Detailed Description
The application is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the particular embodiments of the application illustrated in the drawings are illustrative of the application and are not drawn to scale or exact dimensions and proportions. Accordingly, the drawings in the present application should not be construed as limiting the application in any way.
For simplicity, not all of the components or features may be labeled in some of the figures, so that upon reading the following description, reference should be made to all of the figures together for a clear and complete understanding of the invention.
It should be understood that directional terms such as, but not limited to, "front", "rear", "bottom", "side", "transverse", "vertical", "upper", "lower", etc., as may appear in the present invention are merely relative terms and should not be construed to limit the scope of the present invention.
The terms "first," "second," "third," and the like in this disclosure are relative concepts used merely for convenience of description and should not be construed as sequential order, nor should it be construed as limiting the disclosure in any way.
In all embodiments of the present invention, "lateral" refers to the direction to the left of the arrow in fig. 1, and "vertical" refers to the direction to the up of the arrow in fig. 1.
Reference is made to fig. 1-3. As shown in fig. 1-3, the safety axe-blade protective cover 100 in one embodiment of the present invention comprises a first side wall 10, a second side wall 30, a bottom wall 20, and a rear wall 40. The bottom wall 20 includes a first bottom wall 21 and a second bottom wall 22. The first bottom wall 21 is joined to the first side wall 10, and the second bottom wall 22 is joined to the second side wall 30. The first bottom wall 21 and the second bottom wall 22 are laterally spaced apart by a distance a (the distance between the two arrows). The rear wall 40 includes a first portion 430, a second portion 450, and a middle portion 410.
The middle portion 410 includes first and second connection posts 411 and 412 that are separated from each other, and a beam 415. The first connection post 411 is coupled to the beam 415 by a first bending portion 413, and the second connection post 412 is coupled to the beam 415 by a second bending portion 414.
The first portion 430 is coupled to the first connection post 411, and the second portion 450 is coupled to the second connection post 412.
The first connecting post 411 is coupled to the first bottom wall 21, and the second connecting post 412 is coupled to the second bottom wall 22.
At least one hatchet blocking portion, such as a first side wall hatchet blocking portion 110, a second side wall hatchet blocking portion 310, a first bottom wall 21 hatchet blocking portion 210, and a first bottom wall 22 hatchet blocking portion 220, is disposed on the front sides of the first side wall 10, the second side wall 30, the first bottom wall 21, and the second bottom wall 22, respectively. The purpose of the aforementioned hatchet blade blocking portion is to prevent the hatchet blade from sliding off the front end of the safety hatchet blade protecting sleeve 100.
The rear wall 40 of the safety hatchet protective cover 100 of the present invention, which is formed of the first portion 430, the second portion 450, and the intermediate portion 410, is integral to prevent the hatchet from sliding off the rear end of the safety hatchet protective cover 100.
The first portion 430 is separate from the first sidewall 10 and the second portion 450 is also separate from the second sidewall 30.
The bottom wall 20 of the safety axe-blade protective cover 100 of the present invention is composed of a first bottom wall 21 combined with the first connecting pillar 411 and a second bottom wall 22 combined with the second connecting pillar 412. Since the safety hatchet blade protecting cover 100 of the present invention is made of an elastic material, such as an elastic plastic, and the rear wall 40 has an elastically deformable portion, the first connecting pillar 411 and the second connecting pillar 412 are separated from each other, and the first bottom wall 21 and the second bottom wall 22 are laterally spaced apart from each other, the first bottom wall 21 can be relatively moved with respect to the second bottom wall 22, so that the safety hatchet blade protecting cover 100 of the present invention has conformability and can be adapted to hatchet blades of a certain range of sizes.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the second bottom wall 22 includes a first portion 22-1, a second portion 22-3, and a connecting portion 22-2 connecting the first portion 22-1 and the second portion 22-3, and at least a portion of the second portion 22-3 is located below the first bottom wall 21. The purpose of this design is to prevent the hatchet blade from being exposed from the bottom wall 20, causing a safety accident. In addition, the design can limit the moving range of the first bottom wall 21 relative to the second bottom wall 22, which also helps to enable the axe blade to be supported on the bottom wall 20, so as to prevent safety accidents.
The curved portions 413 and 414 constitute a part of the elastically deformable portion, facilitating the movement of the first bottom wall 21 with respect to the second bottom wall 22.
Preferably, the first portion 430 of the rear wall of the present invention has openings 4308, 4309 such that the first portion 430 of the rear wall is coupled to the first bottom wall 21 by third leg 4303 and first connecting post 411. The second rear wall 450 has openings 4508, 4509 therein such that the second portion 450 of the rear wall is joined to the second bottom wall 22 by third leg 4503 and second connecting post 412. The first leg 4301, the second leg 4302 of the first portion 430 are separate from the first side wall 10 and the first leg 4501, the second leg 4502 of the second portion 450 are also separate from the second side wall 30. The purpose of this is not only to reduce the weight and production costs, but also to operate more lightly.
Preferably, a grip 31 is also provided on the second side wall 30. In particular, as shown in fig. 1-3, the second sidewall 30 may be curved as part of the grip 31. The gripping portion 31 may be grasped by a human hand to facilitate loading and unloading of the hatchet blade portion of the hatchet 200 into and out of the safety hatchet protective sleeve 100.
The safety axe blade protective cover of the present invention may be integrally formed using an elastic material, such as an elastic plastic, using an injection molding process, but is not limited thereto. The elastic plastic is a plastic having elasticity, which is known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein.
Because the special design structure is adopted and the axe blade is made of elastic materials, when the axe blade is arranged in the safety axe blade protective sleeve, the axe blade can be tightly attached in the protective sleeve, and the falling risk can not occur. When the axe needs to be taken down for use, the gripping part can be held by hands to pull down, so that the axe blade part can be easily taken out of the safety axe blade protective sleeve.
In addition, the safety axe blade protective sleeve has conformality and is suitable for axe blade parts of an axe with a certain range of sizes. Therefore, the safety axe blade protective sleeve can be matched with a plurality of different axes for use, so that the utilization rate is improved, and the use cost is reduced.
Based on the description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, it should be clear that the invention defined by the appended claims is not limited to the specific details set forth in the above description, but that many apparent variations of the invention are possible without departing from the spirit or scope thereof.
