The invention has the advantages that the structure is simple, the flat foil and the double-sided bubbling foil are convenient to manufacture, and the flat foil and the double-sided bubbling foil can be formed by one-step processing; the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the double-sided bubbling foil are provided with a plurality of circles of bubbling protrusions along the radial direction or the circumferential direction, so that the double-sided bubbling foil bearing has better rigidity and damping characteristics, and can meet the requirements of different loads. Background
With the development of the technology in the fields of aerospace, energy power and the like, higher and higher requirements are also put forward on the lubricating technology in order to keep the stability and reliability of high-speed running machinery. When the rotating speed of the rotor is very high or the relative movement speed is very high, such as an aircraft turbine engine or a microminiature gas turbine, the oil temperature is rapidly increased due to friction caused by high-speed movement, so that an effective lubricating film cannot be formed, and the oil bearing cannot meet the requirement; when the working environment needs higher purity, for example, turbo machinery used for helium liquefying devices, space refrigerators and the like, if oil bearings are adopted, the working environment is polluted. In this case, other types of bearings are required for lubrication. The magnetic bearing has a complex structure and high cost, so that the popularization of the magnetic bearing is limited, and the gas bearing is a better choice.
The bubbling dynamic pressure gas thrust bearing has the advantages of strong shock absorption capability, high stability and the like of a common foil dynamic pressure gas bearing. However, the traditional single-sided bubbling foil bearing has high bubbling support rigidity, almost no deformation allowance is left for a bubbling fulcrum, excessive friction is easily caused on the surface of the bearing in the starting, stopping and running processes, and the friction damage of the bearing and a rotor is caused; although the multilayer bubbling foil bearing combined by the single-sided bubbling foils can adapt to different loads to a certain extent, the bearing has great difficulty in assembly and processing of foils, and the application of the bearing in high-speed rotating machinery is limited.

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a double-sided bubbling foil dynamic pressure gas thrust bearing which has better rigidity and damping characteristics, can adapt to different loads and has good processing and assembling performance.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The bearing seat, the double-sided bubbling foil and the flat foil are welded together by welding rods, and the welding position is 1-3mm away from the two side edges of the fan shape.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
