When the service analysis results corresponding to at least one service parameter in the household order respectively show that the result is not ideal enough and is too many, which indicates that the household service provided by the merchant user is poor, at this time, in order to ensure the satisfaction degree of the household service requirement of the demand user, a new merchant user can be recommended for the demand user again, so as to ensure that the household service requirement of the demand user can be met in time.
Generating the target recommendation information for the demanding user based on the target demand information of the demanding user may include: and generating a detailed display page of the demand information based on the target demand information of the demand user, wherein the detailed display page is the target recommendation information. The requirements of the demand users are deeply analyzed, so that the accurate prompt of the demand users is realized, and the demand users are ensured to initiate new household orders through detailed display pages of the demand information.
As shown in fig. 3, a flowchart of another embodiment of an information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include:
301: detecting an order service request triggered by a merchant user aiming at any household order, and acquiring content sub-information respectively set by the merchant user aiming at least one service parameter.
302: detecting an order evaluation request triggered by a demand user aiming at a household order, and acquiring evaluation sub-information respectively set by the demand user aiming at least one service parameter.
303: and determining the service analysis result of the service parameter according to the evaluation sub-information and the content sub-information respectively corresponding to any service parameter so as to obtain the service analysis result respectively corresponding to at least one service parameter.
304: and determining target evaluation information of the household order based on the service analysis result of each pair of at least one service parameter.
In the embodiment of the application, when the service content information of the merchant user and the service evaluation information of the demand user are obtained, at least one service parameter may be provided to obtain the content information of the merchant user and the content information of the demand user respectively, so as to obtain the content sub-information set by the at least one service parameter respectively and the evaluation sub-information set by the at least one service parameter respectively. The parameter service can be accurately evaluated through the content sub-information and the evaluation sub-information which are respectively corresponding to at least one service parameter, the target evaluation information of the home order can be determined through the service analysis result which is respectively corresponding to at least one service parameter, and the accurate and comprehensive evaluation of the service of the merchant user is realized.
As shown in fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an information processing apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application may include:
the first detection module 401: the method and the system are used for detecting order service requests triggered by merchant users aiming at any household order and acquiring service content information provided by the merchant users.
The second detection module 402: the method and the system are used for detecting an order evaluation request triggered by a demand user for an administrative order and acquiring service evaluation information of the administrative service provided by the demand user for a merchant user.
The order evaluation module 403: and the target evaluation information is used for generating the target evaluation information of the home service order according to the service content information and the service evaluation information.
In the embodiment of the application, an order service request triggered by a merchant user for any household order can be detected, and service content information provided by the merchant user can be obtained. Meanwhile, an order evaluation request triggered by the demand user for the household order can be detected, service evaluation information of the household service provided by the demand user to the merchant user is obtained, and therefore target evaluation information of the household service order is generated according to the service content information and the service evaluation information. By evaluating the household order from two aspects of a merchant user and a demand user, the evaluation content of the household order is more comprehensive, and the effectiveness and the accuracy of the evaluation are higher.
As an embodiment, the apparatus may further include:
and the resource generation module is used for generating reward resource information for the merchant user by using the target evaluation information according to the household order.
And the resource output module is used for outputting the reward resource information for the merchant user.
And the resource allocation module is used for detecting a resource acquisition request initiated by the merchant user aiming at the reward resource information and allocating the reward resource information to the merchant account of the merchant user.
As yet another embodiment, the first detection module may include:
the system comprises a first detection unit, a second detection unit and a third detection unit, wherein the first detection unit is used for detecting a first card-punching request triggered by a merchant user aiming at any household order and confirming that the working state of the merchant user is a service state;
and the information providing unit is used for detecting the service content information provided by the merchant user when the merchant user is in the working service state.
In some embodiments, the first detection module may further include:
and the second detection unit is used for detecting a second card punching request triggered by the merchant user for the household order and determining that the working state of the merchant user is switched from the service state to the end state.
