Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a heater control method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, where the technical solution of this embodiment is suitable for a case where air entering into a clothes drying tub is heated by an auxiliary heater, and the method may be executed by a heater control device, which may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and may be integrated in various general-purpose computer devices, and the heater control method specifically includes the following steps:
step 110, obtaining the ambient temperature when the clothes dryer starts to operate.
The ambient temperature is a temperature in an environment where the dryer is located, and is, for example, a room temperature of a room where the dryer is located. The clothes dryer in the embodiment is a heat pump clothes dryer, the heat pump clothes dryer comprises a condenser, an evaporator, a compressor and a throttling device, specifically, a refrigerant is pressurized by the compressor to form high-temperature and high-pressure gas, the high-temperature and high-pressure gas enters the condenser, moisture in clothes in a clothes drying barrel is vaporized and evaporated through condensation, evaporated water vapor is discharged by a moisture discharging system, the refrigerant is liquefied and then transferred to the evaporator, ambient heat is rapidly absorbed and evaporated into a gaseous state, and the gaseous state enters the compressor again, so that circulation is realized, and clothes are rapidly dried.
In the embodiment, after a user starts the clothes dryer, the ambient temperature of the position where the clothes dryer is located can be obtained through the temperature sensor, wherein the temperature sensor for detecting the ambient temperature can be arranged on the surface of an outer machine of the clothes dryer or in the inner machine of the outer machine of the clothes dryer; the environment temperature can also be requested from an intelligent device connected with the clothes dryer through a wireless network or bluetooth, for example, the intelligent device can be a device which can obtain the environment temperature, such as a user mobile phone or a smart speaker connected with the clothes dryer. Illustratively, the dryer processor obtains the ambient temperature through the temperature sensor while the dryer begins operating in response to a user's instruction.
And step 120, determining an operation strategy of the auxiliary heater according to the ambient temperature.
The auxiliary heater can be arranged in an air channel between the condenser and the clothes drying barrel of the heat pump clothes dryer and used for reheating hot air output by the condenser so as to improve clothes drying efficiency under the conditions that the ambient temperature is low and the heat quantity obtained by the condenser is less.
In this embodiment, according to ambient temperature, confirm the operation strategy of auxiliary heater, can adopt different operation strategies to heat under different ambient temperature, when avoiding the damage of clothes dryer, improve drying efficiency under the different ambient temperature. For example, when the ambient temperature is high in summer (for example, the ambient temperature is higher than 27 degrees), since the dryer can obtain more heat from the environment, the drying efficiency is high, it may be determined that the operation strategy of the auxiliary heater is to heat only when the dryer starts to operate, and the temperature in the laundry drying tub is not heated after being increased to a certain degree; when the ambient temperature is low in winter (for example, the ambient temperature is lower than 10 degrees), the drying efficiency is low due to the fact that the dryer can obtain less heat from the environment, the operation strategy of the auxiliary heater can be determined to be continuous heating, or cyclic heating, for example, the auxiliary heater is turned on for 10 minutes and turned off for 5 minutes, so that cyclic turning on and turning off are realized.
And step 130, controlling the auxiliary heater to heat the air entering the clothes drying barrel according to an operation strategy in the operation process of the clothes dryer.
In the embodiment, in the operation process of the clothes dryer, the auxiliary heater can be controlled to heat the air entering the clothes drying barrel according to the operation strategy matched with the ambient temperature, so that the drying efficiency is improved. Specifically, after the operation strategy is determined, an opening and closing instruction is issued to the auxiliary heater according to the scheme of opening and closing the auxiliary heater specified in the operation strategy.
