Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of health care products, and particularly relates to an anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women, and a preparation method and application thereof. The anti-wrinkle health care product for postpartum women comprises the following components: angelica, donkey-hide gelatin and folic acid compounds. The product disclosed by the invention is an oral preparation, can achieve the effects of resisting wrinkles and tightening skin, and can comprehensively improve the problem of wrinkles of the whole skin of a postpartum female.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of health care products, and particularly relates to an anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
After delivery, the women have large weight change before and after production, and the weight changes rapidly in a short time, which may cause skin relaxation and increase of postpartum wrinkles, for example, fine lines, striae gravidarum and the like appear on the face, and the striae gravidarum is serious. The striae gravidarum is mainly formed due to the influence of hormones in pregnancy, and the abdominal distension causes elastic fibers and collagen fibers of the skin to be damaged or broken, so that the abdominal skin becomes thin and thin, and pink or purple wavy patterns with different widths and lengths appear. After delivery, these lines gradually disappear, leaving white or silvery-white shiny scar lines, i.e. stretch marks. Stretch marks appear mainly on the abdominal wall, and may also appear on the inside and outside of the thighs, buttocks, chest, back waist, arms, and the like. The most obvious is the first lying-in woman. Once the striae gravidarum appears, the striae gravidarum cannot disappear, and the striae gravidarum, the breast drop and the abdominal fat accumulation are accompanied, so that the postpartum physical state and the physical and mental health of women are seriously influenced.
The current treatment methods of striae gravidarum include chemical desquamation, skin grinding, laser treatment and treatment with striae gravidarum products. At present, the market has a plurality of products for removing striae gravidarum, but the real effect is too much. The good product for removing the striae gravidarum does not contain alcohol, hormone, pigment and heavy metal components such as lead, mercury and the like, is approved by strict medical skin safety tests, has no allergy and no stimulation, and can be safely and safely used by pregnant and lying-in women and lactating women. The striae gravidarum removing products processed by mineral oil, artificial pigment and various spices in the market can seriously damage the health of pregnant women and babies.

Although the technology has a good anti-wrinkle effect, the components of the technology are various, on one hand, the cost is high, and on the other hand, due to the possible interaction among the components, the situation that whether the pregnant women feel uncomfortable after using the technology is unpredictable. For example, chinese patent application CN 101507695 a discloses a striae gravidarum repair emulsion, which is prepared by blending deionized water, sweet almond oil, witch hazel extract, aloe vera gel, and sunflower seed oil as main materials with an appropriate amount of auxiliary materials including beta-SS, wherein the sweet almond oil is rich in vitamin B1, B2, B6, and VE, which is helpful for anti-itching and inflammation, but its wrinkle-removing effect is not described in detail. Therefore, the development of the anti-wrinkle health food which has simple components and no side effect and is suitable for postpartum women is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical problems, the invention provides an anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women. The composition can improve skin wrinkle of puerperal female.

