The bracket comprises a vertical frame and a bottom frame; the vertical frame comprises a left supporting vertical rod (9), a right supporting vertical rod (31), an upper connecting rod (21) and a lower connecting rod, wherein the left supporting vertical rod (9) is positioned at the left side of the right supporting vertical rod (31), the upper end of the left supporting vertical rod (9) is fixedly connected with the upper end of the right supporting vertical rod (31) through the upper connecting rod (21), and the lower end of the left supporting vertical rod (9) is fixedly connected with the lower end of the right supporting vertical rod (31) through the lower connecting rod; the underframe comprises a left bottom rod (3), a right bottom rod (26) and a front connecting rod (27), wherein the rear end of the left bottom rod (3) is fixedly connected with the lower end part of a left supporting vertical rod (9), the rear end of the right bottom rod (26) is fixedly connected with the lower end part of a right supporting vertical rod (31), and the front end part of the left bottom rod (3) is fixedly connected with the front end part of the right bottom rod (26) through the front connecting rod (27);
The front end part of the left bottom rod (3) is fixed with a second left support frame (20), the front end part of the right bottom rod (26) is fixed with a second right support frame (28), the left end part of the second rotating shaft (16) is connected with the second left support frame (20) through a bearing, and the right end part of the second rotating shaft (16) is connected with the second right support frame (28) through a bearing; the cable drum (15) is arranged on the second rotating shaft (16), the cable drum (15) is positioned in front of the third tool box (13), the power line (18) is wound on the cable drum (15), the inner end of the power line (18) is electrically connected with the input end of the idle switch (17), the idle switch (17) is arranged on the power panel (30), and the outer end of the power line (18) is connected with a power plug (19); a plurality of sockets (14) are arranged on the power supply panel (30), the sockets (14) are respectively and electrically connected with the output end of the idle switch (17), and the power supply panel (30) is fixedly arranged on the left side surface or the right side surface of the cable drum (15);
the seat (32) is fixedly arranged on the front part of the left bottom rod (3) and the front part of the right bottom rod (26), and the seat (32) is positioned on the front side of the cable drum (15);
Wheels (1) are arranged at the lower ends of the left supporting vertical rod (9) and the right supporting vertical rod (31), and wheels are arranged below the front ends of the left bottom rod (3) and the right bottom rod (26);
The secondary construction frame of the transformer substation also comprises a grounding wire device; the grounding wire device comprises a grounding wire clamp (4), a grounding wire (5), a first rotating shaft (6), a first left support frame (7) and a first right support frame (24), wherein the first left support frame (7) is fixed at the lower end part of a left support vertical rod (9), and the first right support frame (24) is fixed at the lower end part of a right support vertical rod (31); the first rotation axis (6) is located the below of third tool holder (13), and the left end of first rotation axis (6) is connected with first left support frame (7) by the bearing, and the right-hand member portion of first rotation axis (6) is connected with first right support frame (24) by the bearing, and earth connection (5) are around on first rotation axis (6), and the inner of earth connection (5) links to each other with first rotation axis (6), and earth connection (4) are connected to the outer end of earth connection (5).

5. The multi-functional substation secondary construction vehicle according to claim 1, wherein: a partition plate is arranged in the first tool box (10), the second tool box (11) and the third tool box (13).
