In the application, the humectant comprises one or a combination of more than two of dipropylene glycol, butanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, glycerol, panthenol, glycerol polyacrylate, glycerol polyether-26, sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, betaine, sodium PCA and trehalose. The sodium hyaluronate has relatively high molecular weight, and can form a moisturizing film on the surface of skin to play a role in moisturizing. Wherein, the molecular weight of the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate is smaller, and the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate can be deeply penetrated into the skin, thereby repairing and delaying the aging. In particular, in the present application, the molecular weight of sodium hyaluronate is 100 to 200 kilodaltons, preferably 130 to 150 kilodaltons; the molecular weight of the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate is less than 10000 dalton, preferably 5000-10000 dalton.
In some more specific embodiments, the humectant comprises one or a combination of two or more of butylene glycol, glycerol polyether-26, sodium PCA, sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, preferably butylene glycol, glycerol polyether-26, sodium PCA, sodium hyaluronate, and hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate. Specifically, the addition amount of the butanediol is 1-5%, preferably 2-4%; the addition amount of the glycerolyether-26 is 1-5%, preferably 2-4%; the addition amount of the PCA sodium is 0.5-2.5%, preferably 0.8-2.2%; the addition amount of the sodium hyaluronate is 0.001-0.2%, preferably 0.01-0.2%; the addition amount of the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate is 0.01-0.2%, preferably 0.05-0.2%.
In order to further improve the efficacy of the lift-tensioning essence, the lift-tensioning essence also comprises the skin conditioner. The effective components in the skin conditioner can penetrate deep into skin and be absorbed by skin, so as to improve skin state.
The skin conditioning agent is added in an amount of 0.05-1%, preferably 0.08-0.8%, based on 100% of the total mass of the lift-tensioning essence, and further, the skin conditioning agent may be added in an amount of 0.1%,0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5%, 0.6%, 0.7%, 0.9%, etc. When the addition amount of the skin conditioning agent is less than 0.05%, the corresponding effect cannot be achieved; when the amount of the skin conditioner added is more than 1%, the cost is too high.
Specifically, the skin conditioner of the present application may include one or a combination of two or more of ceramide 2, colloidal oat flour, acetyl hexapeptide-8, palmitoyl oligopeptide, kelp extract, allantoin, carrageenan, pansy extract, and the like. Preferably, in the present application, allantoin and carrageenan are used as skin conditioning agents, wherein the amount of allantoin added is 0.05 to 0.15%, preferably 0.08 to 0.12% based on 100% of the total mass of the lift-tensioning essence; the addition amount of the carrageenan is 0.1-0.6%, preferably 0.15-0.3%.
The lift and tension essence of the application can also contain chelating agent and preservative. The chelating agent is added in an amount of 0.01-0.05%, preferably 0.02-0.05%, based on 100% of the total mass of the extraction-tightening essence. Specifically, in the present application, the chelating agent may be disodium EDTA, tetrasodium EDTA, or the like. In addition, the preservative is added in an amount of 0.05 to 1.2%, preferably 0.1 to 0.8% based on 100% of the total mass of the extraction-tightening essence. The preservative may include one or a combination of two or more of phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, benzoic acid, and salts thereof.
In addition, in order to obtain a lift-tightening essence, a solvent is also required. The solvent may be the same as or different from the solvent of the first aspect, preferably the same as the solvent of the first aspect, i.e., the components are dissolved using a polar solvent, which may be water or the like.
Further, the second aspect of the present application also provides a preparation method of the lift-tensioning essence according to the second aspect of the present application, which comprises the step of mixing the components of the lift-tensioning essence.
Specifically, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding solvent, chelating agent, skin conditioner, humectant and part of antiseptic into emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 80-85deg.C, stirring to dissolve completely, homogenizing, and sterilizing to obtain phase A;
(2) Vacuumizing the phase A, opening cooling water, stirring and cooling;
(3) Cooling to 42-48deg.C, adding the composition (B phase) and the rest antiseptic (C phase) prepared in examples 1-4, and stirring to obtain the final product.
