In this embodiment, a control method of a cooking appliance is provided, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, and the method includes the following steps:
step S102, receiving pan distinguishing information sent by the detection component; fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the cooking appliance includes a base 20 and a pan 22, wherein the base 20 is provided with a detection component 202 and a coupler 204, and the base 20 is electrically connected with the pan 22 through the coupler 204. Specifically, the coupler 204 may be an internal detachably linked device; for example, in the case where the coupler 204 includes an upper coupler and a lower coupler, the lower coupler is disposed within the base 20 and the lower coupler is connected to a control device within the base 20; an upper coupler adapted to the lower coupler is disposed in the pan 22, so that the pan 22 can be adapted to the base 20 through the coupler 204; the cooker 22 may be a rice cooker, a frying pan, a boiling pan, a steaming pan, or other types of cookware.
The detecting component 202 may be a resonant circuit, a magnetic switch component, or an image sensor, etc., where the detecting component 202 is configured to automatically detect a type of the pan 22 placed on the base 20, generate pan identification information corresponding to a detection result of the type of the pan 22, and then the detecting component 202 sends the pan identification information to a control device disposed in the base 20.
Step S104, the base 20 is controlled to heat the pan 22 according to the pan distinguishing information, wherein a corresponding heating program is started by a control device arranged on the base 20 according to a detection result of the pan distinguishing information on the type of the pan 22, and heating elements arranged in the pan 22 are controlled to heat in a cooking mode matched with the type of the pan 22. The temperature sensor arranged in the cooker 22 transmits the temperature value detected in the heating process to the control device in real time, and the control device generates temperature rise characteristic information according to the temperature value; wherein the temperature sensor may be provided as a thermistor, thermocouple or PN junction type temperature sensor.
In addition, the temperature-raising characteristic information may be a time-temperature curve recorded and generated by the control device according to the temperature value, and since the types of the cookers 22 are different, the temperature-raising rate, the highest heating temperature, the heating time and other temperature characteristics of the cookers 22 are different, so that the temperature-raising characteristic information of each cooker 22 is different; for example, frying pan 22 has the characteristics of rapid temperature rise and high upper temperature limit; the temperature of the rice cooker and the steamer is slowly raised, and the upper limit of the temperature is low, and the upper limit of the temperature detected by a general temperature sensor is about 100 ℃; meanwhile, the two cookers 22, namely the rice cooker and the steamer, have different heating rates due to different actual cooking food materials.
Step S106, performing a matching detection according to the pan distinguishing information and the temperature rising characteristic information, and if the result of the matching detection is abnormal, indicating that the pan distinguishing information and the temperature rising characteristic information are not matched, that is, that the type of the pan 22 detected in the pan distinguishing information is wrong, and if there is a safety hazard because the control device heats the pan 22 according to the pan distinguishing information, controlling the base 20 to stop heating the pan 22 at this time.
Through the steps S102 to S106, by recording the temperature rising characteristic information in the heating process, and detecting whether the temperature rising characteristic information is consistent with the pot distinguishing information, and under the condition that the detection result is inconsistent, controlling the base 20 to stop heating the pot 22, thereby avoiding the heating mode of the pot 22 caused by the hardware circuit fault from generating errors, and solving the problem of low safety of the cooking appliance; and when the pot distinguishing information conflicts with the actual cooking mode, the temperature rising characteristic information is used as an auxiliary basis for judging the type of the pot 22, so that unnecessary emergency reaction is avoided, and the accuracy for judging the type of the pot 22 is improved.
In some embodiments, in the case that the result of the match detection is abnormal, the method further includes the steps of: reducing the heating power of the pan 22 to a preset power, and continuing to heat the pan 22 according to the preset power until the heating time is greater than or equal to a preset cooking time; the preset power and the cooking time can be set by a factory or set or modified by a user. Through the steps, for the risky abnormal condition treatment, not only the cooking is finished, but also the heating can be continued until the cooking is finished with low power, so that the user can continue the cooking under the safe condition, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, a control method of a cooking appliance is provided, and fig. 3 is a flowchart two of a control method of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
step S302, receiving cooking function information sent by the operation panel; the cooking function information may be obtained by: the control device on the base 20 sends cooking indication information to the operation panel according to the pan distinguishing information, and the cooking indication information is matched with the pan distinguishing information; then, the operation panel displays the cooking indication information and receives cooking function information set by a user according to the cooking indication information; for example, when the detecting component 202 provided on the base 20 detects that the steamer is placed on the base 20, the control device receives the pan distinguishing information of the steamer as a result, and controls the operation panel to display the cooking indication information of the cooking mode being steaming according to the result, after the user confirms or selects the cooking indication information on the operation panel, the operation panel sends the cooking function information of the cooking mode being steaming to the control device, and the control device controls the heating element to heat in a heating mode of the cooking mode being steaming; it should be noted that, the step S302 may also be performed before the step S102, for example, after the base is powered on, the user selects the cooking mode on the operation panel, the control device receives the cooking function information of the cooking mode, and then the user places the pan 22 on the base 20, and at this time, the control device receives the pan distinguishing information detected by the detecting component 202.
Step S304, the base 20 is controlled to heat the pan 22 according to the cooking function information, and receives the temperature-raising characteristic information transmitted by the temperature sensor during the heating process.