For example, when the ambient temperature is high (for example, the ambient temperature is higher than 27 degrees) in summer, the operation strategy of the auxiliary heater is to heat only when the clothes dryer starts to operate, the temperature in the clothes drying barrel is not heated after being increased to a certain degree, the clothes dryer starts to start, the auxiliary heater is controlled to be turned on, the temperature in the clothes drying barrel is detected in real time, and the auxiliary heater is controlled to be turned off when the temperature in the clothes drying barrel reaches a set threshold; when the environment temperature is lower (for example, the environment temperature is lower than 10 ℃), the operation strategy of the auxiliary heater is continuous heating, or cyclic heating, for example, the auxiliary heater is started for heating for 10 minutes and is closed for 5 minutes, so that cyclic opening and closing are realized, the auxiliary heater is controlled to be started when the clothes dryer is started, timing is started, the auxiliary heater is controlled to be closed and is started after 10 minutes, and the auxiliary heater is started again after 5 minutes of closing, so that cyclic opening and closing are realized in the mode, the temperature of the clothes drying barrel is ensured to be maintained at a higher temperature, and the drying efficiency is improved.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the operation strategy of the auxiliary heater is determined according to the ambient temperature collected when the clothes dryer starts to operate, and the auxiliary heater is controlled to heat the air entering the clothes drying barrel according to the operation strategy in the operation process of the clothes dryer, so that the problems that the stable temperature is difficult to maintain in the clothes drying barrel and the clothes drying efficiency is low when the ambient temperature is low or the clothes are more in the existing clothes dryer are solved, the auxiliary heater is controlled to heat the air entering the clothes drying barrel through the operation strategy matched with the ambient temperature, the high temperature is always kept in the clothes drying barrel, and the drying efficiency is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a heater control method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is further detailed on the basis of the above embodiment and provides a specific step of determining an operation strategy of the auxiliary heater according to an ambient temperature and a specific step of controlling the auxiliary heater to heat air entering the clothes drying tub according to the operation strategy. A heater control method provided by the second embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 2, and includes the following steps:
step 210, obtaining the ambient temperature when the clothes dryer starts to operate.
Step 220, determining the temperature range to which the ambient temperature belongs.
In this embodiment, a mapping relationship between a temperature range and an operation strategy may be preset, and for example, when the ambient temperature is lower than 10 ℃, the corresponding operation strategy is to start for 30 minutes and close for 5 minutes as a period, and heat is circulated; when the environment temperature is higher than or equal to 10 ℃ and lower than 20 ℃, the corresponding operation strategy is to start for 10 minutes and stop for 5 minutes to form a period, and the heating is circulated; when the ambient temperature is higher than or equal to 20 degrees, the corresponding operation strategy is to turn on the auxiliary heater when the dryer starts to operate, and turn off the auxiliary heater after the temperature in the drying tub reaches a set threshold (e.g., 40 degrees), until the temperature in the drying tub decreases to a set threshold (e.g., 30 degrees), turn on the auxiliary heater again, and stop heating when the dryer stops operating.
In this embodiment, in order to determine the operation strategy of the auxiliary heater matched with the current ambient temperature, the temperature range to which the acquired ambient temperature belongs is determined, so as to further determine the operation strategy of the auxiliary heater according to the mapping relationship between the temperature range and the operation strategy.
And step 230, determining an operation strategy matched with the temperature range to which the ambient temperature belongs according to the mapping relation between the temperature range and the operation strategy.
In this embodiment, after the temperature range to which the current ambient temperature belongs is obtained, according to the mapping relationship between the temperature range and the operation strategy, the operation strategy corresponding to the temperature range to which the current temperature belongs is determined as the strategy for controlling the auxiliary heater when the clothes dryer is operated at this time. For example, the current ambient temperature is 5 degrees, the temperature range is a temperature range lower than 10 degrees, the operation strategy matched with the temperature range is to start for 30 minutes and stop for 5 minutes to form a period, and the heating is circulated.
And 240, controlling the auxiliary heater to heat the air entering the clothes drying barrel according to an operation strategy in the operation process of the clothes dryer.
Optionally, determining an operation policy matched with the temperature range to which the ambient temperature belongs according to the mapping relationship between the temperature range and the operation policy includes:
when the ambient temperature is lower than or equal to a first temperature, determining the operation strategy to be a first cycle operation strategy, wherein the first cycle operation strategy comprises a first opening time length and a first closing time length of each cycle;
correspondingly, according to the operation strategy, the auxiliary heater is controlled to heat the air entering the clothes drying barrel, and the method comprises the following steps:
and cyclically turning on and off the auxiliary heater according to the first on duration and the first off duration during the operation of the clothes dryer.
