The fluid in the water supply pipe 510 is heated by the heater 521, so that hot water can be directly input from the hot water pipe 522 to the input pipe 100 for hot water cleaning, or the hot water can also enter the steam pipe 531, and high-temperature steam is formed by heating the steam generator 532 for sterilization.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the hot water pipe 522 and the steam pipe 531 are respectively connected to one end of the water supply pipe 510, and the heater 521 is disposed at the connection between the water supply pipe 510 and the hot water pipe 522 and the steam pipe 531. The heating effect of the heater 521 is better.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the high temperature steam assembly 530 further includes a superheated heater 534 disposed on the steam conduit 531, the superheated heater 534 being disposed on a side of the steam generator 532 remote from the water conduit 510. The superheated steam can be generated by the superheated heater 534 to further improve the sterilization effect.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the above-mentioned cleaning and disinfecting structure further comprises a drying assembly 600, the drying assembly 600 comprises a drying heating element 610 and an air intake fan 620, and the air intake fan 620 is used for sending the air heated by the drying heating element 610 into the washing chamber 11. The drying component 600 can dry the inside of the washing cavity 11 after the disinfection is finished, so as to ensure the drying of the tableware.
Optionally, as shown in FIG. 1, the above-mentioned washing and disinfecting structure further comprises a ventilating fan 710 for exhausting the air in the washing chamber 11. Exhaust fan 710 may prevent the pressure in washing chamber 11 from being too high, and may be coupled to drying assembly 600 to dry the inside of washing chamber 11.
In one embodiment, the preset temperature is the temperature of the superheated steam. As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment discloses a dishwasher, which includes a housing 10 and a cleaning and disinfecting structure according to any of the above embodiments, wherein a washing chamber 11 is disposed in the housing 10, and a spray arm 200 is disposed in the washing chamber 11.
In the dishwasher, hot water can be conveyed to the spray arm 200 by using the input pipeline 100, the hot water has a lower temperature, can enter the hot water channel and spray the hot water into the washing cavity 11 for cleaning, and then the input pipeline 100 conveys high-temperature steam to the spray arm 200, because the hot water channel and the input pipeline 100 can retain the hot water, the high-temperature steam can push the hot water in the input pipeline 100 and the hot water channel at the beginning, so as to play a role of emptying the retained hot water in the input pipeline 100 and the hot water channel, the high-temperature steam can heat the hot water, the temperature in the washing cavity 11 can be increased, the temperature difference between the hot water and the washing cavity 11 when the high-temperature steam is subsequently introduced is reduced, along with the discharge of the retained hot water, the high-temperature steam enters the hot water channel, the temperature in the hot water channel rises until the temperature in the hot water channel is higher than or equal to a preset temperature, the switching piece switches the input pipeline 100 to be communicated with the steam channel 201, spout high temperature steam and be used for the disinfection to washing chamber 11 in, because switch and hot water passageway, the existence of steam passageway 201, can realize that hot water washing finishes before not carrying out the drainage and begin to let in high temperature steam promptly, avoid the temperature in washing chamber 11 to descend at this section of time of drainage obviously, keep the temperature in washing chamber 11, reduce the difference in temperature in high temperature steam and the washing chamber 11, prevent that high temperature steam from getting into in washing chamber 11 because the condition of condensation appears in the difference in temperature, consequently, the sterile effect of follow-up high temperature steam can be improved, in addition, spray arm 200 communicates with input pipeline 100, and utilize the switch to realize the switching of different passageways, the quantity of reducible pipeline, simplify the piping arrangement.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, a drain tank 12 is disposed on the bottom wall of the washing chamber 11, and a filter screen is disposed at the notch of the drain tank 12. The water from the washing process enters the drain tank 12 for recycling or draining.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the dishwasher further includes a pump body 20, the pump body 20 is disposed in the water supply pipeline 510 for providing a certain water pressure to the water in the water supply pipeline 510 for convenient transportation.
As shown in FIG. 2, one embodiment discloses a cleaning and disinfecting method, comprising the following steps:
the input pipeline 100 outputs hot water to the hot water channel of the spray arm 200 and sprays the hot water into the washing chamber 11;
the input pipe 100 outputs high-temperature steam to the hot water channel;
when the temperature in the hot water passage rises to be greater than or equal to a preset temperature, the switching member communicates the input pipe 100 with the steam passage 201 of the spray arm 200 and sprays high-temperature steam into the washing chamber 11.
In the cleaning and disinfecting method, hot water can be conveyed to the spray arm 200 by using the input pipeline 100, the hot water has lower temperature and can enter the hot water channel and spray the hot water into the washing cavity 11 for cleaning, then the input pipeline 100 conveys high-temperature steam to the spray arm 200, because the hot water channel and the input pipeline 100 can contain the hot water, the high-temperature steam can push the hot water in the input pipeline 100 and the hot water channel at first to play a role of emptying the hot water contained in the input pipeline 100 and the hot water channel, the temperature in the washing cavity 11 can be increased by the high-temperature steam hot water, the temperature difference between the high-temperature steam and the washing cavity 11 when the high-temperature steam is introduced subsequently is reduced, the high-temperature steam enters the hot water channel along with the discharge of the hot water, the temperature in the hot water channel is increased until the temperature in the hot water channel is higher than or equal to the preset temperature, the switching piece can heat the input pipeline 100 to be communicated with the steam channel 201, spout high temperature steam and be used for the disinfection to washing chamber 11 in, because switch and hot water passageway, the existence of steam passageway 201, can realize that hot water washing finishes before not carrying out the drainage and begin to let in high temperature steam promptly, avoid the temperature in washing chamber 11 to descend at this section of time of drainage obviously, keep the temperature in washing chamber 11, reduce the difference in temperature in high temperature steam and the washing chamber 11, prevent that high temperature steam from getting into in washing chamber 11 because the condition of condensation appears in the difference in temperature, consequently, the sterile effect of follow-up high temperature steam can be improved, in addition, spray arm 200 communicates with input pipeline 100, and utilize the switch to realize the switching of different passageways, the quantity of reducible pipeline, simplify the piping arrangement.
