Background
A transformer is a stationary electrical device used to transform ac voltage, current and transmit ac power. The installation position of the transformer is convenient to operate, overhaul and transport, and a safe and reliable place is selected. In actual installation, the transformer is large in size and heavy in the whole transformer, so that great troubles are brought to workers in production and assembly. The top cover of the existing transformer is fixedly connected with the box body of the transformer through a plurality of groups of bolts, a long time is spent on workers in the process of screwing the bolts, so that the time of the workers is wasted, the working efficiency is delayed, the bolts are rusted after being used outdoors for a long time, the bolts are difficult to disassemble again, and great inconvenience is brought to the maintenance of the transformer. When the existing transformer is assembled, the internal winding is troublesome to install and difficult to install in place at one time, and the assembly can be completed only by adjusting for many times by workers, so that the working efficiency is reduced.

2. by utilizing the arranged curved plate, after the top plate is placed in the transformer box body, the box cover is pushed along the box from right to left to be sealed and fixed, meanwhile, the box cover is in contact with the curved plate and extrudes the curved plate, so that the curved plate slides towards the top plate, and the top plate is fixed, thereby fixing internal devices such as windings between the top plate and the bottom plate and preventing the internal devices such as the windings from shaking;
3. when the transformer box body is sealed, the box cover is pushed along the box edge from right to left, meanwhile, the first positioning block moves leftwards along the first clamping groove, so that the first positioning block is clamped and fixed with the first clamping groove, the second positioning block moves leftwards along the second clamping groove, so that the second positioning block is clamped and connected with the second clamping groove, the positioning bolt rod is screwed into the box edge, the positioning bolt rod penetrates through the second clamping groove and then is spliced with the box edge, the second positioning block is fixed through the positioning bolt rod, the second positioning block is prevented from sliding rightwards, so that the box cover is fixed, and the box cover and the box edge are fixed;
