Abstract
The invention provides a drawing method for the surface of cow leather, belonging to the technical field of cow leather drawing. According to the invention, by combining the modes of the dyeing process, the manual coloring, the computer spray painting and the 3D printing, the patterns on the surface of the obtained cattle leather have a three-dimensional multi-layer effect and have hazy aesthetic feeling. The computer spray-painted patterns can cover the original manual patterns so as to achieve the effect of multi-level color superposition and realize hazy aesthetic feeling; the 3D printed patterns have a three-dimensional structure, so that the whole pattern has a three-dimensional multi-layer effect, and a laminated and staggered hazy aesthetic feeling is created; because the pattern after 3D prints has three-dimensional spatial structure, its visual effect is more lifelike compared with the plane pattern.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of drawing of cow leather, in particular to a drawing method for the surface of cow leather.
Background
The existing cowhide sofa leather is colored and drawn only by spraying and embossing, the surface effect of the existing cowhide sofa leather is mainly the wax effect, the existing cowhide sofa leather does not have three-dimensional layering, and the artistic aesthetic feeling of the existing cowhide sofa leather is poor.
Disclosure of Invention

Preferably, the printer used in the computer inkjet printing in the step (4) is a UV-curable inkjet printer, and the ink used in the computer inkjet printing is UV-curable pigment ink.
Preferably, the UV curing pigment ink comprises, by mass, 3-10 parts of organic pigment, 20-40 parts of polyurethane acrylate, 5-10 parts of epoxy resin modified acrylate, 20-40 parts of polyester acrylate, 2-5 parts of polyurethane, 10-15 parts of amino resin monomer, 3-6 parts of photoinitiator, 0.5-1 part of dispersant, 0.3-0.6 part of flatting agent, 0.2-0.5 part of plasticizer and 0.5-1 part of defoaming agent.
Preferably, the printing precision of the computer inkjet is 2880 × 1440dpi, and the nozzle is a crystal micro-piezoelectric nozzle.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a drawing method for the surface of cow leather, which comprises the following steps:
(1) carrying out drum dyeing, oiling and color fixing on the wet cow blue leather in sequence to obtain dyed cow leather;
(2) patterning the surface of the dyed cow leather to obtain a preset pattern;
(3) manually coloring the preset pattern to obtain a manual pattern; the manual coloring mode sequentially comprises the steps of flower tying, flower pinching, waxing, dewaxing, spray dyeing, dip dyeing, color wiping and color removing;
(4) and decomposing the preset pattern into two parts, printing one part of the preset pattern on the corresponding position of the surface of the hand pattern by computer inkjet, and printing the other part of the preset pattern on the corresponding position of the surface of the hand pattern in a 3D manner.
According to the invention, the wet cow blue leather is subjected to drum dyeing, oiling and color fixing in sequence to obtain the dyed cow leather. The invention has no special requirement on the wet cow blue skin, and the wet cow blue skin well known to the technical personnel in the field can be used. In the invention, the single dyeing amount in the drum dyeing is preferably 3.5-4.5% of the mass of the wet blue, and more preferably 4%; the rotating speed during the drum dyeing is preferably 10-12 r/min.
In the invention, the oiling is preferably one or more of triglyceride, phosphorylated synthetic oil and sulfated neat foot oil, and the oiling amount is preferably 15-18% of the weight of the wet blue, and more preferably 16-17%. In the invention, the color fixing agent for color fixing is preferably chromium powder or aluminum tannin, and the using amount of the color fixing agent is preferably 0.5-0.8% of the mass of the wet blue, and more preferably 0.6-0.7%; the amount of the fixing agent used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be those known to those skilled in the art.
After the dyed cattle leather is obtained, the surface of the dyed cattle leather is patterned to obtain a preset pattern. In the present invention, the composition is designed by directly designing a preset pattern on the dyed cow leather.
After the preset pattern is obtained, the invention manually colors the preset pattern to obtain a manual pattern. In the invention, the manual coloring mode sequentially comprises the steps of flower tying, flower pinching, waxing, dewaxing, spray dyeing, dip dyeing, color wiping and color removing. The invention has no special requirements on the flower binding mode, and can use a flower binding method well known by the technical personnel in the field; in order to control the difference between people when pinching flowers, the invention preferably establishes a target template and determines the first edition so as to reach the standard unification. The present invention does not require any particular way of waxing or dewaxing, and may be practiced using spray-on waxing and water-wash dewaxing means well known to those skilled in the art. The invention has no special requirements on the modes of the guniting, spraying and dip dyeing. The present invention does not require any particular way of wiping and removing the color, and any way of wiping and removing the color known to those skilled in the art may be used.
After the hand pattern is obtained, the invention decomposes the preset pattern into two parts, one part of the preset pattern is printed on the corresponding position of the surface of the hand pattern by computer spray painting, and the other part is printed on the corresponding position of the surface of the hand pattern in 3D. In the invention, the printer used for computer inkjet printing is preferably a UV curing inkjet printer, and the used ink is preferably UV curing pigment ink. In the invention, the UV curing pigment ink preferably comprises 3-10 parts by mass of organic pigment, and more preferably 5-8 parts by mass of organic pigment; preferably comprises 20-40 parts of urethane acrylate, and more preferably 25-35 parts of urethane acrylate; preferably comprises 5-10 parts of epoxy resin modified acrylate, more preferably 6-8 parts; preferably comprises 20-40 parts of polyester acrylate, and more preferably 25-35 parts; preferably comprises 2-5 parts of polyurethane, more preferably 3-4 parts; preferably comprises 10 to 15 parts of amino resin monomer, more preferably 11 to 13 parts; preferably comprises 3-6 parts of photoinitiator, more preferably 4-5 parts; preferably comprises 0.5 to 1 part of dispersant, more preferably 0.6 to 0.8 part; preferably comprises 0.3 to 0.6 part of flatting agent, more preferably 0.4 to 0.5 part; preferably comprises 0.2 to 0.5 part of plasticizer, more preferably 0.3 to 0.4 part; the defoaming agent is preferably 0.5 to 1 part, and more preferably 0.6 to 0.8 part.
In the present invention, the amino resin monomer is a basic resin of the UV curable pigment ink, and the main types include unsaturated polyester, epoxy acrylate, urethane acrylate; the present invention has no particular requirement for the specific kinds of the organic pigment, the photoinitiator, the dispersant, the leveling agent, the plasticizer and the defoaming agent, and the above-mentioned components well known to those skilled in the art may be used. As an embodiment of the present invention, the UV curable pigment ink is a mayer photo-electric product, and the types thereof are: UV flexographic printing inks, UV aqueous inkjet inks, UV liquid photosensitive inks, UV offset printing inks, UV screen printing inks, UV pad printing inks. In the invention, the computer spray-painting printing is directly carried out on the surface of the cow leather, and compared with the traditional silk-screen printing and thermal transfer printing, the problem of material selection by silk-screen printing and water transfer printing is avoided, and the problem of damage of the thermal transfer printing to the cow leather material is also avoided.
In the invention, the printing precision of the computer inkjet is preferably 2880 × 1440dpi, and the nozzle is preferably a crystal micro-piezoelectric nozzle. In the computer painting process, the invention preferably directly adsorbs the painting medium to the platform, the medium is fixed and kept still, and the stability of the painting quality is effectively ensured by the movement of the track beam.
In the invention, the curing mode of the computer spray painting is preferably LED curing. The LED curing has the effect of printing and outputting immediately and drying immediately, and the problems of plate sticking and unevenness of printing ink in leather are effectively avoided.
In the present invention, the 3D printed material is preferablyA photosensitive resin. In the invention, the photosensitive resin preferably comprises ABS and/or PC, and the viscosity of the photosensitive resin is preferably 630-860 cps, more preferably 700-800 cps; the critical exposure point is preferably 11MJ/cm2(ii) a The photosensitive wavelength is preferably 385-408 nm, and more preferably 390-400 nm. Example 1
(1) Dyeing the cattle leather by adopting a drum dyeing process to obtain dyed cattle leather;
(2) patterning the surface of the dyed cow leather to obtain a preset plum blossom pattern;
(3) manually coloring the preset quincuncial pattern to obtain a manual pattern; the manual coloring mode sequentially comprises the steps of flower tying, flower pinching, waxing, dewaxing, spray dyeing, dip dyeing, color wiping and color removing;
(4) the method comprises the steps of decomposing a preset quincunx pattern into two parts, wherein the quincunx flower part is a first part, the rest patterns are second parts, the two parts of preset patterns are printed on corresponding positions of the surface of a manual pattern in a computer inkjet manner, the first part is printed on corresponding positions of the surface of the manual pattern in a 3D manner, UV curing pigment ink used in the computer inkjet manner is UV water-based inkjet ink of a Michel photo-electric company product, the printing precision of the computer inkjet manner is 2880 x 1440dpi, and a nozzle is a crystal micro-piezoelectric type nozzle; the photosensitive material used for 3D printing was RESIN-a 01.
The painted cow leather is shown in figure 1. As can be seen from fig. 1, the pattern on the surface of the cow leather obtained by the drawing method provided by the present invention has a stereoscopic multi-level effect and a hazy aesthetic feeling.