In this optional embodiment, a specific manner of determining an operation strategy that matches a temperature range to which an ambient temperature belongs according to a mapping relationship between the temperature range and the operation strategy is provided, and when the ambient temperature is lower than or equal to a first temperature, the operation strategy is determined to be a first loop operation strategy, where the first loop operation strategy includes a first on duration and a first off duration of each loop, and exemplarily, when the ambient temperature is lower than or equal to 10 degrees, the operation strategy is determined to be the first loop operation strategy, and specifically, the first loop operation strategy is that, when the clothes dryer is turned on, the auxiliary heater is turned on for 30 minutes, then turned off for 5 minutes, and then turned on for 30 minutes until the clothes dryer stops operating, and the auxiliary heater is also turned off synchronously. The condition for stopping the operation of the clothes dryer may be that the humidity in the clothes drying barrel is detected to be lower than a set threshold, or that a pause or shutdown instruction initiated by a user is received, which is not specifically limited herein.
After determining that the operation strategy of the auxiliary heater matched with the ambient temperature is the first circulation operation strategy, the auxiliary heater is circularly turned on and off according to the first on duration and the first off duration during the operation of the clothes dryer, and for example, the auxiliary heater is turned on for 30 minutes, then turned off for 5 minutes, and then turned on for 30 minutes until the clothes dryer stops working.
Optionally, determining an operation policy matched with the temperature range to which the ambient temperature belongs according to the mapping relationship between the temperature range and the operation policy includes:
when the ambient temperature is higher than the first temperature and lower than or equal to a second temperature, determining the operation strategy to be a second cycle operation strategy, wherein the second cycle operation strategy comprises a second opening time and a second closing time of each cycle, and the second opening time is longer than the first opening time;
correspondingly, according to the operation strategy, the auxiliary heater is controlled to heat the air entering the clothes drying barrel, and the method comprises the following steps:
and circularly turning on and off the auxiliary heater according to the second on time and the second off time during the operation of the clothes dryer.
In this optional embodiment, another specific manner is provided for determining an operation policy matched with a temperature range to which an ambient temperature belongs according to a mapping relationship between the temperature range and the operation policy, when the ambient temperature is higher than a first temperature and lower than or equal to a second temperature, the operation policy is determined to be a second cyclic operation policy, the second cyclic operation policy includes a second on duration and a second off duration of each cycle, where the second on duration is longer than the first on duration, and the first off duration and the second off duration may be the same or different, and are not specifically limited herein. For example, when the ambient temperature is higher than 10 degrees and lower than or equal to 20 degrees, the operation strategy is determined to be a second circulation operation strategy, specifically, the second circulation operation strategy is that when the clothes dryer is turned on, the auxiliary heater is turned on for 10 minutes, then turned off for 5 minutes, and then turned on for 10 minutes until the clothes dryer stops working, and the auxiliary heater is also turned off synchronously.
And after the operation strategy is determined to be the second circulation operation strategy, circularly turning on and off the auxiliary heater according to the second on time and the second off time in the operation process of the clothes dryer, wherein the auxiliary heater is turned on for 10 minutes, then turned off for 5 minutes, and then turned on for 10 minutes for circularly heating until the clothes dryer stops working.
Optionally, determining an operation policy matched with the temperature range to which the ambient temperature belongs according to the mapping relationship between the temperature range and the operation policy includes:
when the ambient temperature is higher than the second temperature, determining that the operation strategy is a first self-adaptive operation strategy, wherein the first self-adaptive operation strategy is to control the opening and closing of the auxiliary heater according to the real-time temperature in the clothes drying barrel;
correspondingly, according to the operation strategy, the auxiliary heater is controlled to heat the air entering the clothes drying barrel, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the clothes dryer starts to operate, the auxiliary heater is synchronously started, and the real-time temperature in the clothes drying barrel is collected;
turning off the auxiliary heater when the real-time temperature rises to the third temperature;
and when the real-time temperature is reduced to the fourth temperature, the auxiliary heater is turned on again.
And circularly turning on and off the auxiliary heater according to the second on time and the second off time during the operation of the clothes dryer.
