The second nip portion 135 includes a second outer surface 137 and a second inner surface 139, and the second nip portion 135 includes a second soft material 141 constituting the second outer surface 137 and a second hard material 143 constituting the second inner surface 139.
The first clamping portion 125 includes two metal weights 153 arranged on the first outer surface 127 side surface (the first soft member 131 side surface) of the first hard member 133 in the first cleaning head region 119. Two balance weights 153 and cleaning head rotating shaft RA 1 Separate from and rotatable with the cleaning head axis of rotation RA 1 The (longitudinal direction L) extends in parallel. The two weights 153 are disposed adjacent to each other in the short direction S.
In addition, two weights 153 are disposed on the cleaning head rotation axis RA of the first clamping portion 125 1 And a rotating end 145. Accordingly, the user can not easily feel the weight of the counterweight 153 when using the cleaning tool 1, and the cleaning head 3 can easily stand when lifting up the cleaning tool 1.
As shown in fig. 6, the cleaning head 3 further includes a thickness direction center imaginary plane IS disposed at the center in the thickness direction T T Two weights 153 are arranged on an imaginary plane IS with the center in the thickness direction T And (4) crossing. Accordingly, when the user uses the cleaning tool 1, the weight of the weight 153 is hard to be felt, and when the cleaning tool 1 is lifted, the cleaning head 3 is easy to stand.
The first inner surface 129 of the first clamping portion 125 includes two first concave portions 157 disposed at positions inward in the longitudinal direction L and two first convex portions 155 disposed at positions outward in the longitudinal direction L with respect to the two first concave portions 157. The two first concave portions 157 are respectively concave toward the second holding portion 135 in the thickness direction T, and the two first convex portions 155 are respectively convex toward the second holding portion 135 in the thickness direction T.
The second inner surface 139 of the second sandwiching portion 135 includes two second protrusions 159 arranged at positions inward in the longitudinal direction L and two second recesses 161 arranged at positions outward in the longitudinal direction L with respect to the two second protrusions 159. The two second projections 159 protrude toward the first clamp portion 125 in the thickness direction T, respectively, and the two second recesses 161 are recessed toward the first clamp portion 125 in the thickness direction T, respectively.
First slit portions 163 and second slit portions 165 for holding the cleaning sheet 31 are provided on the top surfaces of the two first convex portions 155 and the top surfaces of the two second convex portions 159, respectively.
In addition, each of the two second protrusions 159 and each of the two first recesses 157 are configured to engage with each other in the closed configuration of the clamp 123. In addition, each of the two second recesses 161 and each of the two first protrusions 155 are configured to engage with each other in the closed configuration of the clamp 123.
Further, marks 167 (mark 167a and mark 167 b) for aligning the positions of the one end 33 and the other end 35 of the cleaning sheet 31 are respectively disposed between the two first recesses 157 of the first inner surface 129 of the first nip portion 125 and between the two second protrusions 159 of the second inner surface 139 of the second nip portion 135.
The first clamping portion 125 and the second clamping portion 135 are respectively provided with a fitting protrusion 169 and a fitting recess 171 configured to hold the closed form of the clamping portion 123.
Specifically, the fitting projections 169 are disposed at both ends of the first clamping portion 125 in the longitudinal direction L, and the fitting projections 169 project outward in the longitudinal direction L and are expandable and contractible in the longitudinal direction L. Further, fitting recessed portions 171 configured to be fitted with the fitting projections 169 are respectively disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction L of the second sandwiching portion 135, and the fitting recessed portions 171 are recessed outward in the longitudinal direction L. The fitting protrusion 169 and the fitting recess 171 are fitted to both ends of the first clamping portion 125 in the longitudinal direction L, respectively, to hold the closed state of the clamping portion 123.
On both side surfaces of the cleaning head 3 disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction L, recessed portions 173 for expanding and closing the nip portion 123 are disposed, respectively. The recess 173 is disposed closer to the opening/closing end 147 than the rotation end 145 in the short direction S, and the recess 173 is disposed over the first hard member 133 and the first soft member 131 of the first clamp portion 125 and the second hard member 143 and the second soft member 141 of the second clamp portion 135, but the bottom 175 (a portion located inward in the longitudinal direction L) of the recess 173 is constituted by the first hard member 133 of the first clamp portion 125 and the second hard member 143 of the second clamp portion 135. Accordingly, the user can easily put fingers into the recess 173 and spread the grip 123 (the first grip portion 125 and the second grip portion 135) to form a spread state, and can easily attach the cleaning sheet 31 to the cleaning head 3.
