Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent roof control device for a gob-side entry retaining with a self-adjustable posture angle, which mainly comprises a double-sided pressure-bearing system, a posture adjusting system, an intelligent control system and a deep human brain decision system, wherein the double-sided pressure-bearing system comprises an intelligent force control column, a retractable control support plate, a sliding chassis, a hinge mechanism and an intelligent connection wedge, the posture adjusting system comprises an upper inclined telescopic column, a lateral inclined telescopic column, a double-folding guard plate, a push-pull sliding plate, an automatic control bearing, an automatic control sliding chute, a triangular seat and a bent connecting shaft bolt, the deep human brain decision system comprises a data acquisition system, a decision analysis system and a main control platform, and the intelligent control system comprises a posture control system, a supporting force setting system and a recovery system. The posture adjusting system is located below the double-sided pressure-bearing system, the intelligent control system and the deep human brain decision system are located at the bottom of the device, and the intelligent control system and the deep human brain decision system are connected with the posture adjusting system through data lines and execute commands.

The invention provides an intelligent support device for gob-side entry retaining with a self-adjusting posture angle, aiming at solving the defects that the mechanical properties such as support resistance and retractility are not adaptive to gob-side entry retaining surrounding rock deformation, the filling cost is high and the like in the existing gob-side entry retaining roadside support technology. The device can carry out real-time supervision to roof pressure, provides the holding power that suits with surrounding rock stress, and convenient and fast reuse improves colliery economic benefits moreover.
In order to achieve the above object, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: an intelligent roof control device for a gob-side entry retaining with a self-adjusting posture angle comprises a double-sided pressure bearing system, a posture adjusting system, an intelligent control system and a deep human brain decision system.