Preferably, the folic acid compounds are one or more of folic acid, leucovorin, L-methyl folic acid, pharmaceutically acceptable salts of folic acid, active metabolites of folic acid or pharmaceutically acceptable salts of folic acid, and substances capable of metabolizing and/or generating folic acid in vivo.
The present invention is not particularly limited in terms of the source of the above raw materials, and commercially available products known to those skilled in the art may be used.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing angelica, adding water, heating, decocting and filtering to obtain filtrate 1 and filter residue 1; adding water into the filter residue 1, carrying out second heating decoction, and filtering; preparing filtrate 2 and residue 2, adding water into residue 2, decocting for the third time, and filtering; obtaining filtrate 3 and filter residue 3;
s2, weighing colla Corii Asini, melting with boiling water, and removing oil layer to obtain colla Corii Asini solution;
s3, mixing the filtrate 1, the filtrate 2, the filtrate 3 and the donkey-hide gelatin solution obtained in the step S1, standing, filtering, removing residues, and preparing a mixed solution;
s3, cooling the mixed solution, and concentrating to obtain fluid extract;
s4, drying and sterilizing the clear paste, adding folic acid compounds and tea polyphenol, mixing, drying and sterilizing to obtain the anti-wrinkle composition.
Preferably, in S1, the weight of the water added into the angelica is 8-10 times of the mass of the angelica; the weight of the water added into the filter residue 1 is 4-6 times of the mass of the filter residue 1; the weight of the water added into the filter residue 2 is 2-3 times of the mass of the filter residue 2.
Preferably, the heating and decocting time is 2-4 h; the time for the second heating decoction is 2-3 h; the time for the third heating decoction is 1.5-2.5 h.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical advantages that:
(1) the product disclosed by the invention is an oral preparation, can achieve the effects of resisting wrinkles and tightening skin, and can comprehensively improve the problem of wrinkles of the whole skin of a postpartum female.
(2) According to the invention, angelica, donkey-hide gelatin and folic acid compounds are creatively used together, so that striae gravidarum is relieved, fine lines are well faded, folic acid can be supplemented for postpartum women, and the postpartum women can recover physique.
(3) The Chinese angelica and the donkey-hide gelatin which can tonify qi and blood and the folic acid which can promote cell division and growth are used together, so that the Chinese angelica and the donkey-hide gelatin achieve the synergistic effect, thin wrinkles can be quickly faded, qi and blood can be supplemented for postpartum women, and the skin problem of the postpartum women is fundamentally solved.
(4) The invention has the advantages of good naturalness of the selected raw materials, scientific and reasonable formula, wide applicable population, safety, reliability and convenient and fast eating mode.

The present invention will be described below with reference to specific examples to make the technical aspects of the present invention easier to understand and grasp, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The experimental methods described in the following examples are all conventional methods unless otherwise specified; the reagents and materials are commercially available, unless otherwise specified.
Example 1
The anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of angelica, 25 parts of donkey-hide gelatin and 1.5 parts of folic acid.
The preparation method of the anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing angelica, adding 9 times of water by mass, heating and decocting for 3 hours, and filtering to obtain filtrate 1 and filter residue 1; adding 5 times of water into the filter residue 1, decocting for 2 hr, and filtering; preparing filtrate 2 and residue 2, adding 3 times of water into residue 2, decocting for 2 hr for the third time, and filtering; obtaining filtrate 3 and filter residue 3;
s2, weighing colla Corii Asini, melting with boiling water, and removing oil layer to obtain colla Corii Asini solution;
s3, mixing the filtrate 1, the filtrate 2, the filtrate 3 and the donkey-hide gelatin solution obtained in the step S1, standing for 24 hours, filtering, removing residues, and preparing a mixed solution;
s3, cooling the mixed solution to 6 ℃, and concentrating until the relative density of the mixed solution is 1.25 +/-0.05 to obtain clear paste;

The anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of angelica, 40 parts of donkey-hide gelatin, 1 part of formyl tetrahydrofolic acid and 5 parts of tea polyphenol.
The preparation method of the anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing angelica, adding 8 times of water by mass, heating and decocting for 2 hours, and filtering to obtain filtrate 1 and filter residue 1; adding 4 times of water into the residue 1, decocting for 2 hr, and filtering; preparing filtrate 2 and residue 2, adding 3 times of water into residue 2, decocting for the third time for 1.5 hr, and filtering; obtaining filtrate 3 and filter residue 3;
s2, weighing colla Corii Asini, melting with boiling water, and removing oil layer to obtain colla Corii Asini solution;
s3, mixing the filtrate 1, the filtrate 2, the filtrate 3 and the donkey-hide gelatin solution obtained in the step S1, standing for 24 hours, filtering, removing residues, and preparing a mixed solution;

s1, weighing angelica, adding water with the mass being 10 times that of the angelica, heating and decocting for 4 hours, and filtering to obtain filtrate 1 and filter residue 1; adding 6 times of water into the filter residue 1, decocting for 3 hr, and filtering; preparing filtrate 2 and residue 2, adding 2 times of water to residue 2, decocting for 2.5 hr for the third time, and filtering; obtaining filtrate 3 and filter residue 3;
s2, weighing colla Corii Asini, melting with boiling water, and removing oil layer to obtain colla Corii Asini solution;

