Further, in order to facilitate the elevator management terminal to schedule the target elevator to the floor where the intelligent lock is located preferentially, the intelligent lock adds the identification information of the special member to the use request and sends the identification information to the elevator management terminal. And the elevator management terminal judges that the passenger needing to use the target elevator is the special member according to the identification information of the special member, and the task has the highest priority. In a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, in order to enable parents to control the security state of a special member and the floor where the special member is located, the intelligent lock can periodically send an elevator state request to an elevator management terminal. After receiving the elevator state request, the elevator management terminal calls a camera installed in the elevator, and video images shot by the camera or video frames extracted at even intervals are sent to the intelligent lock to enable the intelligent lock to be forwarded to the parent terminal or directly sent to the parent terminal. For example, when the passenger is a child, the passenger may not be operated at a reduced speed, and if the passenger is an elderly or pregnant woman, the passenger may be operated at a reduced speed, further, the age of the elderly may be identified using an image recognition algorithm, and when the age of the elderly is greater than 65 years old and less than 75 years old, the passenger is reduced to 70% of the normal speed; when the elderly age is over 75 years, they slow down to 45% of normal speed.
