The invention discloses a system and a method based on a block chain system architecture, the system comprises a block chain data management platform, a data governance platform, an IT visual platform, an IT asset management system and an IT service management system, the block chain data management platform analyzes and stores data in the block chain system, the block chain data management platform exchanges data with the data governance platform, the IT visual platform, the IT asset management system and the IT service management system respectively, the data governance platform extracts IT domain basic data from the block chain platform for data governance and stores data governance records to the block chain platform, the IT visual platform provides IT domain basic data and IT service data, the consistency of IT asset acquisition, operation and management basic data is realized, the full life cycle safety management of the IT asset data is realized, and data security inside the blockchain platform is partitioned through the network firewall.

Technical Field