Compared with example 2, the difference is in the composition difference: radix Angelicae sinensis is replaced by Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix.
The anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 25 parts of donkey-hide gelatin, 1.5 parts of folic acid and 2 parts of tea polyphenol.
The preparation method of the anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the salvia miltiorrhiza, adding 9 times of water by mass, heating and decocting for 3 hours, and filtering to obtain filtrate 1 and filter residue 1; adding 5 times of water into the filter residue 1, decocting for 2 hr, and filtering; preparing filtrate 2 and residue 2, adding 3 times of water into residue 2, decocting for 2 hr for the third time, and filtering; obtaining filtrate 3 and filter residue 3;
s2, weighing colla Corii Asini, melting with boiling water, and removing oil layer to obtain colla Corii Asini solution;
s3, mixing the filtrate 1, the filtrate 2, the filtrate 3 and the donkey-hide gelatin solution obtained in the step S1, standing for 24 hours, filtering, removing residues, and preparing a mixed solution;
s3, cooling the mixed solution to 6 ℃, and concentrating until the relative density of the mixed solution is 1.25 +/-0.05 to obtain clear paste;
s4, drying and sterilizing the clear paste at 80 ℃ for 5h, adding folic acid and tea polyphenol, mixing in a mixer for 70 min, and drying and sterilizing at 80 ℃ for 3h to obtain the anti-wrinkle composition.

Compared with example 2, the difference lies in the preparation method.
The anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of angelica, 25 parts of donkey-hide gelatin, 1.5 parts of folic acid and 2 parts of tea polyphenol.
The preparation method of the anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing angelica, adding 9 times of water by mass, heating and decocting for 7 hours, and filtering to obtain filtrate;
s2, weighing colla Corii Asini, melting with boiling water, and removing oil layer to obtain colla Corii Asini solution;
s3, mixing the filtrate in the S1 with the donkey-hide gelatin solution, standing for 24 hours, filtering, removing residues, and preparing a mixed solution;
s3, cooling the mixed solution to 6 ℃, and concentrating until the relative density of the mixed solution is 1.25 +/-0.05 to obtain clear paste;
s4, drying and sterilizing the clear paste at 80 ℃ for 5h, adding folic acid and tea polyphenol, mixing in a mixer for 70 min, and drying and sterilizing at 80 ℃ for 3h to obtain the anti-wrinkle composition.
Examples of effects
The compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were prepared into granules (the content of the composition in the granules is not limited, and the products fed during the elasticity test and the anti-wrinkle test were used in amounts calculated based on the actual weight of the composition in the products as an effective content).
1. Elasticity test
Female volunteers 35 aged 25-35 years and within 1 year of postpartum and weighing within 50-70kg were selected and randomly divided into 7 groups of 5 persons each, namely, a control group, examples 1-3 groups and comparative examples 1-3 groups. Wherein, the groups of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 were tasted daily for anti-wrinkle products of the corresponding group at an effective content of 0.25 g/kg; during the period of taking the anti-wrinkle product, the diet was balanced normally, and the control group had only balanced normal diet. After 12 weeks of continuous taking, the skin elasticity of the lower abdomen before and after taking the anti-wrinkle product was measured using the skin elasticity tester MPA580 of CK company, Germany, and the R2 value was recorded (R2 value is the ratio of the amount of springback of the skin without negative pressure to the maximum amount of stretch in the presence of negative pressure, and the ratio is approximately 1, indicating that the skin elasticity is better). The results are shown in Table 1.