Examples
Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the following examples are only for illustrating the present application and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present application. The specific conditions are not noted in the examples and are carried out according to conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or apparatus used were conventional products commercially available without the manufacturer's attention.
The contents (mass%) of the components in the formulations of the lift-tension dermatological compositions according to examples 1 to 4 in Table 1 below were determined, and the lift-tension dermatological compositions 1 to 4 were prepared according to the following production process steps.
The production process comprises the following steps: the biological sugar gum-4, sodium alginate, pullulanase polysaccharide, gum arabic, glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol and deionized water are stirred and heated to 80-85 ℃, and the temperature is kept for 20 minutes, and the mixture is homogenized until the mixture is uniformly dispersed.

In example 1, the mass ratio of biose-4, sodium alginate, pullulanase polysaccharide, and gum acacia gum was about 48.33:1.5:1.5:1, the mass ratio of glycerin to 1, 2-pentanediol was 11:1;
in example 2, the mass ratio of biose-4, sodium alginate, pullulanase polysaccharide, and gum acacia gum was about 50:1.67:1.67:1, the mass ratio of glycerin to 1, 2-pentanediol was 11:1;
in example 3, the mass ratio of biose-4, sodium alginate, pullulanase polysaccharide, and gum acacia gum was about 26.67:1:1, and the mass ratio of glycerin to 1, 2-pentanediol was about 6.67:1;
in example 4, the mass ratio of biose-4, sodium alginate, pullulanase polysaccharide, and gum acacia gum was 25:1:1:1, and the mass ratio of glycerin to 1, 2-pentanediol was 6.5:1.
Application examples 1 to 4
The contents (mass percent) of the components in the formulations of the lift-tension essences according to application examples 1 to 4 in the following table 2 were prepared to obtain lift-tension essences 1 to 4 according to the following production process steps.
The preparation method of the tightening essence comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding deionized water, chelating agent (EDTA disodium), skin conditioner (allantoin, carrageenan), humectant (sodium hyaluronate, glycereth-26, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, butanediol) and antiseptic (methylparaben) into emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 80-85deg.C, stirring to disperse completely and uniformly, adding PCA sodium, homogenizing, maintaining temperature, and sterilizing to obtain phase A;
(2) Vacuumizing the phase A, opening cooling water, stirring and cooling;
(3) Cooling to 45deg.C, adding the composition (phase B) and antiseptic (phenoxyethanol) (phase C) prepared in examples 1-4, and stirring to obtain extract 1-4.
Wherein the molecular weight of sodium hyaluronate is 130-150 kilodaltons, and the molecular weight of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate is 5000-10000 daltons.
Comparative example 1 was used
The difference between the application of comparative example 1 and examples 1 to 4 is that the lift-tightening skin composition (phase B) was not added, and the lift-tightening essence 5 was prepared in accordance with the preparation method of application example 1.

Performance testing
1. Use of test
The effect test is carried out on the tightening essence 1-4 in the application examples 1-4, 20 subjects are selected by the dermatologist, and the whole face of the 20 subjects is used with the usage amount of 1.5g; each example and comparative example was 20 users, evaluated after one product was used up, then cleaned and the other products were used again, and the users self-evaluated whether the skin tightening effect was evident at 0 minutes (immediate), 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 90 minutes.
Test results: application example 1 lifting tension liquid 1: 60% of users feel tight at 0 minutes, 30% feel tight at 15 minutes, 10% feel tight at 30 minutes, and 5% feel tight at 90 minutes.
Application example 2 lifting tension liquid 2:85% of users feel lift-taut at 0 minutes, 85% at 15 minutes, 75% at 30 minutes, 65% at 90 minutes.
Application example 3 lifting tension liquid 3:90% of users feel lift-taut at 0 minutes, 85% at 15 minutes, 80% at 30 minutes, 65% at 90 minutes.