Claims (8)
1. A method for drawing on the surface of cow leather comprises the following steps:
(1) carrying out drum dyeing, oiling and color fixing on the wet cow blue leather in sequence to obtain dyed cow leather;

(4) and decomposing the preset pattern into two parts, printing one part of the preset pattern on the corresponding position of the surface of the hand pattern by computer inkjet, and printing the other part of the preset pattern on the corresponding position of the surface of the hand pattern in a 3D manner.
2. The drawing method according to claim 1, wherein the printer used in the computer painting in step (4) is a UV-curable painting printer, and the ink used in the computer painting is a UV-curable pigment ink.

The drawing method according to claim 2, wherein the UV curable pigment ink comprises, by mass, 3 to 10 parts of an organic pigment, 20 to 40 parts of urethane acrylate, 5 to 10 parts of epoxy resin modified acrylate, 20 to 40 parts of polyester acrylate, 2 to 5 parts of polyurethane, 10 to 15 parts of an amino resin monomer, 3 to 6 parts of a photoinitiator, 0.5 to 1 part of a dispersant, 0.3 to 0.6 part of a leveling agent, 0.2 to 0.5 part of a plasticizer, and 0.5 to 1 part of an antifoaming agent.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the printing precision of the computer inkjet is 2880 × 1440dpi, and the inkjet head is a crystal micro-piezoelectric inkjet head.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the curing of the computer inkjet is LED curing.
6. The drawing method according to claim 1, wherein the 3D printed material is a photosensitive resin material.
