condition that the wheelchair module (2) is separated from the bedstead module (1), the wheelchair module (2) is independently used as an electric wheelchair;
the bed frame module (1) comprises a bed frame (4), a side turning mechanism (6) and a fixed bed board (7); a wheelchair abdicating notch (4-1) is arranged on the bed body frame (4); the wheelchair abdication gap (4-1) is communicated to the middle part from the end part of the tail end of the bed body frame (4); both sides of the wheelchair abdicating notch (4-1) are provided with guide rails (18); the side-turning mechanism (6) is arranged on the bed body frame (4); the top of the bed body frame (4) is covered with a fixed bed board (7); the side-turning mechanism (6) comprises two side-turning units which are arranged on the bed body frame (4) in a centering way; the two side-turning units are arranged at intervals, and the distance between the two side-turning units is smaller than the width of the wheelchair abdicating notch (4-1); the side-turning unit comprises a side-turning bracket (6-1), a side-turning bed plate (6-2) and a side-turning power element; the inner side edge of the side-turning support (6-1) is hinged with the bed body frame (4); the side-turning bed plate (6-2) is fixed on the upper side of the side-turning bracket (6-1); the side-turning bracket (6-1) is driven by a side-turning power element to turn;
the wheelchair module (2) comprises a chair frame (8), a cushion plate (11), a backrest component and a foot rest component; two sides of the chair frame (8) are provided with guide sliding blocks (19); under the state that the wheelchair module (2) and the bedstead module (1) are combined together, two guide sliding blocks (19) and two guide rails (18) on the wheelchair abdicating notch (4-1) respectively form sliding pairs; the cushion plate (11) is fixed on the top surface of the chair frame (8); the backrest component comprises a backrest plate (12), a side turning plate (13) and a backrest turning power element; the bottom of the backrest plate (12) is hinged with the rear side of the top of the chair frame (8); the backrest plate (12) is driven to turn by a backrest turning power element; the edges of two sides of the backrest plate (12) are provided with side-turning abdicating notches; the inner side edges of the two side turning plates (13) are respectively hinged with the inner side edges of the two side turning abdicating notches on the backrest plate (12); under the state that the bedstead module (1) and the wheelchair module (2) are combined, two side turning plates (13) are respectively placed on the side turning supports (6-1) of the two side turning units; the side turning plate (13) is turned over along with the turning over of the side turning bracket (6-1); the foot rest assembly comprises a leg plate (15) and a foot rest overturning power element; the inner side edge of the foot plate is hinged with the top of the chair frame (8); the foot plate is driven to turn over by a foot rest turning power element.
2. The nursing bed with the rollover assisting and integrated wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the limit position of the side turning plate (13) is limited by a limit block; the side flaps (13) reach an extreme position when aligned with the back rest (12).
3. The nursing bed with the rollover assisting and integrated wheelchair as claimed in claim 2, wherein: when the side turning plate (13) is aligned with the backrest plate (12), the side turning plate is attracted by the magnet fixed on the backrest plate (12).

The nursing bed with the rollover assisting and integrated wheelchair as claimed in claim 2, wherein: a torsion spring or a spring is arranged between the side turning plate (13) and the back rest plate (12); the torsion spring or the elasticity of the spring to the side turning plate (13) tends to drive the side turning plate (13) to turn towards the back of the backrest plate (12).

The nursing bed with the rollover assisting and integrated wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the wheelchair module (2) further comprises an armrest assembly (18); the armrest assembly (18) comprises two armrest bodies; the two armrest bodies are respectively arranged at the two sides of the cushion plate (11) in a lifting way; when the armrest main body is at the lower limit position, the top surface is flush with the cushion plate (11); the lifting of the armrest main body is realized by a manual mode or an automatic mode.
6. The nursing bed with the rollover assisting and integrated wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the foot rest assembly further comprises a footrest (17); the inner side edge of the footrest (17) is connected with the outer side edge of the leg plate (15).

The nursing bed with the rollover assisting and integrated wheelchair as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the articulated shaft of the leg plate (15) and the chair frame (8) is used as a first articulated shaft; the hinge shaft of the footrest (17) and the leg plate (15) is used as a second hinge shaft; the first articulated shaft is fixed with the chair frame (8); the second articulated shaft is fixed with the footrest (17); the first articulated shaft and the second articulated shaft are linked in a gear and belt wheel mode, and constant-speed reverse rotation is achieved.

The nursing bed with the rollover assisting and integrated wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the side-turning power element adopts a side-turning electric push rod; one end of the side-turning electric push rod is hinged with one side of the bottom of the bed body frame, and the other end of the side-turning electric push rod is hinged with the outer edge of the side-turning support; the backrest overturning power element is a backrest electric push rod; one end of the backrest electric push rod is hinged with the chair frame, and the other end of the backrest electric push rod is hinged with the backrest plate; the foot rest overturning power element is a foot rest electric push rod; one end of the foot rest electric push rod is hinged with the front side of the chair frame, and the other end of the foot rest electric push rod is hinged with the foot plate.

secondly, two side-turning power elements in the side-turning mechanism (6) respectively drive the two side-turning brackets (6-1) to reset downwards;
thirdly, the backrest overturning power element drives the cushion plate (11) to overturn upwards; the foot rest turning power element drives the leg plate (15) to turn downwards, so that the user is adjusted from the lying posture to the sitting posture;
and step four, the wheelchair module (2) leaves the bedstead module (1).