As shown in fig. 6, the carriage hole 117 includes two carriage holding portions 118 for holding the cleaning head coupling portion 201 of the carriage 5. The two carriage holding portions 118 are arranged so as to cover the periphery of the carriage 5, and the diameter of the inner surface of the carriage holding portion 118 is configured to be larger than the diameter of the outer surface of the cleaning head coupling portion 201 of the carriage 5.
The cleaning tool 1 (cleaning head 3) includes a rotation suppressing member, specifically, grease (indicated by X in fig. 6) inside the carriage holding portion 118 (more specifically, between the outer surface of the cleaning head coupling portion 201 of the carriage 5 and the inner surface of the carriage holding portion 118). The grease increases friction between an inner surface (not shown) of the bracket hole 117 and an outer surface of the bracket 5 (specifically, a cleaning head coupling portion 201 described later), and suppresses excessive rotation of the cleaning head 3 with respect to the bracket 5.
As shown in fig. 8, the bracket 5 is formed of a rod-shaped member, and includes: a cleaning head coupling portion 201 rotatably coupled to the bracket hole 117; a handle coupling portion 203 coupled to the cleaning tool handle 7; and a separating part 205 for separating the cleaning head connecting part 201 and the handle connecting part 203. The cleaning head connecting part 201, the handle connecting part 203 and the separating part 205 are arranged on a bracket virtual plane IS as a single plane B The above.
The cleaning tool handle 7 is configured such that the link 301, the first grip portion 307, the second grip portion 309, the third grip portion 311, and the fourth grip portion 313 having the grip portion 315 are connected in this order, and the link 301, the first grip portion 307, the second grip portion 309, the third grip portion 311, and the fourth grip portion 313 can be switched between the connected state and the separated state.
The link 301 has a handle rotation axis RA capable of rotating the cleaning tool handle 7 in a predetermined direction 3 The rotating portion of (2) is constituted by a pair of first joint portion 303 and second joint portion 305. The first joint portion 303 is coupled to the handle coupling portion 203, and the second joint portion 305 is coupled to the first handle portion 307.
The link 301 (handle 7 for cleaning tool) can be positioned on the bracket imaginary plane IS by the link 301 (handle 7 for cleaning tool) B Up-rotation mode (i.e., handle rotation axis RA) 3 IS with the imaginary plane of the bracket IS B Orthogonal) to the handle coupling portion 203 of the bracket 5.
When the user uses the cleaning tool 1, the user inserts his or her hand into the recessed portions 173 disposed on both side surfaces in the longitudinal direction L of the cleaning head 3 in the closed state, and spreads the cleaning head 3 in the spread state, and as shown in fig. 9, the cleaning head 3 in the spread state is disposed on the cleaning sheet 31 such that the first inner surface 129 and the second inner surface 139 of the nip portion 123 (the first nip portion 125 and the second nip portion 135) face upward.
Next, the one end portion 33 and the other end portion 35 of the cleaning sheet 31 are folded toward the first inner surface 129 and the second inner surface 139, respectively, in such a manner that the one end portion 33 and the other end portion 35 of the cleaning sheet 31 are aligned with the mark 167a (167) and the mark 167b (167) of the first holding portion 125, respectively.
Next, as shown in fig. 10, the user fixes the one end 33 of the cleaning sheet 31 to the first slit portions 163 of the two first convex portions 155 respectively disposed in the first clamping portion 125, and fixes the other end 35 of the cleaning sheet 31 to the second slit portions 165 of the two second convex portions 159 respectively disposed in the second clamping portion 135.
Next, the first and second clamping portions 125 and 135 are rotated about the clamping portion rotation axis RA of the rotating tip 145 2 The fitting protrusion 169 and the fitting recess 171 are fitted to each other for centering rotation, and the cleaning head 3 is closed as shown in fig. 11. Thereby, one end 33 of the cleaning sheet 31 is coveredThe first slit portions 163 of the two first convex portions 155 are held and held by the combination (two parts in total) of the first convex portion 155 and the second concave portion 161 and the combination (two parts in total) of the first concave portion 157 and the second convex portion 159 which are engaged with each other, and therefore, the one end portion 33 of the cleaning sheet 31 is less likely to fall off from the nip portion 123 during use.
Similarly, the other end 35 of the cleaning sheet 31 is held by the second slit portions 165 of the two second protrusions 159, and is held by the combination of the first protrusion 155 and the second recess 161 (two parts in total) and the combination of the first recess 157 and the second protrusion 159 (two parts in total) which are engaged with each other, so that the other end 35 of the cleaning sheet 31 is not easily detached from the holding portion 123 during use.