In one possible design, the service content information includes: content sub-information respectively set by the merchant user aiming at least one service parameter; the information type of any content sub-information comprises one or more of a character type, an image type, a voice type and a video type;
the service evaluation information comprises evaluation sub-information which is set by a demand user aiming at least one service parameter respectively; the information types of any one of the evaluation sub information include: one or more of a text type, an image type, a voice type, and a video type.
As an example, the order evaluation module may include:
the first analysis unit is used for determining a service analysis result of the service parameter according to the evaluation sub-information and the content sub-information which respectively correspond to any service parameter so as to obtain a service analysis result which respectively corresponds to at least one service parameter;
and the second analysis unit is used for determining target evaluation information of the household order based on the service analysis result of each pair of at least one service parameter.
In one possible embodiment, the first evaluation unit determines the result of the service evaluation of any one of the service parameters by:
aiming at any service parameter, judging that the evaluation sub-information and the content sub-information corresponding to the service parameter meet the information similarity condition;
if so, determining a service analysis result of the service parameter according to the evaluation sub-information or the content sub-information corresponding to the service parameter;
and if not, performing evaluation weighting processing according to the evaluation sub-information and the content sub-information corresponding to the service parameters to obtain service analysis results of the service parameters.
As yet another embodiment, the order evaluation module may further include:
the third analysis unit is used for acquiring a target service parameter of which the evaluation sub-information and the content sub-information do not meet the information similarity condition in at least one service parameter;
the weight conversion unit is used for converting the evaluation sub information and the content sub information of the target service parameters into target demand information of demand users according to the information weight;
the recommendation generating unit is used for generating target recommendation information for the demand users based on the target demand information of the demand users;
and the recommendation output unit is used for generating target recommendation information for the demand users.
In some embodiments, if the first analysis unit determines that the service parameter is not the content sub-information, the first analysis unit performs evaluation weighting processing according to the evaluation sub-information and the content sub-information corresponding to the service parameter, and obtaining the service analysis result of the service parameter may specifically include:
if not, generating a primary label for the demand user and generating a secondary label for the service user; wherein the weight coefficient of the first-level label is higher than that of the second-level label; scoring the evaluation subdata and the content subdata of the service parameters to obtain an evaluation score and a content score; and performing evaluation weighting processing on the evaluation scores and the content scores according to the weight coefficients corresponding to the primary labels and the weight coefficients corresponding to the secondary labels to obtain the service scores of the service parameters.
The information processing apparatus in fig. 4 can execute the information processing method in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are not described again. The specific implementation of the modules, units and sub-units in the above-mentioned apparatus has been described in detail in the embodiments related to the method, and will not be elaborated herein.
In practical applications, the information processing apparatus shown in fig. 4 may be configured as a computing device, as shown in fig. 5, and is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a computing device provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the computing device may include: a storage component 501 and a processing component 502; storage component 501 is used to store one or more computer instructions; one or more computer instructions are invoked by the processing component 502; the processing component 502 can be configured to perform any of the information processing methods illustrated in fig. 1.
The processing component 502 may include one or more processors executing computer instructions to perform all or part of the steps of the method described above. Of course, the processing elements may also be implemented as one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components configured to perform the image labeling methods provided by the above-described embodiments.
The storage component 501 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the terminal. The memory components may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
Of course, a computing device may also necessarily include other components, such as input/output interfaces, communication components, and so forth. The input/output interface provides an interface between the processing components and peripheral interface modules, which may be output devices, input devices, etc. The communication component is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the computing device and other devices, and the like.
In addition, an embodiment of the present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the storage medium may store one or more computer instructions, and when the one or more computer instructions are executed, the information processing method shown in fig. 1 in the embodiment of the present application is implemented.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that each embodiment can be implemented by adding a necessary general hardware platform, and of course, can also be implemented by a combination of hardware and software. With this understanding in mind, the above-described technical solutions and/or portions thereof that contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a computer program product, which may be embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media having computer-usable program code embodied therein (including but not limited to disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, etc.).