In this optional embodiment, a specific manner of determining an operation policy matched with a temperature range to which the ambient temperature belongs according to a mapping relationship between the temperature range and the operation policy is provided, when the ambient temperature is higher than the second temperature, the operation policy is determined to be a first adaptive operation policy, and the adaptive operation policy is to control the auxiliary heater to be turned on and off according to a real-time temperature in the clothes drying tub. For example, when the ambient temperature is higher than 20 degrees, the operation strategy is determined to be a first adaptive operation strategy, and the first adaptive operation strategy may specifically be that, when the clothes dryer starts to operate, the auxiliary heater is synchronously turned on, the temperature in the clothes drying barrel is detected in real time through a temperature sensor arranged in the clothes drying barrel, when the temperature in the clothes drying barrel reaches 40 degrees, the auxiliary heater is turned off, and when the temperature in the clothes drying barrel is reduced to 30 degrees again, the auxiliary heater is turned on again until the clothes dryer stops operating, and the auxiliary heater is also synchronously turned off.
After the operation strategy is determined to be the first self-adaptive operation strategy, the auxiliary heater is synchronously started in the operation process of the clothes dryer, the real-time temperature in the clothes drying barrel is collected, the auxiliary heater is closed when the real-time temperature is increased to the third temperature, and the auxiliary heater is restarted when the real-time temperature is reduced to the fourth temperature. Illustratively, the supplemental heater is turned off when the real-time temperature rises to 40 degrees, and is turned back on when the real-time temperature falls to 30 degrees.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the operation strategy matched with the temperature range to which the environment temperature belongs is determined by determining the temperature range to which the environment temperature belongs, and the auxiliary heater is controlled to heat the air entering the clothes drying barrel according to the operation strategy, so that on one hand, the clothes drying speed can be accelerated by means of the auxiliary heater, on the other hand, the operation strategy of the auxiliary heater is determined according to the environment temperature, and the damage of the clothes dryer caused by the damage of the internal thermal cycle of the clothes dryer is avoided.

In this embodiment, considering that the drying efficiency of the clothes is affected by the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity, for example, in a rainy season, the air humidity is high, the clothes is dried slowly, the expected temperature in the clothes drying tub can be determined jointly according to the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity, and the operation policy is determined as a second adaptive operation policy according to the expected temperature, wherein the second adaptive operation policy is to control the auxiliary heater to be turned on and off according to the real-time temperature and the expected temperature in the clothes drying tub. For example, the second adaptive operation strategy is to turn off the auxiliary heater when the real-time temperature in the drying tub is 40 degrees higher than the desired temperature, and turn on the auxiliary heater when the real-time temperature in the drying tub is 40 degrees lower than the desired temperature.
Step 330, when the desired temperature is higher than the real-time temperature in the clothes drying barrel, turning on the auxiliary heater; when the desired temperature is lower than the real-time temperature in the drying tub, the auxiliary heater is turned off.
In this embodiment, after the operation policy is determined to be the second adaptive operation policy, when the dryer is operating, the auxiliary heater is turned on when the expected temperature is higher than the real-time temperature in the drying tub, and the auxiliary heater is turned off when the expected temperature is lower than the real-time temperature in the drying tub. Illustratively, the desired temperature is 40 degrees, the auxiliary heater is turned on for heating when the temperature in the clothes drying barrel is lower than 40 degrees, and the auxiliary heater is turned off when the temperature in the clothes drying barrel is higher than or equal to 40 degrees.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the expected temperature in the clothes drying barrel is determined according to the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity, the operation strategy is determined to be a second self-adaptive operation strategy according to the expected temperature, when the expected temperature is higher than the real-time temperature in the clothes drying barrel, the auxiliary heater is started, when the expected temperature is lower than the real-time temperature in the clothes drying barrel, the auxiliary heater is closed, the temperature in the clothes drying barrel can be quickly increased when the clothes dryer starts to operate, the clothes humidity is high, and a large amount of heat energy needs to be consumed, the temperature in the clothes drying barrel is always kept high, the drying efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the clothes dryer is prevented from being damaged.