When a user cleans a wide space, the cleaning tool 1 is of a wide space cleaning type as shown in fig. 12, and the surface to be cleaned can be cleaned without any particular limitation. When the first surface 37 (the surface on the first cleaning surface 113 side of the cleaning head 3) of the cleaning sheet 31 is used for cleaning the surface to be cleaned and the first surface 37 is soiled, the cleaning head 3 can be rotated by 180 ° and the surface to be cleaned can be cleaned using the second surface 39 (the surface on the second cleaning surface 115 side of the cleaning head 3) of the cleaning sheet.
When a user cleans a narrow space, for example, a vertical narrow space 51 as shown in fig. 13, the cleaning tool 1 is set to a narrow space cleaning method, and specifically, the cleaning head 3 is rotated so that the planar direction (not shown) of the cleaning head 3 coincides with a virtual carriage plane (not shown) of the carriage 5, and an end portion in the longitudinal direction L of the cleaning head 3 (preferably, an end portion of the carriage hole 117 on the side where the opening 117a is not present) can be placed in the narrow space to clean the surface to be cleaned in the narrow space.
In order to change the cleaning tool 1 from the wide space cleaning method to the narrow space cleaning method, the cleaning tool 1 may be simply lifted. When the cleaning tool 1 (the cleaning head 3) is lifted up, the center of gravity of the cleaning head 3 is located in the first cleaning head region 119, and therefore, the cleaning head 3 easily raises the first cleaning head region 119 downward.
Further, since the cleaning tool 1 (cleaning head 3) has grease as a rotation suppressing member between the inner surface of the bracket hole 117 and the outer surface of the cleaning head coupling portion 201 of the bracket 5, the cleaning head 3 is not easily kept swinging like a pendulum when the cleaning tool 1 is lifted up, and is easily stopped in an upright state.
In the cleaning head 3 of the cleaning tool 1 according to the first embodiment, since the rotating end 145 is disposed at the other end 151 of the first cleaning head region 119 in the lateral direction S of the cleaning head 3, when the cleaning head 3 is lifted up, the cleaning head 3 is raised such that the rotating end 145 faces downward and the opening/closing end 147 faces upward. Therefore, the corner 53 of the vertically narrow space 51 can be easily cleaned using the side surface of the cleaning head 3 on the first cleaning head region 119 side (the rotating end 145 side), and at this time, the cleaning sheet 31 is less likely to fall off the cleaning head 3.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, the use of the present disclosure), the cleaning head has a plate-like shape including a first cleaning surface and a second cleaning surface, and has a long side direction, a short side direction, and a thickness direction that are orthogonal to each other.
The plate-like shape is not particularly limited as long as it has two surface portions (i.e., a first cleaning surface and a second cleaning surface) extending in the longitudinal direction and the short-side direction and facing each other and a side surface portion extending in the thickness direction. The shape of the surface portion as viewed in the thickness direction of the cleaning head may be polygonal, for example, triangular (e.g., isosceles triangle), quadrangular (e.g., rectangle, rhombus), pentagonal, hexagonal, etc., curved, for example, circular, elliptical, etc.
The surface portion (i.e., the first cleaning surface and the second cleaning surface) and the side surface portion may be not only flat surfaces but also curved surfaces (e.g., curved surfaces in which central regions other than both ends protrude outward and curved surfaces in which central regions other than both ends are recessed inward), and may include an uneven structure such as one or more convex portions, one or more concave portions, or the like. Thus, the cleaning sheet attached to the cleaning head is less likely to shift, and the cleaning sheet is less likely to fall off from the cleaning head when the cleaning tool is used.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, the use of the present disclosure), the thickness (length in the thickness direction) of the cleaning head is not particularly limited, but the thickness is preferably small from the viewpoint of cleaning a narrow space, and the thickness is preferably 3.0cm or less, more preferably 2.0cm or less. From the viewpoint of the strength of the cleaning tool, the thickness is preferably 0.1cm or more, and more preferably 1.0cm or more. The thickness of the cleaning head refers to the thickest portion of the cleaning head.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (cleaning head of the present disclosure, use of the present disclosure), the cleaning head may have a hole for a bracket. The opening of the bracket hole can be disposed at any position of the cleaning head, and is preferably disposed on the side surface. The opening of the bracket hole can be disposed on side surfaces (both side surface portions) constituting the end portions (both end portions) in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning head, side surfaces (both side surface portions) constituting the end portions (both end portions) in the short-side direction of the cleaning head, and preferably on side surfaces (both side surface portions) constituting the end portions (both end portions) in the longitudinal direction. This is from the viewpoint of the convenience of use of the cleaning tool.
