The base is fixed on two sides of the thin-wall curved surface part through base bolts, the bottom of an adjusting screw rod is placed in a groove reserved in the base, an adjusting block penetrates through a supporting plate and the adjusting screw rod and is controlled to move up and down by screwing the adjusting screw rod, a supporting bolt penetrates through a horizontal threaded hole of the adjusting block, a rubber head is sleeved on the head of the supporting bolt, and the supporting bolt is adjusted to be pushed to the surface of the thin-wall curved surface part by screwing the supporting bolt and is screwed and fixed. The device improves the rigidity of the thin-wall curved surface, and is not easy to deform in milling, thereby playing a role in milling and vibration suppression.

Background
When the thin-wall curved surface part is milled, the part is easy to deform in the machining process due to the thin-wall characteristic of the part, and further the flutter phenomenon is generated, so that the machining process is unstable, and the machining quality and the machining efficiency of the part are influenced.
Document 1 "y.q.yang, w.dai, q.liu, Design and implementation of two-dimension-of-free tuned mass damper in damping specification. journal of Sound and Vibration,2015,335, 78-88" discloses a Vibration damping method based on an adjustable mass damper, which adjusts the dynamic parameters of the adjustable mass damper to match the modal parameters of the workpiece, thereby achieving the Vibration damping effect. However, the method can only be used on thin-wall straight plates and is not suitable for curved thin-wall parts.
Document 2 "a. matsubara, y. taniyama, j. wang, d. kono. design of a support system with a pivot mechanism for supporting vibrations in the wall milling. cirp Annals-Manufacturing Technology,2017,66, 381-384" discloses a method of damping a pivot support by using a pivot mechanism against a workpiece to thereby improve the rigidity of the workpiece to further damp vibrations. However, the method can only be fixed at the same height position, the fixed position cannot be adjusted up and down, and the method is only suitable for thin-wall straight plate parts.
Typical features of the above documents are: when the thin-wall part is milled and damped, the designed device is only suitable for straight plate parts, the fixed position of the device is not adjustable, and the damping of the curved-surface thin-wall part cannot be well damped.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
The invention provides an auxiliary supporting and vibration suppressing device for a curved surface thin-wall part, aiming at overcoming the defects of the prior art and solving the problem that the curved surface thin-wall part is easy to vibrate during processing. The method firstly needs to design and manufacture an auxiliary support vibration suppression device, and then the auxiliary support vibration suppression device is placed on two sides of the curved surface thin-wall part to perform auxiliary support and fixation on the thin-wall curved surface part during machining, so that the vibration suppression effect is achieved in the milling process.

The device realizes auxiliary support on the thin-wall curved surface, improves the rigidity of the thin-wall curved surface, and is not easy to deform in milling, thereby playing a role in milling and suppressing vibration. The auxiliary supporting vibration suppression device can obviously reduce sound signals in the machining process and improve the stability of the machining process.

secondly, placing the bottom of the adjusting screw rod 4 in a groove reserved in the base 1;

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the milling vibration suppression effect of the present invention can be seen, and the sound signal is significantly reduced after the auxiliary support vibration suppression device provided by the present invention is used.
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the milling vibration suppression effect of the present invention can be seen, and when the auxiliary support vibration suppression device proposed by the present invention is not used, the flutter frequency appears in the fourier transform signal of the sound; after the auxiliary supporting vibration suppression device provided by the invention is used, no flutter frequency occurs in Fourier transform signals of sound.
