Color sorters are currently used in the field of discrete materials or packaging industries, food quality inspection and classification. The photoelectric color selector is a nondestructive sorting device for quality detection and classification of discrete materials, and is widely applied to industries such as grain, food, pigment chemical industry and the like.
When the color sorter works, raw materials need to be supplied to a storage bin above the color sorter through a lifting machine. Firstly, a large amount of raw materials can be stored in the storage bin to avoid the shortage of raw materials; and secondly, stable flow can be provided for the color selection equipment so as to be beneficial to the stable operation of the color selection equipment. However, the width of the storage bin is far greater than that of the elevator in the loading process, so that materials can be stacked below the outlet of the elevator, a large amount of materials can pass through the color sorting channel below the outlet of the elevator, only a small amount of materials pass through the two sides of the color sorting channel, and the color sorting efficiency and precision are greatly reduced.