2. Anti-wrinkle effect
70 six-week-old hairless mice were selected and divided into 7 groups of 10 mice each, according to examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3, and a control group. The groups of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were fed the corresponding products daily at an effective content of 0.25g/kg, and the normal diet and drinking water during the period of taking the anti-wrinkle product, and the normal diet and drinking water of the control group. During the experiment, the dorsal part of hairless mice was irradiated with UVB ultraviolet rays at a frequency of 30min once a day to induce photoaging, and the dose of UVB irradiation was set to 100mJ/cm2. The irradiation is continued for 10 weeks, and the wrinkle of the dorsal part of the mouse is observed on the 1 st day after the completion of the experiment to evaluate the wrinkle-resistant effect. Evaluation criteria: scoring for 0-5 points according to the depth, length and length of wrinkles, and scoring for 0 point when no wrinkles are observed, and scoring for deep and long dorsal partThe number of wrinkles was 5, and the scoring was performed by three testers, and the average of the three was taken as the final result (the average has a decimal part and is rounded up to an integer). The results are shown in Table 2.

Therefore, the anti-wrinkle health care product provided by the invention has a good anti-wrinkle effect. And the composition and the preparation method of the anti-wrinkle product have great influence on the anti-wrinkle effect.

Claims (10)
1. An anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women comprises the following components: angelica, donkey-hide gelatin and folic acid compounds.
2. The anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women according to claim 1, wherein the anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of angelica, 10-40 parts of donkey-hide gelatin and 1-2 parts of folic acid compounds.
3. The anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women according to claim 1, wherein the anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women further comprises tea polyphenols.
4. The anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women according to claim 3, wherein the anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of angelica, 10-40 parts of donkey-hide gelatin, 1-2 parts of folic acid compounds and 1-5 parts of tea polyphenol.
5. The anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women according to claim 1, wherein the folic acid compounds are one or more of folic acid, leucovorin, L-methyl folic acid, pharmaceutically acceptable salts of folic acid, active metabolites of folic acid or pharmaceutically acceptable salts of folic acid, and substances capable of metabolizing and/or generating folic acid in vivo.
6. The method for preparing the anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
s1, weighing angelica, adding water, heating, decocting and filtering to obtain filtrate 1 and filter residue 1; adding water into the filter residue 1, carrying out second heating decoction, and filtering; preparing filtrate 2 and residue 2, adding water into residue 2, decocting for the third time, and filtering; obtaining filtrate 3 and filter residue 3;
s2, weighing colla Corii Asini, melting with boiling water, and removing oil layer to obtain colla Corii Asini solution;
s3, mixing the filtrate 1, the filtrate 2, the filtrate 3 and the donkey-hide gelatin solution obtained in the step S1, standing, filtering, removing residues, and preparing a mixed solution;
s3, cooling the mixed solution, and concentrating to obtain fluid extract;
s4, drying and sterilizing the clear paste, adding folic acid compounds and tea polyphenol, mixing, drying and sterilizing to obtain the anti-wrinkle composition.
7. The method for preparing the anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women as in claim 6, wherein in S1, the weight of the water added into the angelica sinensis is 8-10 times of the weight of the angelica sinensis; the weight of the water added into the filter residue 1 is 4-6 times of the mass of the filter residue 1; the weight of the water added into the filter residue 2 is 2-3 times of the mass of the filter residue 2; the heating and decocting time is 2-4 h; the time for the second heating decoction is 2-3 h; the time for the third heating decoction is 1.5-2.5 h.
8. The method for preparing the anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women as in claim 6, wherein the standing time in S3 is 24-36 h; the cooling temperature is 5-7 ℃; in S3, the concentration is performed until the relative density of the mixed solution is 1.25 ± 0.05.
9. The method for preparing the anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women as in claim 6, wherein the drying and sterilizing are performed at 80-85 ℃ for 4-6h in S4; the mixing is carried out in a mixer for 60-80 minutes; the drying and disinfection are carried out for 2.5-3h at the temperature of 80-85 ℃.
10. An anti-wrinkle product for postpartum women, comprising the anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women according to any one of claims 1 to 5 or the anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women prepared by the method for preparing the anti-wrinkle composition for postpartum women according to any one of claims 6 to 9.