Claims (10)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
detecting an order service request triggered by a merchant user aiming at any household order, and acquiring service content information provided by the merchant user;
detecting an order evaluation request triggered by a demand user for the household order, and acquiring service evaluation information of the demand user for household service provided by the merchant user;
and generating target evaluation information of the home service order according to the service content information and the service evaluation information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
generating reward resource information for the merchant user according to the target evaluation information of the household order;
outputting the reward resource information for the merchant user;
detecting a resource acquisition request initiated by the merchant user aiming at the reward resource information, and distributing the reward resource information to a merchant account of the merchant user.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the detecting an order service request triggered by a merchant user for any household order, and the obtaining service content information provided by the merchant user comprises:
detecting a first card-punching request triggered by the merchant user for any household order, and confirming that the working state of the merchant user is a service state;
and when the merchant user is in a working service state, detecting service content information provided by the merchant user.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein detecting a card-punch request triggered by the merchant user for any of the domestic orders, after confirming that the merchant user enters a working service state, further comprises:
and detecting a second card punching request triggered by the merchant user for the household order, and determining that the working state of the merchant user is switched from the service state to an end state.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the service content information comprises: content sub-information respectively set by the merchant user aiming at least one service parameter; the information type of any content sub-information comprises one or more of a character type, an image type, a voice type and a video type;
the service evaluation information comprises evaluation sub-information which is set by the demand user aiming at the at least one service parameter respectively; the information types of any one of the evaluation sub information include: one or more of a text type, an image type, a voice type, and a video type.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein generating target rating information for the domestic order according to the service content information and the service rating information comprises:
determining a service analysis result of the service parameter according to the evaluation sub-information and the content sub-information respectively corresponding to any service parameter so as to obtain a service analysis result respectively corresponding to the at least one service parameter;
and determining target evaluation information of the household order based on the service analysis result of the at least one service parameter pair.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the service analysis result of any one of the service parameters is determined by:
aiming at any service parameter, judging that the evaluation sub-information and the content sub-information corresponding to the service parameter meet the information similarity condition;
if so, determining a service analysis result of the service parameter according to the evaluation sub-information or the content sub-information corresponding to the service parameter;
and if not, performing evaluation weighting processing according to the evaluation sub-information and the content sub-information corresponding to the service parameters to obtain service analysis results of the service parameters.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
acquiring a target service parameter of the at least one service parameter, wherein the evaluation sub-information and the content sub-information do not meet the information similarity condition;
converting the evaluation sub-information and the content sub-information of the target service parameters into target demand information of the demand user according to the information weight;
generating target recommendation information for the demand users based on the target demand information of the demand users;
and generating target recommendation information for the demand user.
9. The method according to claim 7, wherein if not, performing evaluation weighting processing according to the evaluation sub-information and the content sub-information corresponding to the service parameter, and obtaining the service analysis result of the service parameter comprises:
if not, generating a primary label for the demand user and generating a secondary label for the service user; wherein the weight coefficient of the primary label is higher than the weight coefficient of the secondary label;
scoring the evaluation subdata and the content subdata of the service parameters to obtain an evaluation score and a content score;
and performing evaluation weighting processing on the evaluation scores and the content scores according to the weight coefficients corresponding to the primary labels and the weight coefficients corresponding to the secondary labels to obtain the service scores of the service parameters.
10. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a first detection module, a second detection module and a third detection module, wherein the first detection module is used for detecting an order service request triggered by a merchant user aiming at any household order and acquiring service content information provided by the merchant user;
the second detection module is used for detecting an order evaluation request triggered by a demand user for the household order and acquiring service evaluation information of the demand user on household service provided by the merchant user;
and the order evaluation module is used for generating target evaluation information of the housekeeping service order according to the service content information and the service evaluation information.