The bracket hole (and the cleaning head rotation shaft) can extend in a predetermined direction. The bracket hole (and the cleaning head rotation axis) is preferably disposed at the center of the side surface portion in a direction intersecting with (preferably orthogonal to) a predetermined direction. The bracket hole (and the cleaning head rotation shaft) is preferably disposed at the center in the longitudinal direction or the center in the short-side direction of the cleaning head. This is from the viewpoint of ease of rotation of the cleaning head and convenience of use of the cleaning tool. The predetermined direction may be a longitudinal direction or a short-side direction.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, the use of the present disclosure), the cleaning head includes a clamping portion that clamps at least one of one end portion and the other end portion of the cleaning sheet, and the clamping portion is configured to be capable of taking an open state and a closed state. Therefore, the end part clamped by the clamping part of the cleaning sheet is not easy to fall off from the clamping part, and the cleaning sheet is not easy to fall off from the cleaning head. The holding portion can hold one of the one end and the other end of the cleaning sheet and can hold both the one end and the other end of the cleaning sheet.
The holding section is not particularly limited as long as it can hold the cleaning sheet, but it is preferable that the holding section includes a first holding section and a second holding section, and the first holding section and the second holding section are rotatably connected by a rotating end having a holding section rotating shaft extending in a direction along a predetermined direction (preferably, a direction along the cleaning head rotating shaft, the longitudinal direction, or the like) and openably connected by a closing end extending in a direction along a predetermined direction (preferably, a direction along the cleaning head rotating shaft, the longitudinal direction, or the like). Therefore, the end part clamped by the clamping part of the cleaning sheet is not easy to fall off from the clamping part, and the cleaning sheet is not easy to fall off from the cleaning head.
The rotating end and the opening/closing end can be disposed at any position of the cleaning head, and for example, in the case where the rotating end (the clamping portion rotating shaft) and/or the opening/closing end extends in a direction along the cleaning head rotating shaft, the rotating end (the clamping portion rotating shaft) and/or the opening/closing end can be disposed at an end portion in a direction orthogonal to the cleaning head rotating shaft, a region adjacent to the cleaning head rotating shaft, or the like. In the case where the rotation end (the grip rotation axis) and/or the open/close end extends in the direction along the longitudinal direction of the cleaning head, the rotation end (the grip rotation axis) and/or the open/close end may be disposed at the end in the short direction, in the region adjacent to the cleaning head rotation axis, or the like.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, the use of the present disclosure), when the cleaning head includes the nip portion having the first nip portion and the second nip portion, as the holding member for holding the closed state of the first nip portion and the second nip portion, a member known in the art may be used, and examples thereof include a pair of engaging projections and engaging recesses, a surface fastener (hook-shaped member and loop-shaped member), a pair of magnets and ferromagnetic members (e.g., iron, cobalt, nickel), a spring for gripping, a mechanical lock, and the like.
The pair of fitting protrusions and fitting depressions protrude and are depressed in a predetermined direction, which is preferably a direction constituting a planar direction of the cleaning head (for example, a longitudinal direction or a short-side direction), more preferably a direction constituting a longitudinal direction of the cleaning head (for example, an inner direction or an outer direction of the longitudinal direction), and further preferably an inner direction of the longitudinal direction of the cleaning head. This makes it easy to maintain the closed state of the clamp portion.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, use of the present disclosure), it is preferable that the cleaning head includes a clamping portion having a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion, a counterweight (described later with respect to the counterweight) is disposed in the first cleaning head region, and a bracket hole including a cleaning head rotation shaft extending in a direction along the planar direction is further provided, in which case, the counterweight and the bracket hole are disposed in the first clamping portion. Accordingly, when the user uses the cleaning tool, the user does not feel the weight of the counterweight, and when the cleaning tool is lifted, the cleaning head is easy to stand up, so that the cleaning tool (cleaning head) is excellent in vertical cleaning performance, vertical narrow space cleaning performance, cleaning surface switching performance, and the like. The cleaning head rotation shaft is a rotation shaft for rotating the cleaning head with respect to the carriage.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, the use of the present disclosure), in a case where the cleaning head is divided into the first cleaning head region and the second cleaning head region by an imaginary plane that passes through the cleaning head rotation axis of the bracket-use hole and extends in the thickness direction of the cleaning head, the cleaning head can have the center of gravity of the cleaning head in the first cleaning head region. In the cleaning tool, the center of gravity of the cleaning head may be set so that the first region of the cleaning head moves downward and the second region of the cleaning head moves upward while the cleaning head is not fixed and the cleaning head rotation shaft of the cleaning head is held in a horizontal direction. This is from the viewpoint of vertical cleanability and vertical narrow space cleanability.
