a PVC plastic floor forming process specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, mounting and fixing the plastic floor: installing and fixing the PVC plastic floor to be molded on a PVC plastic floor molding device;
s2, surface grooving: performing surface grooving on the PVC plastic floor which is installed and fixed on the PVC plastic floor forming device in the step S1, and performing equidistant grooving on the top surface of the PVC plastic floor by arranging a plurality of rows of cutter teeth which rotate circularly on the top surface of the PVC plastic floor at equal intervals, so as to control the grooving depth;
s3, vent hole support: in the process of slotting the top surface of the PVC plastic floor at equal intervals in the step S2, the support rods 4 are inserted into the ventilation holes at two sides of the PVC plastic floor, the middle part of the slotted PVC plastic floor is supported by the support rods 4, the structural strength of the middle part of the PVC plastic floor is enhanced, then slotting is carried out at equal intervals on the top surface of the PVC plastic floor by the slotting cutter, and the support of the support rods 4 avoids industrial shape bending of the PVC plastic floor due to uneven structural stress in the slotting process, so that the slotting precision is improved;

s5, cutting and forming: the PVC plastic floor cut into two pieces in the step S4 is cut off at equal intervals, and the PVC plastic floor cut into two pieces is cut off once by a cutting blade to obtain two pieces of formed PVC plastic floors;
s6, collecting finished products: collecting the cut PVC plastic floor finished products in the step S5, so that the PVC plastic floor finished products are conveniently and orderly stacked and transported, and the molding and manufacturing of the PVC plastic floor are completed;
the PVC plastic floor forming process described in the above steps S1-S6 is completed by matching a PVC plastic floor forming process device, the PVC plastic floor forming device includes a device frame 22, the top surface of the device frame 22 is a plane, and the bottom end of the device frame 22 is fixedly provided with a support frame 16 standing on the ground;

s1, mounting and fixing the plastic floor: installing and fixing the PVC plastic floor to be molded on a PVC plastic floor molding device;
s2, surface grooving: performing surface grooving on the PVC plastic floor which is installed and fixed on the PVC plastic floor forming device in the step S1, and performing equidistant grooving on the top surface of the PVC plastic floor by arranging a plurality of rows of cutter teeth which rotate circularly on the top surface of the PVC plastic floor at equal intervals, so as to control the grooving depth;
s3, vent hole support: in the process of performing equidistant slotting on the top surface of the PVC plastic floor in the step S2, the middle part of the PVC plastic floor which is slotted is supported by the support rods through inserting the support rods into the ventilation holes at the two sides of the PVC plastic floor, so that the structural strength of the middle part of the PVC plastic floor is enhanced, and then the top surface of the PVC plastic floor is slotted at equal intervals by the slotting cutter;
s4, cutting two halves: cutting the PVC plastic floor which is grooved in the step S3, and cutting the PVC plastic floor linearly from the middle part of the PVC plastic floor to divide the grooved PVC plastic floor into two pieces in equal area;
s5, cutting and forming: the PVC plastic floor cut into two pieces in the step S4 is cut off at equal intervals, and the PVC plastic floor cut into two pieces is cut off once by a cutting blade to obtain two pieces of formed PVC plastic floors;
s6, collecting finished products: collecting the cut PVC plastic floor finished products in the step S5, so that the PVC plastic floor finished products are conveniently and orderly stacked and transported, and the molding and manufacturing of the PVC plastic floor are completed;
the PVC plastic floor forming process described in the above steps S1-S6 is specifically completed by matching a PVC plastic floor forming process device, the PVC plastic floor forming device includes a device frame, the top surface of the device frame is a plane, and the bottom end of the device frame is fixedly provided with a support frame standing on the ground;
the left side of the device rack is connected with a sliding plate in a sliding manner, the top surface of the sliding plate is a plane, and the left side of the top surface of the sliding plate is fixedly provided with a convex push rod;

the middle part of the top surface of the device frame is fixedly provided with a grooving mechanism; the front side and the rear side of the top surface of the device rack are symmetrically provided with anti-deformation supporting mechanisms, and the anti-deformation supporting mechanisms at the two sides are symmetrically arranged at the front side and the rear side of the grooving mechanism; the grooving mechanism is arranged on the right side of the first clamping plate;
the middle part of the top surface of the device rack is fixedly provided with a slitting knife, the front side and the rear side of the top surface of the device rack are symmetrically provided with second clamping plates, and the second clamping plates on the two sides are symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the slitting knife;
a cutting mechanism is arranged on the right side of the top surface of the device rack; the device comprises a device frame and is characterized in that a material guide inclined plate is arranged on the top surface of the right side of the device frame, the top surface of the material guide inclined plate is an inclined surface, and a material storage box is fixedly placed on the ground of the right side of the device frame.

the opposite surfaces of the reciprocating push rods on the two sides are fixedly provided with a plurality of supporting rods, the supporting rods on each side are fixed at equal intervals from left to right on the opposite surfaces of the corresponding reciprocating push rods, and the interval between every two adjacent supporting rods is the same as that between the air holes in the side wall of the PVC plastic floor.
