The side air suction structure 10 is formed by enclosing a front side wall 102 and a rear side wall 101 which are arranged in the vertical direction and a side plate which is connected with the front side wall 102 and the rear side wall 101, and the side air suction opening 11 is formed in the front side wall 102. The side suction structure is a vertical sealed frame structure, and is communicated with the outside only through a side suction port 11, and the side suction structure is usually leaned against a wall.
The lower part of the side air suction structure 10 is provided with an oil receiving groove 13, a baffle plate 12 is arranged in the side air suction channel 103 and used for isolating the side air suction opening 11 and the oil receiving groove 13, and a baffle plate oil leakage opening 121 is arranged at the position, close to the rear side wall 101, of the baffle plate 12. According to the invention, the baffle oil leakage opening is formed in the position of the baffle, and oil drops can attach to the rear side wall more, so that the oil drops on the rear side wall can enter the oil receiving groove through the baffle oil leakage opening.
The baffle 12 is arranged obliquely, the lower end of the baffle is positioned at the lower part of the side air suction opening 11, and the upper end of the baffle abuts against the rear side wall 101. So that the wind force of the side suction ports 11 is maintained to be optimal.
The connecting part of the oil receiving tank 13 and the baffle 12 is a baffle connecting part 132, and a protruding part 131 is arranged on one side of the oil receiving tank 13, which is positioned on the baffle connecting part 132 and the cooking bench, and is used for receiving oil drops dropping from the baffle 12. The convex part 131 can receive oil drops dropping from the baffle on one hand and can receive oil drops dropping from the upper part of the side air suction opening on the other hand.
The side air suction opening 11 may not be provided with a mesh plate, or may be provided with a mesh plate.
The fan 8 is positioned above the air suction structure 3.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the present invention includes a spiral tubular electric field structure including a cathode tube 511, an anode post 512 disposed inside the cathode tube, and an external thread 513 disposed on the surface of the anode post 512. The external thread of the invention is preferably a common thread, and the tooth shape is a pointed shape instead of a rectangular shape or a trapezoidal shape, so that the discharge is facilitated. The cathode tube 511 and the anode column 512 are made of conductive materials, and are generally made of steel, the cathode tube 511 and the anode column 512 are not connected, and the anode column 512 is generally located at the center of the cathode tube 511. The soot gas is dissociated when passing through the cathode tube 511.
The height of the crest of the external thread 513 from the root is at least 2mm, preferably 2 mm. Too low a distance between the tooth tip and the tooth root of the external thread 513 may result in a non-protruding discharge portion and insufficient electrostatic strength; too great a height of the crests of the external threads 513 from the roots results in difficulty in machining and no significant increase in electrostatic strength.
The thread pitch of the external thread 513 is 0.5-2 times of the height of the thread tip from the thread root. The thread pitch of the external thread 513 cannot be too small, which causes mutual interference of discharge and insufficient uniformity of static electricity, and the fact proves that when the thread pitch of the external thread 513 is 0.5-2 times of the height of the thread tip from the tooth root, the static electricity is uniform.
The diameter of the cathode tube 511 is 5-10 times that of the anode column 512, and a good electrostatic field is generated at a high voltage.
A high-voltage electrostatic module comprises spiral tubular electric field structures 51, wherein the spiral tubular electric field structures 51 are arranged in a circular ring shape, and different spiral tubular electric field structures are connected to form a whole. As shown in fig. 5, the electric field structure is arranged in a circular ring shape, that is, a plurality of spiral tubular electric field structures are arranged in a circular ring shape, and the circular ring shape may be a multilayer, for example, fig. 5 is three layers, and a spiral tubular electric field structure is further disposed at a center position of the centermost. In the high-voltage electrostatic module, the cathode tubes 511 can be tightly attached to each other to reduce the space without generating static electricity, and when the device is in practical use, the space between the outsides of the different cathode tubes 511 can be sealed at the end part, so that the oil smoke waste gas is prevented from entering the space without generating static electricity, and the oil smoke waste gas is ensured to pass through a high-voltage electrostatic field. By adopting the high-voltage electrostatic module, the shape between the anode and the cathode is more uniform, and the oil smoke and the waste gas are divided into the spiral tubular electric field structures 51 one by one, so that the required voltage is lower while the purification effect is ensured.
The ring shape is at least more than 3 rings, and can be set according to the requirement.
The anode columns of the spiral tubular electric field structure on the same ring are connected through an annular connecting rod 53, and the annular connecting rod 53 and the cathode tube 511 are fixed through an insulator 55. The annular connecting rod 53 is fixedly connected with the anode posts, and all the anode posts form a whole. And then fixed to the respective different cathode tubes 511 through insulators, or, a single ring-shaped connecting rod (not shown) is used to connect all the cathode tubes, and then insulators are used to connect the different ring-shaped connecting rods, so as to reduce the number of insulators.
The helical tubular electric field structures of different circular rings are fixedly connected through the direct connecting rod 54 to connect and fix the helical tubular electric field structures on different circular rings.
An electric field shell 52 is sleeved outside the helical tubular electric field structure.