The center of gravity of the cleaning head can be adjusted by changing the mass of the members constituting the cleaning head, for example, a soft member, a hard member, and the like, in the first cleaning head region and the second cleaning head region.
Further, the center of gravity of the cleaning head can be adjusted by disposing an additional member, such as a counterweight, in the first cleaning head region. Examples of the material of the weight include metals (e.g., iron, stainless steel, lead, copper, and magnet), rubber, and plastics.
The counterweight may be disposed at any position in the first cleaning head region, but is preferably disposed at least at a position away from the rotational axis of the cleaning head. Since the center of gravity of the cleaning head can be efficiently separated from the cleaning head rotation shaft (the cleaning head can be easily raised) while suppressing an increase in the mass of the cleaning head, the cleaning head is excellent in cleaning performance in the vertical direction, cleaning performance in a vertically narrow space, cleaning surface switching performance, and the like.
The counterweight may be disposed so as to extend in a direction along the cleaning head rotation axis, or may be disposed so as to extend in a direction orthogonal to the cleaning head rotation axis.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, the use of the present disclosure), in the case where the cleaning head is provided with an odd number or an even number of weights, the odd number or the even number of weights may be arranged so as to intersect with a thickness direction center imaginary plane arranged at a center in the thickness direction of the cleaning head. Thus, when the user lifts up the cleaning tool including the cleaning head, the cleaning head is easily raised in the vertical direction.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, or the use of the present disclosure), when the cleaning head includes an even number of weights, the even number of weights may be arranged symmetrically with respect to the virtual plane of the thickness direction center. Thus, when the user lifts up the cleaning tool including the cleaning head, the cleaning head is easily raised in the vertical direction.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, or the use of the present disclosure), when the cleaning head includes the counterweight, the counterweight may be disposed asymmetrically with respect to a virtual plane of a center in the thickness direction, which is disposed at the center in the thickness direction of the cleaning head. For example, when the cleaning head includes one counterweight, the counterweight may be disposed so as not to intersect with the virtual plane of the thickness direction center. Accordingly, when the user lifts up the cleaning tool including the cleaning head, the cleaning head is easily tilted in a direction inclined from the vertical direction, and therefore, the cleaning tool is easily switched between the horizontal cleaning mode and the vertical cleaning mode.
Fig. 14 and 15 are views for explaining a cleaning tool 1 according to another embodiment (hereinafter, may be referred to as "second embodiment") of the present disclosure. Specifically, fig. 14 is a perspective view of the cleaning tool 1 of the second embodiment. Fig. 15 is a cross-sectional view of the cleaning tool 1 taken along the line XV-XV in fig. 14.
The cleaning tool 1 of the second embodiment includes a clamping portion 123, and the clamping portion 123 includes a first clamping portion 125 and a second clamping portion 135. The first clamping portion 125 and the second clamping portion 135 have a rotation axis RA in common with the cleaning head 1 Clamping part rotating shaft RA extending in parallel (in the longitudinal direction L) 2 Is rotatably coupled to the rotating end 145 and passes through the cleaning head rotating shaft RA 1 The open-close ends 147 extending in parallel (in the longitudinal direction L) are connected to each other so as to be openable and closable.
In the cleaning tool 1 of the second embodiment, the rotating end 145 is disposed in the second cleaning head region 121, but is not disposed in the other end 151 in the short direction S, but is disposed in the second cleaning head region 121 close to the cleaning head rotation axis RA 1 Of the position of (a). The open/close end 147 is disposed at one end 149 in the lateral direction S in the first cleaning head region 119.
The cleaning tool 1 (cleaning head 3) according to the second embodiment has a magnet as the counterweight 153 disposed in the first cleaning head region 119. The bracket 5 is formed of a rod-shaped member, and includes: a cleaning head coupling portion 201 rotatably coupled to a bracket hole (not shown); a handle coupling portion 203 coupled to the cleaning tool handle 7; and a separating portion 205 for separating the cleaning head connecting portion 201 and the handle connecting portion 203, wherein the cleaning head connecting portion 201, the handle connecting portion 203, and the separating portion 205 are disposed on a bracket virtual plane (not shown) which is a single plane.