Application example 4 lifting tension liquid 4:85% of users feel lift-taut at 0 minutes, 85% at 15 minutes, 75% at 30 minutes, and 60% at 90 minutes.
From the above data, it can be seen that the lift-tightening essences 1 to 4 of examples 1 to 4 all have excellent lift-tightening effect, wherein the lift-tightening effect of the lift-tightening essences 2 to 4 of examples 2 to 4 is more excellent. In addition, the lift-draw conditioner of application example 4 had 95% of the user feel too sticky.
2. Shooting test
Two women with a fish tail on the face were selected, and the wrinkle area was photographed using a fringe projection technique before and after 30 minutes of use using the product of the lift-draw essence 3 of application example 3, and the test results are shown in fig. 1. The composition is specifically used at the position of the fish tail line, the use area is 1.5cm x 1.5cm, and the dosage is 0.3g.
As can be seen from fig. 1, the skin has a remarkable lift-tightening effect after 30 minutes using the lift-tightening essence 3 of the present application.
3. Anti-carbon particle adhesion experiment
The skin is coated with comparative example 1 and the tightening essence 3, then uniformly spread with the same weight of carbon powder, specifically, an area of 3cm x 3cm is selected on the arm, 0.7g of the tightening essence 3 and the application comparative example 1 are coated, 0.01g of the carbon powder is coated after absorption, and the skin is washed after 30 minutes, as shown in fig. 2, it is required that the skin texture has some difference after washing, and the photographing angle has some difference.
As can be seen from fig. 2, the use of the lift-tensioning essence 3 of the present application can significantly reduce the residual carbon particles on the skin surface, and the skin can breathe smoothly.

Claims (12)

1. A lift-tensioning skin composition, characterized by comprising the following components, based on 100% of the total mass of the lift-tensioning skin composition:
biological sugar gum-4: 20-40%;
alginate: 0.5-2%;
pullulanase polysaccharide: 0.5-2%;
gum arabic: 0.5-2%;
polyol: 22-35%;
solvent: 19-56.5%;
the mass ratio of the biological glycocoll-4 to the alginate to the pullulanase polysaccharide to the gum arabic is 20-60:0.5-3:0.5-3:1;
the alginate comprises sodium alginate and/or potassium alginate; the solvent is water.
2. The lift-tensioning dermatological composition according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises the following components, based on 100% of the total mass of the lift-tensioning dermatological composition:
biological sugar gum-4: 25-40%;
alginate: 0.8-2%;
pullulanase polysaccharide: 0.8-2%;
gum arabic: 0.6-2%;
polyol: 24-34%;
solvent: 20-48.8%.
3. The lift-tensioning skin composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the polyol comprises glycerol and 1, 2-pentanediol; wherein the glycerol is added in an amount of 20-30% based on 100% of the total mass of the lift-tensioning skin composition; the addition amount of the 1, 2-pentanediol is 2-5%.
4. A method of preparing a lift-tensioning dermatological composition according to any of claims 1-3, comprising the step of mixing the components of the lift-tensioning dermatological composition.
5. Use of a lift-tensioning skin composition according to any one of claims 1-3 in a skin care product.
6. The use according to claim 5, wherein the skin care product comprises a lotion, cream, emulsion, gel or essence.
7. A lift-tensioning skin composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by comprising the lift-tensioning skin composition.
8. The lift-tightening essence according to claim 7, wherein the lift-tightening skin composition is added in an amount of 2 to 10% based on 100% of the total mass of the lift-tightening essence.
9. The lift and tension essence according to claim 8, wherein the lift and tension skin composition is added in an amount of 3-9%.
10. The lift and tension essence according to claim 9, characterized in that the lift and tension skin composition is added in an amount of 4-8%.
11. The lift and tension essence according to any one of claims 7-10, further comprising one or a combination of two or more of moisturizer, skin conditioner, thickener, chelating agent, preservative.
12. A process for the preparation of a lift-tightening serum according to any one of claims 7 to 10, characterized in that it comprises the step of mixing the components of the lift-tightening serum.