The oil fume purifier comprises the high-voltage electrostatic module, and the oil fume is purified through a high-voltage electrostatic field.
The invention provides a structure for reducing the cleaning frequency of an oil fume purifier, which comprises an electric field shell 52, wherein a high-voltage electrostatic module is arranged inside the electric field shell 52, and a heating sleeve 56 is arranged outside the electric field shell 52. The heating jacket 56 is used for heating, and because the electric field shell 52 is internally provided with a relatively sealed structure, after the heating jacket is heated, the temperature in the electric field shell is higher, oil drops can be formed on oil stains accumulated on the high-voltage electrostatic module at high temperature, and the oil drops into the oil receiving groove under the action of gravity. The heating sleeve of the invention does not need to be opened all the time during purification, and after the oil fume purifier operates for a certain time and oil stains are accumulated to a certain degree, the heating sleeve is opened and the oil fume purifier operates for a certain time.
The electric field housing 52 is made of a conductive material, and the heating jacket 56 is made of a resistance wire, so that heating and control are facilitated.
The heating jacket 56 is installed at the middle or lower middle portion of the field case 52. The heating jacket 56 is positioned to facilitate melting of the oil droplets since the droplets are concentrated in the middle or lower middle portion of the field case 52. The outer part of the field case 52 is further provided with a front mounting fixture 141 and a rear mounting fixture 142 so as to be integrated with the purification case 4, and the heating jacket 56 is not overlapped with the mounting positions of the front mounting fixture 141 and the rear mounting fixture 142 so as to be conveniently mounted.
The invention provides a high-voltage electrostatic module fixing structure which comprises a high-voltage electrostatic module, wherein the high-voltage electrostatic module is fixedly installed in an electric field shell 52, the electric field shell 52 is arranged in a purification shell 4, the electric field shell 52 is cylindrical, the cross section of the purification shell 4 is rectangular, a front installation fixing piece 141 and a rear installation fixing piece 142 which are used for limiting the electric field shell 52 to shake are installed between the electric field shell 52 and the purification shell 4, and the front installation fixing piece 141 and the rear installation fixing piece 142 are fixedly connected through fixing pieces. Generally, the distance between the left and right side walls of the purifying housing 4 and the left and right side walls of the field housing 52 is short, the installation space of the fixing member is not large, and the fixing member is generally not located at the center of the left and right side walls of the purifying housing but closer to the panel, so as to facilitate installation and fixation. Through the fixed mounting of mounting to convenient fixed and dismantlement.
The fixing piece is a bolt 15, and can also be fixing pieces in other modes such as a pin shaft and the like, so that the fixing and the dismounting are convenient.

The electric field shell 52 and/or the purification shell 4 are provided with mounting ears, and the fixing members are fixedly connected with the mounting ears, the front mounting fixing member 141 and the rear mounting fixing member 142. The field case 52 and/or the purification case 4, the front mounting fixture 141 and the rear mounting fixture 142 may be connected and fixed by a single fixture to form a solid whole.

The mounting holes 424 are provided on the hanging plate 422. When the bolt is used for fixing, the bolt cannot bear lateral pressure, and the service life of the bolt is prolonged.
The contact surface between the panel 41 and the purification casing 4 is filled with an elastic buffer layer for sealing, preferably made of rubber. By this structure, the panel can be easily mounted and dismounted.
The invention provides a sealing connection structure for an oil fume purifier, which comprises a connecting pipe 7 used for connecting a shell of a fan 8 and a sleeve 66 sleeved in the connecting pipe 7, wherein the end part of the sleeve 66 is connected with an inverted cone table connecting pipe 6, the end part of the inverted cone table connecting pipe 6 is connected with an electric field shell 52, the upper end of the sleeve 66 is provided with an annular baffle 68, one end of the annular baffle 68 is provided with a side baffle 69, and the connecting pipe 7 is inserted between the sleeve 66 and the side baffle 69.
The side baffle 69 is cylindrical, and restricts movement of the connection pipe 7 to the maximum extent, thereby improving the sealing effect.
The invention provides an air-equalizing structure for an oil fume purifier, which comprises a connecting cylinder 61 fixedly connected below an electric field shell 52, wherein an air-equalizing plate is arranged inside the connecting cylinder 61 and comprises a bottom plate 63 and a circular plate 62 fixedly connected to the periphery of the bottom plate 63, the connecting cylinder 61 is in a horn shape with a small opening at the lower end and a large opening at the upper end, a through hole 64 is arranged on the bottom plate 63, an air-equalizing through hole 67 is arranged on the air-equalizing plate, and an upward protruding convex cylinder 672 is arranged at a position on the air-equalizing plate surrounding the air-equalizing through hole 67.
The circular ring plate 62 is in the shape of a trumpet with a small lower opening and a large upper opening. The lampblack purifier as claimed in claim 4, wherein an oil receiving groove (13) is formed in the lower portion of the side air suction structure (10), a baffle (12) is arranged in the side air suction channel (103) and used for isolating the side air suction opening (11) from the oil receiving groove (13), and a baffle oil leakage opening (121) is formed in the portion, close to the rear side wall (101), of the baffle (12).