The cleaning head coupling portion 201 of the bracket 5 includes a cleaning head fixing magnet 181 protruding toward the opposite side of the bracket 5 from the handle coupling portion 203 at a position facing the counterweight 153, and the cleaning head fixing magnet 181 is disposed so as to attract the counterweight 153. When the user lifts up the cleaning tool 1 to clean a vertically narrow space, for example, the first cleaning head region 119 including the magnet as the weight 153 moves downward, the cleaning head 3 stands up, and the weight 153 as the magnet and the cleaning head fixing magnet 181 attract each other, so that the standing state of the cleaning head 3 can be fixed. Therefore, the cleaning tool 1 of the second embodiment is excellent in cleaning performance in the vertical direction as well as in cleaning performance in the horizontal direction. Since the carriage 5 is made of stainless steel, which is a non-magnetic body, the weight 153, which is a magnet, does not attract the carriage 5 itself, and the weight 153, which is a magnet, attracts only the protruding cleaning head fixing magnet 181.
In the cleaning tool 1 of the second embodiment, the first clamping portion 125 includes the clamping magnet 183 disposed so as to attract the magnet constituting the counterweight 153 at a position corresponding to the counterweight 153 of the second clamping portion 135, and the clamping portion 123 can maintain the closed state by attracting the clamping magnet 183 of the first clamping portion 125 and the counterweight 153 (magnet) of the second clamping portion 135 to each other. In other words, the counterweight 153 not only serves to arrange the center of gravity in the first cleaning head region 119, but also serves to maintain the clamping portion 123 in the closed configuration.
In the cleaning tool 1 of the second embodiment, one end (not shown) of the cleaning sheet (not shown) is held by the two first slit portions 163 disposed on the first outer surface 127 of the first clamping portion 125, and the other end (not shown) of the cleaning sheet (not shown) is held by the two second slit portions 165 disposed on the second inner surface 139 of the second clamping portion 135. In other words, one end (not shown) of the cleaning sheet (not shown) is held by the first outer surface 127 of the cleaning head 3, and the other end (not shown) of the cleaning sheet (not shown) is held by the holding portion 123 of the cleaning head 3.
The other parts of the cleaning tool 1 of the second embodiment are the same as those of the cleaning tool 1 of the first embodiment, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, the use of the present disclosure), the cleaning head preferably includes a cleaning sheet fixing portion for holding the cleaning sheet. The cleaning sheet fixing portion may be a slit portion (for example, the first slit portion 163 and the second slit portion 165 shown in the first and second embodiments), a hook member of a surface fastener, or the like, in addition to a nip portion (for example, a nip portion).
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, the use of the present disclosure), in the case where the cleaning head is provided with the cleaning sheet fixing portion for holding the cleaning sheet, the cleaning head may be provided with one or more cleaning sheet fixing portions on the outer surface thereof, and may be provided with one or more cleaning sheet fixing portions on the inner surface thereof.
As an example in which the cleaning head is provided with one or a plurality of cleaning sheet fixing portions on the inner surface thereof, for example, there is an example in which the cleaning head is provided with a nip portion, for example, a nip portion having a first nip portion and a second nip portion. Examples of the cleaning sheet holder include a first holding portion and a second holding portion rotatably coupled to each other by a rotating end having a holding portion rotating shaft extending in a predetermined direction (preferably, a direction along the cleaning head rotating shaft, the longitudinal direction, or the like), and openably and closably coupled to each other by an opening/closing end extending in a predetermined direction (preferably, a direction along the cleaning head rotating shaft, the longitudinal direction, or the like), and examples of the cleaning sheet holder include a cleaning sheet holder provided on a first inner surface of the first holding portion or a second inner surface of the second holding portion.
In addition, the cleaning head may be provided with one or more cleaning sheet fixing portions on an outer surface thereof, and in the case where the cleaning head is provided with a clamping portion, for example, a clamping portion having a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion, a first outer surface of the first clamping portion and/or a second outer surface of the second clamping portion may be provided with the cleaning sheet fixing portions.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, the use of the present disclosure), the cleaning head may be made of various materials, but it is preferable that the outer surface is made of a soft member and the inside is made of a hard member harder than the soft member. This is from the viewpoint of achieving both operability and cleaning performance.
