Abstract

The invention relates to a construction method for butting a pipe truss with a steel casting tongue-and-groove branch pipe during hoisting; the method is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps that a crane lifts a pipe truss to a high altitude, an upper chord member of the pipe truss is close to an upper chord member of the installed pipe truss, a lower chord member of the pipe truss is close to a tongue-and-groove branch pipe of a steel casting, and the approach distance of a pipe orifice is about 100 mm; the upper chord and the lower chord butt joint are respectively provided with a chain block; adjusting and tightening the inverted chain of the lower chord butt joint to enable the bottom of the lower chord of the lifting pipe truss to be in contact with the bottom of the tongue-and-groove branch pipe of the steel casting, and inserting the tongue-and-groove edge of the tongue-and-groove branch pipe into the inner wall of the lower chord; then, tightening a chain block of the upper chord abutting joint so as to enable the upper chord of the lifting pipe truss to be gradually abutted with the upper chord of the installed pipe truss; and meanwhile, the chain block of the lower chord butt joint is also tightened continuously, so that the rabbet edge of the rabbet branch pipe is further inserted into the inner wall of the lower chord until the rabbet edge is completely inserted, and the pipe orifice butt joint of the upper chord pipe orifice and the lower chord pipe orifice is completed. The large-scale cultural and tourism project stadium roof is mostly a large-span space circular tube truss structure, and a plurality of steel tubes in the truss structure are concentrated and penetrate through a complex node which is generally replaced by a finished steel casting, so that the size precision and the installation quality of the node are ensured. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the general construction method is: the upper chord 2.1 and the lower chord 2.2 of the hoisting pipe truss 2 are respectively butted with the upper chord 1.1 of the installed pipe truss 1 and the tongue-and-groove branch pipe 3.1 of the steel casting 3; when the hoisting pipe truss is in place, due to the fact that the weight and the size are large, the inclined lower chord pipe 2.2 is not parallel to the upper chord 2.1, high-altitude fine adjustment is not easy to control, and the butt joint of the upper chord pipe orifice and the lower chord pipe orifice consumes time and is very difficult to construct.
