Background
With the rapid development of society, the living standard of people is higher and higher, and more equipment is arranged in houses. And the probability of fire caused by the increase of electrical equipment is increased.
Present indoor firebreak device all sets up a smoke transducer basically, when the conflagration breaing out, realizes reporting to the police or sprays and put out a fire through detecting smog, however when the conflagration takes place, often burns out the circuit easily to make equipment outage, can't reach the effect that the alarm conflagration was put out a fire.
Therefore, a new indoor fire protection device is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of this scheme is to provide an intelligence firebreak device to solve because the unable problem of putting out a fire of outage.
In order to achieve the purpose, the scheme provides an intelligent fire protection device which comprises a water tank and a spray head communicated with the water tank through a pipeline, wherein the pipeline is provided with a valve, the valve is a sphere, and the valve is rotationally arranged in the pipeline through a rotating shaft; a water outlet channel is arranged on the diameter of the valve, and when the water outlet channel is aligned with the pipeline, water in the water tank can be sprayed out of the spray head; the rotating shaft is provided with a torsion spring, and the surface of the valve is coated with a layer of paraffin.
The principle of the scheme is as follows: in the initial state, the paraffin seals the valve, and the valve is in the closed state. In case of fire, the paraffin in the valve melts due to the rise of ambient temperature. Under the effect of torsional spring, the pivot rotates and causes the ball valve to rotate and make water outlet channel and pipeline switch on, and the water in the water tank can be through the valve blowout from the shower nozzle and put out a fire.
The beneficial effect of this scheme:
1. the high temperature that this scheme utilization conflagration produced and the unique performance of paraffin come trigger valve to open and put out a fire, simple structure, convenient operation.
2. The paraffin is insoluble in water, has good sealing property, and can greatly improve the sealing property of the valve.
3. The water in the water tank has a good cooling effect, which effectively avoids the problem of false triggering of the valve due to an increase in the ambient temperature, such as in summer.
Compare with traditional firebreak device, this scheme need not the electric energy and can realize putting out a fire, even if the outage also can use, the suitability is strong.
Furthermore, an elastic piece, an alarm switch and an alarm electrically connected with the alarm switch are arranged outside the pipeline, the alarm switch comprises a first contact piece and a second contact piece, the alarm is conducted when the first contact piece and the second contact piece are contacted, one end of the elastic piece is arranged on the rack, and the other end of the elastic piece is fixedly connected with the first contact piece; the first contact piece is made of metal or alloy capable of being attracted by a magnet, and a magnetic block matched with the first contact piece is arranged in the valve.
When a fire disaster happens, the valve is opened at the moment, the magnet in the valve moves to the position close to the first contact, and therefore under the action of magnetic force, the first contact can overcome the elastic force of the elastic piece to move and contact with the second contact, the alarm is conducted, and the alarm is alarmed.
Further, the magnetic block is a permanent magnet. The permanent magnet has better magnetic effect and long service life.
Further, the first contact piece is made of iron, nickel or cobalt. The metals are common in the market and have low cost.
Further, the elastic piece is a plastic spring. The plastic spring has good insulativity while ensuring elasticity, and is higher in safety.
Further, a limiting plate used for limiting the second contact piece is arranged at the second contact piece. The limiting plate is arranged, so that the second contact can be effectively prevented from being influenced by the magnet, the selection range of the material of the second contact is enlarged, and the alarm can work better. Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides an intelligent fire protection device, which mainly includes a water tank and a spray head communicated with the water tank through a pipeline 1. The water tank and the spray head are not shown in the figure and can be arranged on the left side and the right side of the pipeline 1 according to actual conditions. The emphasis is on the pipe 1 section.
A valve 2 is arranged in the pipeline 1, the valve 2 is a sphere, and a rotating shaft 4 is arranged on the valve 2 to facilitate rotation. A water outlet channel is arranged on the diameter of the valve 2, and when the water outlet channel is aligned with the pipeline 1, water in the water tank can be sprayed out from the spray head; the torsion spring 3 is arranged on the rotating shaft 4, a layer of paraffin is coated on the surface of the valve 2, the thickness of the paraffin can be adjusted according to actual conditions, for example, the thickness of the paraffin is thinner when the paraffin is sensitive to fire, and the thickness of the paraffin is thicker when the paraffin is not sensitive to fire.
As shown in fig. 1, which is the valve 2 in the normal state, the paraffin seals the valve 2 and the valve 2 is closed. In case of fire, the paraffin in the valve 2 is melted due to the increase of the ambient temperature. Under the effect of torsional spring 3, pivot 4 rotates and causes the ball valve to rotate and make water outlet channel and pipeline 1 switch on, and the water in the water tank can be through valve 2 spout in the shower nozzle and put out a fire.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that an alarm device is additionally provided. The alarm device comprises a protective shell, an elastic piece 6, an alarm switch and an alarm electrically connected with the alarm switch.
The alarm switch comprises a first contact piece (left side) and a second contact piece 5 (right side), and the alarm is switched on to alarm when the first contact piece and the second contact piece 5 are contacted, otherwise, the alarm is in a disconnected state. The elastic piece 6 is a plastic spring with better insulation property, the upper end of the elastic piece is fixed on the protective shell, and the lower end of the elastic piece is fixedly connected with the first contact piece. The first contact piece is made of iron sheet, and the cost is low. In addition, the valve 2 is improved, a magnetic block matched with the first contact piece is mainly arranged in the valve 2, the magnetic block is a permanent magnet, and the service life is longer. A stopper is provided below the second contact 5 to prevent downward movement. The second contact piece 5 is made of copper sheets, so that the conductivity is good and the magnet is not easily interfered.
In the normal state, as shown in fig. 3, the magnet is located at the left or lowermost side. When a fire disaster happens, as shown in fig. 4, at this time, the valve 2 is opened, the magnet in the valve 2 moves to the top, so that under the action of magnetic force, the first contact piece overcomes the elastic force of the elastic piece 6 to move upwards and contact with the second contact piece 5, and then the alarm is conducted to realize alarm.
Compare with traditional firebreak device, this scheme can realize automatic fire extinguishing and warning according to the temperature of environment, convenient operation, and the suitability is strong.