Step S306, performing a matching detection according to the cooking function information, the pan distinguishing information and the heating characteristic information, and if the result of the matching detection is abnormal, indicating that the cooking function information, the pan distinguishing information and the heating characteristic information are not matched, i.e. controlling the base 20 to stop heating the pan 22.
Through the steps S302 to S306, the detection of the cooking function information is added in the matching detection, that is, the comparison condition of the cooking function information, the cookware distinguishing information and the heating characteristic information is comprehensively analyzed, the detecting component 202 combines the cooking result with the cooking actual temperature curve to judge whether the current cookware 22 type is matched with the actually operated cooking function and whether the safety risk exists, so that the accuracy of judging the cookware 22 type is further improved; meanwhile, the current cooking is completed under the conditions that the cookware distinguishing information is wrong and safety risks are avoided, and user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, a control method of a cooking appliance is provided, fig. 4 is a flowchart III of a control method of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, and the method includes the following steps:
in step S402, when the result of the matching detection is abnormal, the abnormal detection is analyzed, and it is first determined whether or not the cooking function information and the temperature increase characteristic information match.
Step S404, when the cooking function information and the temperature rising characteristic information are not matched, the cooking function information set by the user is not suitable for the heating mode of the base 20, and there is a safety hazard, so that the base 20 is controlled to stop heating the pan 22; or, the heating power of the pan 22 is reduced to a preset power, and the pan 22 is continuously heated according to the preset power until the heating time is greater than or equal to the cooking time set in the cooking function information.
Wherein, the conditions that the cooking function information and the temperature rising characteristic information are not matched may be as follows: the cookware distinguishing information, the cooking function information and the heating characteristic information are not matched, which indicates that the detecting component 202 makes an error in distinguishing the type of the cookware 22 at this time, and the cooking mode re-selected by the user on the operation panel is not consistent with the type of the cookware 22, so that the heating needs to be stopped; or, the cooking function information and the heating characteristic information are not matched, and the pot distinguishing information is matched with the heating characteristic information, which indicates that the type of the pot 22 detected by the detecting component 202 is correct, but the cooking mode re-selected by the user still does not match the type of the pot 22, and the heating needs to be stopped; or, the cooking function information and the heating characteristic information are not matched, and the cookware distinguishing information is matched with the cooking function information, which means that the user does not find that the detecting component 202 makes an error in distinguishing the type of the cookware 22, and the heating is required to be stopped, so that the accuracy of judging the cookware 22 is improved, and the risk is avoided.
Step S406, when the cooking function information is matched with the heating characteristic information and the pot distinguishing information is not matched with the heating characteristic information, it is indicated that the detecting component 202 makes an error in judging the type of the pot 22, and when the control device controls the operation panel to display the cooking indication information according to the pot distinguishing information, the user finds that the cooking indication information makes an error and selects a correct cooking mode matched with the type of the pot 22 through the operation panel; thus, the control device can control the base 20 to continue heating the cooker 22 according to the cooking function information.
Through steps S402 to S406, under the condition that the matching result detects an abnormality, the abnormal detection condition is analyzed, and first, whether the cooking function information and the heating characteristic information are matched is judged, and under the condition that the cooking function information is matched with the heating characteristic information and the pot distinguishing information is not matched with the heating characteristic information, the base 20 is controlled to continuously heat the pot 22 according to the cooking function information.
In some of these embodiments, the detection assembly 202 includes a magnetically controlled switch and a magnetically controlled trigger; the magnetic control switch is arranged on the base 20, and the magnetic control trigger piece is arranged in the cooker 22; for example, a magnetic control switch may be disposed on each of the left and right sides of the base 20, a magnetic control trigger member is disposed on the left side of the bottom of the first type of pan, and a magnetic control trigger member is disposed on the right side of the bottom of the second type of pan; because the magnetic switch and the magnetic trigger piece attract each other and generate signals when the pan 22 and the base 20 are connected through the coupler 204, if the control device detects that the pan discrimination information of the detection assembly 202 is 01, the first type pan is determined to be placed on the base 20; in contrast, if the control device detects that the pan distinguishing information is 10, it is determined that the second type of pan is placed on the base 20. The magnetic control switch can be arranged as a reed switch, a Hall element, a semiconductor magnetic resistor or a magneto-sensitive diode; the magnetic control trigger piece can be arranged as a magnet, a magnet or magnetic steel.
Alternatively, the detection assembly 202 may also include a resonance unit and an acquisition unit; the LC resonance unit is connected to the control device, and is configured to form an oscillation loop when receiving the pulse excitation signal sent by the control device, so as to detect ferromagnetism of the pan 22 placed on the base 20; the acquisition unit is respectively connected with the LC resonance unit and the control device, and the temperature sensor is used for generating the pan distinguishing information according to the oscillation loop and sending the pan distinguishing information to the control device.
An embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to a practical application scenario, and fig. 5 is a flowchart of a control method of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, and specific implementation steps of the control method of the cooking appliance are shown in fig. 5.
In step S502, the user places the pan 22 on the base 20 and turns on the power of the base 20.
Step S504, the control device disposed in the base 20 receives the pan distinguishing information of the type of the pan 22 detected by the detecting component 202, and sends cooking indication information to the operation panel according to the pan distinguishing information, and the operation panel root displays the cooking indication information, that is, the cooking mode; the user can confirm or select a cooking mode on the operation panel and start cooking.
