The discharging device 45 comprises a lower discharging rubber roller 451, an upper discharging rubber roller 452 is arranged at the upper end of the lower discharging rubber roller 451, and two sides of the upper discharging rubber roller 452 and the lower discharging rubber roller 451 are both arranged in the working bracket 2; one end of the roller shaft of the lower discharging rubber roller 451 extends outwards to extend through the working bracket 2 and is in transmission connection with the discharging electric device 46. The processing synchronizing wheel 464 and the outer synchronizing wheel are simultaneously in transmission connection with the second synchronizing belt 465, so that the motion rotating speeds of the two processing moving roller shafts 43 are the same, the discharging motor 461 runs, and the inner synchronizing wheel 467, the second synchronizing wheel 468 and the first synchronizing wheel 462 are in transmission connection with the first synchronizing belt 465 to form a power chain, so that the lower discharging rubber roller 451 and the processing moving roller shafts 43 can keep the same running speed.

Turning on a power supply, enabling a conveying motor 636, a discharging motor 461 and a cutter motor 442 to operate, enabling the conveying motor 636 to drive a conveying rubber roller 61 to rotate at the same speed, placing the panel material on the conveying rubber roller 61, guiding the panel material to be below a dust-binding rubber roller 51 by a guide plate 62 in the conveying process, enabling the dust-binding rubber roller 51 to rotate to clean the panel material, adjusting a height adjusting device 54 to enable a dust-binding paper roll 52 to abut against the dust-binding rubber roller 51, and enabling the dust-binding paper roll 52 to rotate to clean foreign matters on the dust-binding rubber roller 51; the discharging motor 461 drives the processing moving roller 43 and the lower discharging rubber roller 451 to rotate at the same speed, the processing moving roller 43 conveys the cleaned panel material to the lower end of the laminating rubber roller 41, the laminating material is installed on the adhesive film tension shaft 471, the laminating material extends downwards to bypass the laminating moving rod 48 to the lower part of the laminating rubber roller 51, the laminating rubber roller 51 presses the laminating material on the panel material, when the processing moving rubber roller 43 conveys the tail part of the panel material out of the sensing range of the detection head 72, the operation is stopped until the head part of the next panel material to be processed enters the sensing range of the detection head 72, the laminating processing is continued, the distance between the two panel materials is constant, the coated panel material is conveyed to the discharging device 45 to be fixed, the cutting device 44 cuts and separates the film, and the discharging device 45 conveys the panel material to the discharging plate 3 to be stacked.