Examples of the raw material constituting the soft member include ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), polyurethane (PU), elastomers, rubbers, sponges, various foams, and fabrics (for example, nonwoven fabrics such as felt, woven fabric, and knitted fabric), and examples of the raw material constituting the hard member include ABS resin, polyolefin (for example, polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and the like), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyacetal (POM), polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS), polyamide (PA), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), acrylic resin, and composite materials thereof, and metal (for example, aluminum).
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (use of the present disclosure), the cleaning tool may include a cleaning head, a bracket, and a cleaning tool handle.
Preferably, the holder is formed of a rod-shaped member and is rotatably coupled to the cleaning head through a holder hole of the cleaning head. The bracket is preferably arranged on an imaginary bracket plane which is a single plane. This is from the viewpoint of cleanability of a narrow space.
The rod-shaped member may be a member having a circular, elliptical, or polygonal cross section, and the bracket preferably has a circular cross section at least at the cleaning head coupling portion, and preferably has a circular cross section as a whole. This is because the cleaning head is rotated about the cleaning head rotation axis, and the carriage is less likely to damage the surface to be cleaned. Examples of the material of the bracket include a metal, for example, a magnetic material (magnetic metal), for example, iron (for example, zinc-plated iron), a non-magnetic material (non-magnetic metal), for example, stainless steel, aluminum, and the like.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (used in the present disclosure), when the cleaning tool includes a cleaning head fixing mechanism described later, and when the cleaning head fixing mechanism is a pair of magnets or a pair of magnets and a ferromagnetic body, the holder may be configured by a ferromagnetic body, a nonmagnetic body, or a combination thereof, and may further include a magnet.
For example, the cleaning head can be fixed at a desired position by forming the bracket with a non-magnetic body (e.g., stainless steel) and disposing a ferromagnetic body or a magnet in a part thereof.
The bracket may include, for example: a cleaning head connecting part which can be rotatably connected with the hole for the bracket; a handle connecting part connected with the handle of the cleaning tool; and a separating part for separating the cleaning head connecting part and the handle connecting part. The handle connecting portion and the separating portion may be connected to the cleaning head connecting portion and the separating portion in a crossing manner, or may be integrated in a bending manner.
The cleaning head connecting part and the handle connecting part can have any length. For example, the cleaning head coupling portion can be made substantially the same length as the handle coupling portion, so that the bracket, and hence the cleaning tool, can be made lightweight, and the force applied to the cleaning tool handle can be reliably transmitted to the cleaning head. Further, the cleaning head coupling portion may be longer than the handle coupling portion, and thus, the force applied to the cleaning tool handle can be more easily transmitted to the cleaning head. Further, the cleaning head coupling portion can have a length substantially equal to or longer than that of the cleaning head, and therefore, the force applied to the cleaning tool handle can be easily transmitted to the entire cleaning head.
In the above-described cleaning head coupling portion, the handle coupling portion, and the separating portion, at least the cleaning head coupling portion and the handle coupling portion are preferably arranged on an imaginary plane of the bracket, and more preferably, the cleaning head coupling portion, the handle coupling portion, and the separating portion are arranged on an imaginary plane of the bracket. This is from the viewpoint of cleanability of a narrow space.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (used in the present disclosure), the cleaning tool may further include a rotation suppressing member for suppressing the cleaning head from freely rotating about the cleaning head rotation axis. Thus, when the cleaning tool is lifted, the cleaning head can be prevented from continuously swinging like a pendulum with the cleaning head rotating shaft as an axis.
The rotation suppressing member may be a friction-enhancing agent, such as grease, disposed between an inner surface of the hole for the carriage and an outer surface of the carriage (e.g., the cleaning head coupling portion). By using the friction enhancer, the spin suppression effect is hardly reduced with the passage of time.
In addition, the rotation suppressing member may include: a protruding member (e.g., an O-ring disposed on the entire outer periphery) disposed on a part or all of the outer periphery of the bracket (e.g., the cleaning head coupling portion) and configured to generate friction with the inner surface of the bracket hole, a protruding member disposed on the inner surface of the bracket hole and configured to generate friction with the outer surface of the bracket (e.g., the cleaning head coupling portion), and the like.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (used in the present disclosure), when the carriage is disposed on the carriage virtual surface, the cleaning tool may be configured so that the cleaning head and the carriage can be fixed so that the planar direction of the cleaning head coincides with the carriage virtual surface (hereinafter, the cleaning tool may be referred to as a cleaning tool including a "cleaning head fixing mechanism"). This provides the cleaning tool with excellent cleaning performance in a narrow space.