Alternatively, the input pipe 100 communicates with the hot water passage before the input pipe 100 outputs the hot water to the hot water passage of the spray arm 200. That is, the communication between the input pipe 100 and the hot water passage is an initial state before the start of the cleaning and disinfecting, and after the cleaning and disinfecting is finished, the hot water passage is communicated with the input pipe 100 again.
In one embodiment, after the input pipe 100 outputs the high-temperature steam to the hot water passage, the method further includes the following steps:
drainage is started.
Because high temperature steam begins to get into input pipeline 100 before the drainage promptly for the hot water who remains in input pipeline 100 and the hot water passageway is discharged, and has improved the temperature in washing chamber 11, consequently the temperature in drainage in-process washing chamber 11 can not reduce, can promote on the contrary, with the difference in temperature between reduction and the high temperature steam, condensation appears when preventing the high temperature steam disinfection, can improve disinfection effect.

1. A cleaning and disinfecting structure is characterized by comprising an input pipeline, a switching piece and a spray arm, the input pipeline is used for outputting hot water or high-temperature steam, the spray arm is arranged in a washing cavity of the box body, the spray arm is communicated with the input pipeline, a hot water channel and a steam channel are arranged in the spray arm, when the temperature in the hot water channel is increased to be more than or equal to the preset temperature, the switching piece enables the input pipeline to be switched from being communicated with the hot water channel to being communicated with the steam channel, and the steam heating device also comprises a hot water assembly and a high-temperature steam assembly, the hot water assembly and the high-temperature steam assembly are respectively communicated with the input pipeline, a plurality of first nozzles communicated with the hot water channel and a plurality of second nozzles communicated with the steam channel are arranged on the spray arm, and the caliber of each second nozzle is smaller than that of each first nozzle.
2. The washing and disinfecting structure of claim 1, characterized in that the number of second spouts is greater than the number of first spouts.
3. The cleaning and disinfecting structure of claim 1, wherein the number of the spray arms is at least two, wherein two of the spray arms are a first spray arm and a second spray arm, the first spray arm and the second spray arm are arranged at intervals, the second spray arm is arranged above the first spray arm, and the number of the second nozzles on the second spray arm is smaller than that of the second nozzles on the first spray arm.
4. A cleaning and disinfecting structure as recited in claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises an auxiliary heating member for heating the air in the washing chamber.
5. The washing and disinfecting structure according to claim 1, further comprising a temperature control switch provided at an end portion of the hot water passage, wherein the switching member connects the input pipe to the hot water passage when the temperature sensed by the temperature control switch is lower than the preset temperature, and connects the input pipe to the steam passage when the temperature sensed by the temperature control switch is increased to be greater than or equal to the preset temperature.
6. The cleaning and disinfecting structure of claim 1, further comprising a water supply pipeline, wherein the hot water assembly and the high-temperature steam assembly are respectively communicated with the water supply pipeline.
7. The cleaning and disinfecting structure of claim 6, further comprising a water softener provided on the water supply pipeline for softening the fluid in the water supply pipeline.
8. The cleaning and disinfecting structure of claim 6, wherein the hot water component comprises a heater and a hot water pipeline, the high-temperature steam component comprises a steam pipeline and a steam generator arranged on the steam pipeline, one end of the hot water pipeline and one end of the steam pipeline are respectively communicated with the water supply pipeline, the other end of the hot water pipeline and the other end of the steam pipeline are respectively communicated with the input pipeline, a first switch is arranged on the hot water pipeline, a second switch is arranged on the steam pipeline, and the heater is used for heating fluid in the water supply pipeline.
9. The cleaning and disinfecting structure of claim 8, wherein the hot water pipe and the steam pipe are respectively communicated with an end portion of the water supply pipe, and the heater is disposed at a junction of the water supply pipe and the hot water pipe and the steam pipe.
10. The cleaning and disinfecting structure of claim 8, wherein the high-temperature steam assembly further comprises a superheated heater disposed on the steam conduit, the superheated heater being disposed on a side of the steam generator remote from the water supply conduit.
11. The cleaning and disinfecting structure of any one of claims 1 to 10, further comprising a drying assembly including a drying heating element and an air inlet fan for feeding air heated by the drying heating element into the washing chamber.
12. The washing and disinfecting structure of any one of claims 1-10, characterized in that the preset temperature is the temperature of superheated steam.
13. A dishwasher, comprising a cabinet and the cleaning and disinfecting structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein a washing chamber is provided in the cabinet, and the spray arm is provided in the washing chamber.
14. A cleaning and disinfecting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the input pipeline outputs hot water to a hot water channel of the spray arm and sprays the hot water into the washing cavity;
the input pipeline outputs high-temperature steam to the hot water channel;
when the temperature in the hot water channel is increased to be higher than or equal to the preset temperature, the switching piece enables the input pipeline to be communicated with the steam channel of the spray arm, and high-temperature steam is sprayed out to the washing cavity.
15. The cleaning and disinfecting method of claim 14, further comprising the steps of, after the input pipe outputs high-temperature steam to the hot water passage:
drainage is started.
