calling video acquisition equipment to record the current scene to generate scene video data with preset duration;
determining whether the video acquisition equipment is shielded or not according to the scene video data;
and if the video acquisition equipment is shielded, calling audio acquisition equipment to record the audio of the current scene to generate scene audio data.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the video acquisition equipment is not shielded, calling the video acquisition equipment and the audio acquisition equipment to record the video and/or audio of the current scene to generate scene video and/or audio data;
acquiring the position data of the target user, and determining an intelligent cloud alarm platform monitoring system corresponding to the first secret language audio data;
and sending the scene video and/or audio data and the position data to the intelligent cloud alarm platform monitoring system.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein determining whether the video capture device is occluded from the scene video data comprises:
judging whether the gray value of a video frame in the scene video data is located in a preset gray interval or not;
if the gray value of the video frame in the scene video data is not located in the preset gray interval, determining that the video acquisition equipment is shielded;
and if the gray value of the video frame in the scene video data is located in the preset gray interval, determining that the video acquisition equipment is not shielded.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the invoking an audio capture device to record audio of the current scene to generate scene audio data comprises:
calling video acquisition equipment to record the current scene to generate scene video data with preset duration;
identifying whether a video frame in the scene video data contains a valid marker;
and if the video frame in the scene video data does not contain the effective marker, calling audio acquisition equipment to record the audio of the current scene to generate scene audio data.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
if the video frames in the scene video data are identified to contain the effective markers, calling the video acquisition equipment and the audio acquisition equipment to record videos and/or audios of the current scene to generate scene video and/or audio data;
acquiring the position data of the target user, and determining an intelligent cloud alarm platform monitoring system corresponding to the first secret language audio data;
and sending the scene video and/or audio data and the position data to the intelligent cloud alarm platform monitoring system.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the location data of the target user comprises:
acquiring a preset intelligent alarm strategy, and analyzing positioning setting data carried in the intelligent alarm strategy;
determining whether to collect the position data of the user in the intelligent alarm process according to the positioning setting data;
and if the position data of the user is collected in the intelligent alarm process, acquiring the position data of the target user.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising:
acquiring identity characteristic information of the target user and determining a movement track of the target user;

judging whether the target audio data is matched with preset second bilingual audio data or not;
if the target audio data is matched with the second dark language audio data, determining an important contact corresponding to the second dark language audio data;
and determining a preset contact way corresponding to the important contact person, and contacting the important contact person in the contact way.
10. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising:
judging whether the target audio data is matched with preset third dark language audio data or not;
if the target audio data is matched with the third bilingual audio data, calling audio acquisition equipment to record the audio of the current scene to generate scene audio data; and the number of the first and second groups,
acquiring the position data of the target user, and determining an emergency contact corresponding to the third secret language audio data;
and sending the scene audio data and the position data to the emergency contact person, and contacting the emergency contact person in a preset contact way corresponding to the emergency contact person.
11. An intelligent warning device, characterized in that the device comprises:
the audio data acquisition module is used for acquiring target audio data of a target user in a current scene;
the audio data judgment module is used for judging whether the target audio data is matched with preset first dark language audio data;
the audio data generation module is used for calling audio acquisition equipment to record the audio of the current scene to generate scene audio data if the target audio data is matched with the first bilingual audio data;
the position data acquisition module is used for acquiring the position data of the target user;
the monitoring system determining module is used for determining an intelligent cloud alarm platform monitoring system corresponding to the first secret language audio data;
and the data sending module is used for sending the scene audio data and the position data to the intelligent cloud alarm platform monitoring system.
12. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the audio data generating module specifically includes:
the video data generation submodule is used for calling video acquisition equipment to record the current scene so as to generate scene video data with preset duration;
the device determining submodule is used for determining whether the video acquisition device is shielded or not according to the scene video data;
and the audio data generation submodule is used for calling the audio acquisition equipment to record the audio of the current scene to generate scene audio data if the video acquisition equipment is blocked.

the first data generation module is used for calling the video acquisition equipment and the audio acquisition equipment to record video and/or audio of the current scene to generate scene video and/or audio data if the video acquisition equipment is not shielded;
the first system determination module is used for acquiring the position data of the target user and determining the intelligent cloud alarm platform monitoring system corresponding to the first secret language audio data;
and the first data sending module is used for sending the scene video and/or audio data and the position data to the intelligent cloud alarm platform monitoring system.
14. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the device determination submodule is specifically configured to:
judging whether the gray value of a video frame in the scene video data is located in a preset gray interval or not;
if the gray value of the video frame in the scene video data is not located in the preset gray interval, determining that the video acquisition equipment is shielded;
and if the gray value of the video frame in the scene video data is located in the preset gray interval, determining that the video acquisition equipment is not shielded.
15. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the audio data generation module is specifically configured to:
calling video acquisition equipment to record the current scene to generate scene video data with preset duration;
identifying whether a video frame in the scene video data contains a valid marker;
and if the video frame in the scene video data does not contain the effective marker, calling audio acquisition equipment to record the audio of the current scene to generate scene audio data.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, further comprising:
the second data generation module is used for calling the video acquisition equipment and the audio acquisition equipment to record video and/or audio of the current scene to generate scene video and/or audio data if the video frames in the scene video data contain the effective markers;
the second system determination module is used for acquiring the position data of the target user and determining the intelligent cloud alarm platform monitoring system corresponding to the first secret language audio data;
and the second data sending module is used for sending the scene video and/or audio data and the position data to the intelligent cloud alarm platform monitoring system.
17. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the location data acquisition module is specifically configured to:
acquiring a preset intelligent alarm strategy, and analyzing positioning setting data carried in the intelligent alarm strategy;
determining whether to collect the position data of the user in the intelligent alarm process according to the positioning setting data;
and if the position data of the user is collected in the intelligent alarm process, acquiring the position data of the target user.

the audio data and position data sending module is used for judging whether the target audio data is matched with preset third dark language audio data; if the target audio data is matched with the third bilingual audio data, calling audio acquisition equipment to record the audio of the current scene to generate scene audio data; acquiring the position data of the target user, and determining an emergency contact corresponding to the third secret language audio data; and sending the scene audio data and the position data to the emergency contact person, and contacting the emergency contact person in a preset contact way corresponding to the emergency contact person.