Examples of the cleaning head fixing means include a pair of magnets, a pair of magnets and a ferromagnetic material (e.g., iron, cobalt, or nickel), and a pair of fitting portions. As an example in which the cleaning head fixing mechanism is a pair of magnets, there is an embodiment (for example, the second embodiment) including a magnet disposed on a bracket (for example, a cleaning head coupling portion, a handle coupling portion, and/or a separating portion) and a magnet disposed at a position of the cleaning head corresponding to the magnet disposed on the bracket. The same applies to the case where the cleaning head fixing mechanism is a pair of magnets and a ferromagnetic member. As an example of the cleaning head fixing means being a pair of fitting portions, a bracket and a groove portion formed to fit with the bracket, which is disposed in the cleaning head, according to a third embodiment described later, can be given.
In the case where the cleaning head fixing mechanism is a pair of magnets, when the magnets are disposed in the cleaning head coupling portion of the carriage, it is preferable that the cleaning head coupling portion of the carriage is formed of a non-magnetic material, the magnets are disposed at predetermined positions in the circumferential direction of the cleaning head rotation axis, and the magnets protrude from the cleaning head coupling portion of the carriage in a direction orthogonal to the cleaning head rotation axis. This facilitates fixing the cleaning head at a desired position.
Fig. 16 is a view for explaining a cleaning tool 1 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure (hereinafter, may be referred to as "third embodiment"), and is a perspective view.
The cleaning tool 1 of the third embodiment includes a clamping portion 123, and the clamping portion 123 includes a first clamping portion 125 and a second clamping portion 135. The first and second clamping portions 125 and 135 have a longitudinal direction L (cleaning head rotation axis RA) 1 ) Parallel extending clamping part rotating shaft RA 2 Is rotatably connected to the rotating end 145 and passes through the longitudinal direction L (cleaning head rotating shaft RA) 1 ) The opening/closing ends 147 extending in parallel are connected to be openable and closable.
The opening/closing end 147 is disposed in the first cleaning head region 119, but is not disposed at one end 149 in the short direction S, but is disposed in the first cleaning head region 119 close to the cleaning head rotation axis RA 1 The position of (a).
The cleaning tool 1 includes magnets 191 (a magnet 191a, a magnet 191b, and a magnet 191 c) disposed on the first inner surface 129 of the first clamping portion 125. The magnet 191a is disposed at the center in the longitudinal direction L, and the magnets 191b and 191c are disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction.
The cleaning tool 1 further includes a magnet 193 (magnet 193a, magnet 193b, and magnet 193 c) disposed on the second inner surface 139 of the second clamping portion 135. The magnet 193a is disposed at the center in the longitudinal direction L and at a position corresponding to the magnet 191a, and the magnets 193b and 193c are disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction and at positions corresponding to the magnets 191b and 191 c.
In the cleaning tool 1, the magnet 191 of the first clamping portion 125 and the magnet 193 of the second clamping portion 135 are configured to act to hold the closed state of the clamping portion 123, and one end (not shown) and the other end (not shown) of the cleaning sheet inserted between the first inner surface 129 of the first clamping portion 125 and the second inner surface 139 of the second clamping portion 135 are held by the magnetic force of mutual attraction between the magnet 191 and the magnet 193.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (use of the present disclosure), the cleaning tool may be so-called one-arm holding in which the cleaning head is coupled to the carriage via the carriage holes only at one location, or may be so-called two-arm holding in which the cleaning head is coupled to the carriage via the carriage holes at a plurality of locations.
By holding the cleaning tool by a single arm, as shown in fig. 13, it is easy to clean a narrow space using the end portion of the cleaning head on the side where the bracket is not present. Further, by holding the cleaning tool with both arms, the force of the user can be easily transmitted to the cleaning head.
As the cleaning tool held by both arms, for example, there is a cleaning tool in which a holder is coupled to two holes for holders disposed at two locations on a side surface of a cleaning head.
In the case where the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (used in the present disclosure) has a longitudinal direction and a short-side direction, the two bracket holes may be two side surface portions facing each other and disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning head, or two side surface portions facing each other and disposed at both ends in the short-side direction of the cleaning head, and preferably two side surface portions facing each other and disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning head.
The two bracket holes may be continuously integrated or may be separated, but it is preferable to have a single cleaning head rotation shaft.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, the use of the present disclosure), examples of the cleaning sheet include those known in the art, for example, a cleaning sheet including a nonwoven fabric, a cleaning sheet including a tow, and the like. The cleaning sheet may be of a dry type or a wet type impregnated with a chemical solution.
