Abstract
The invention relates to a plate component of a retail container and an intelligent retail container, which comprise a placing plate, wherein the upper surface of the placing plate is provided with a fog layer, and the upper surface of the placing plate is used for bearing commodities; the fixing plate is arranged below the placing plate, the bottom of the fixing plate is used for fixing the camera assembly, and a weight sensor is arranged above the fixing plate and used for supporting the placing plate; and the light homogenizing plate is arranged below the fixed plate, and a shooting element in the camera assembly penetrates through the light homogenizing plate. This application is through setting up weighing sensor between placing board and fixed plate, can acquire the quality data who places board top commodity through weighing sensor, and after the commodity on placing the board was taken away, the picture data that shoots through the camera was compared with the quality data that weighing sensor acquireed to can prevent that the camera subassembly from appearing the error, thereby obtain more accurate information.

Although the light problem can be effectively solved by adding the light homogenizing plate in the prior art, the selling condition of the commodity can be sensed only by the camera, and the technical problem to be solved in the field is urgent.

The invention provides a plate component of a retail container, aiming at solving the technical problem.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: the plate component of the retail container comprises a placing plate, wherein a fog surface layer is arranged on the upper surface of the placing plate, and the upper surface of the placing plate is used for bearing commodities; and
the fixing plate is arranged below the placing plate, the bottom of the fixing plate is used for fixing the camera assembly, and a weight sensor is arranged above the fixing plate and used for supporting the placing plate; and
and the light homogenizing plate is arranged below the fixed plate, and a shooting element in the camera assembly penetrates through the light homogenizing plate.

As shown in fig. 1, the present application discloses an embodiment of a plate assembly of a retail container, which comprises a placing plate 1, a fixing plate 2 and a light homogenizing plate 3 arranged in sequence from top to bottom.

In the embodiment disclosed in the present application, the light homogenizing plate 3 is provided with a through hole for the camera assembly 4 to pass through, the shooting element in the camera assembly 4 passes the light homogenizing plate 3, the shooting unit thereof is used for shooting the space below the plate assembly, the camera assembly 4 can adopt the existing camera assembly 4 in the present application, the present application is not specifically limited, for example, 360 cameras, Haikang-Wei-Vision cameras and the like can adopt wireless transmission or wired transmission under the condition of not influencing shooting.
This application is through setting up weight sensor 5 between placing board 1 and fixed plate 2, can acquire the quality data of placing board 1 top commodity through weight sensor 5, and after the commodity on placing board 1 was taken away, the picture data that shoots through the camera was compared with the quality data that weight sensor 5 acquireed to can prevent that camera subassembly 4 from appearing the error, thereby obtain more accurate information.
On the other hand, this application can make the even space that shines the board subassembly below of light through even worn-out fur 3, and place the even reflection of light that the top shines then can be got back to the fog face layer on the board 1 to make light comparatively bright even in the space, can reduce the dark portion effectively, thereby can obtain more accurate picture data.
On the basis of the above, in order to better acquire the weight data, the weight sensor 5 used in the present application is a flexible weight sensor, and the flexible weight sensor may adopt an existing flexible weight sensor.
As shown in fig. 2, the present application also discloses an embodiment of a flexible weight sensor, in which the flexible weight sensor includes a conductive layer 51, the conductive layer 51 may be a carbon nanotube film, ITO, etc., electrodes 52 are disposed at both ends of the conductive layer 51, a substrate 53 is disposed at the bottom of the conductive layer 51, a pressure sensing layer 54 is disposed at the top thereof, and an elastic support member 55 is disposed between the pressure sensing layer 54 and the conductive layer 51, for example, the elastic support member 55 may be a rubber member.
Since the pressure sensitive layer 54 is in contact with the conductive layer 51 when a pressure is applied, the resistance value of the pressure sensitive layer 54 can change with the pressure, and the resistance between the sensing electrodes can be converted into corresponding pressure data.
In a specific embodiment, the pressure sensing layer 54 includes a polymer matrix and conductive particles dispersed in the polymer matrix, and when the polymer matrix is pressed, on one hand, the elastic support 55 is pressed into contact with the conductive layer 51, and on the other hand, the spacing between the conductive particles dispersed in the polymer matrix is compressed, so as to reduce the resistance, thereby obtaining pressure sensitivity, for example, but not limited to, one or more of graphene, carbon nanotubes, and metal particles, and the polymer matrix may be, but not limited to, one or more of polyurethane, polypropylene, and epoxy.
In an embodiment disclosed in the present application, the light uniformizing plate 3 includes a substrate 31, a light guide plate 32 is disposed below the substrate 31, one side of the light guide plate 32, which is away from the substrate 31, is provided with a light guide dot 33, a side edge of the light guide plate 32 is provided with a light bar 34, and the light bar 34 irradiates the light guide plate 32 and then is uniformly dispersed through the light guide dot 33, so as to obtain a light uniformizing effect.
On the basis, the application also discloses an embodiment of intelligent retail container, and the embodiment includes foretell retail container's board subassembly, and it still includes the cabinet main part, is provided with the cavity in the cabinet main part, and the board subassembly is parallel to be set up side by side in the cavity, for example, is provided with a plurality of slots that match with fixed plate 2 in the board subassembly in the air, through inserting fixed plate 2 in the slot to fix the board subassembly wholly.
In some embodiments, the intelligent retail container further comprises a cabinet door, and the cabinet door is used for closing or opening the cavity, for example, the cabinet door can adopt a hinged door body or a push-pull door body, so as to realize opening and closing of the cabinet door.

Claims (10)

the fixing plate (2) is arranged below the placing plate (1), the bottom of the fixing plate (2) is used for fixing the camera assembly (4), a weight sensor (5) is arranged above the fixing plate (2), and the weight sensor (5) is used for supporting the placing plate (1); and
and the light homogenizing plate (3) is arranged below the fixing plate (2), and a shooting element in the camera assembly (4) penetrates through the light homogenizing plate (3).
2. A retail container's plate package according to claim 1, characterised in that the weight sensor (5) is a flexible weight sensor.

A plate package of a retail sales container according to claim 2, characterized in that the flexible weight sensor comprises a conductive layer (51), electrodes (52) arranged at both ends of the conductive layer (51), and a substrate (53) and a pressure sensitive layer (54) arranged on both sides of the conductive layer (51), a resilient support (55) being arranged between the pressure sensitive layer (54) and the conductive layer (51).
4. A retail container panel assembly as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that the pressure sensitive layer (54) comprises a polymer matrix, and conductive particles dispersed within the polymer matrix.
5. The retail container panel assembly of claim 4, wherein the conductive particles are one or more of graphene, carbon nanotubes, and metallic particles.
6. The retail container panel assembly of claim 4, wherein the polymer matrix is one or more of polyurethane, polypropylene, and epoxy.
7. A retail counter plate package according to claim 1, characterised in that the levelling plate (3) comprises a base plate (31), a light guide plate (32) is provided below the base plate (31), a side of the light guide plate (32) remote from the base plate (31) is provided with light guide dots (33), and a side edge of the light guide plate (32) is provided with a light bar (34).
8. A retail counter plate assembly according to claim 1, characterised in that the matte layer comprises frosted glass (11) and a reflective layer (12), the upper surface of the frosted glass (11) being frosted and the reflective layer (12) being affixed to the lower surface of the frosted glass (11).
9. An intelligent retail container comprising a panel assembly of a retail container according to any of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a container body having a cavity disposed therein, the panel assembly being disposed in parallel side by side in the cavity.
10. The intelligent retail container of claim 9, further comprising a door for closing or opening the cavity.
