Abstract
The invention discloses a membrane sheet material and a production process of a waterproof hot melt adhesive environmental-friendly formula, wherein the raw materials of the formula of the waterproof hot melt adhesive do not contain asphalt components and organic solvents, so that the waterproof hot melt adhesive has the advantage of environmental protection, and a manufacturer can not generate volatile substances or pungent and unpleasant odor in the production and manufacturing process, so that the waterproof hot melt adhesive membrane sheet material is quite friendly to the workers and the environment of the manufacturer.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a hot melt adhesive formula, a film sheet thereof and a production process, in particular to an environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive formula and a film sheet thereof.
Background
The waterproof engineering is very important for the building, and if the construction is not proper or the quality of the waterproof material is not good, the building can generate the phenomena of water leakage and water seepage due to rain, thereby influencing the living quality. At present, common waterproof coatings, waterproof bricks or waterproof membranes are waterproof materials widely used in modern high-tech buildings, and are not only used in common residential buildings, but also common in high-grade villas or public works.
Asphalt is often added into the waterproof material, and because asphalt has excellent properties of water resistance, heat insulation, heat preservation and the like, is low in price and corrosion resistant, the waterproof material is one of the first-choice materials for a plurality of building projects, but the advantages of the waterproof material and the corrosion resistant materials have the potential problem of environmental pollution, and the asphalt brings environmental and health damages to manufacturers and workers in the production and manufacturing process.
Therefore, the problems to be solved by the invention are to design an environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive formula, a film sheet thereof and a production process thereof in order to overcome the defects of the existing waterproof material containing asphalt.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problem that the existing waterproof material containing asphalt component may cause environmental pollution, the invention aims to provide an environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive formula and a production process of a membrane sheet thereof.
The first technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems comprises the following steps: an environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive formula comprises the following raw materials: 10-40 wt% of a thermoplastic elastomer; 20-60 wt% of tackifying resin; softening oil 30 wt% or less; and 10 wt% or less of a filler.
Further, the thermoplastic elastomer comprises synthetic rubber, polyolefin colloid; and the tackifying resin comprises petroleum resin, rosin resin and derivatives of the petroleum resin and the rosin resin.
Further, the softening oil comprises white wax oil, mineral oil or butyl oil; and the filler comprises an inorganic filler comprising calcium carbonate, a coloring agent, carbon powder, tire powder, or flame retardant powder.
Next, the first technical solution adopted by the present invention to solve the technical problem includes: an environmentally friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive film sheet comprising: waterproof hot melt adhesive layer of a plane materiel, a first environmental protection, a fibrous layer and a second environmental protection of stacking according to the preface, wherein: the first environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive layer and the second environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive layer partially penetrate or are impregnated among fibers of the fiber layer.
Further, the fabric comprises stone, sand, plastic, wood, metal, foaming material, or single or composite fabric with heat insulation, fire resistance, noise resistance or slip resistance;
furthermore, the fiber layer comprises woven fabric or non-woven fabric, and is made of plastic, glass, graphite fiber or metal fiber.
Finally, the final technical solution adopted by the present invention to solve the technical problem includes: a production process of an environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive film sheet comprises the following steps:
step 1: heating and uniformly stirring an environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive to enable the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive to be in a molten fluid state, wherein the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive comprises 10-40 wt% of thermoplastic elastomer, 20-60 wt% of tackifying resin and less than 30 wt% of softening oil; and 10 wt% or less of filler;
step 2: filtering the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive and conveying the filtered environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive to a soaking tank;
and step 3: continuously inputting a fiber layer into the impregnation tank, and immersing the fiber layer into the molten environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive; and
and 4, step 4: and cooling the fiber layer impregnated with the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive to obtain the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive film sheet.
Furthermore, a surface material and/or a release layer is attached to the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive film sheet obtained in the step 4, and the surface material and the release layer are made of the same material or different materials.
Further, the obtained environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive film sheet is rolled, packaged and put in storage.
The technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the raw materials of the formula of the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive do not contain asphalt components or organic solvents, so that the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive has the advantage of environmental protection, and manufacturers do not generate volatile substances or pungent and unpleasant smell in the production and manufacturing processes, so that the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive is quite friendly to workers and the environment of the manufacturers.
2. The waterproof hot melt adhesive film sheet provided by the invention is easy to produce, can be produced by using the existing impregnation equipment of a manufacturer, and does not need to additionally add other expensive equipment or introduce a special technology; the waterproof hot melt adhesive film sheet has excellent waterproof, weather-proof and self-adhesive properties, is easy to process and implement, has excellent product quality and reasonable price, and really has good practical and economic values.

Detailed Description
The invention relates to an environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive formula which comprises the following raw materials:
10-40 wt% of a thermoplastic elastomer;
20-60 wt% of tackifying resin;
softening oil 30 wt% or less; and
10 wt% or less of filler.
In the raw materials of the formula, the thermoplastic elastomer is a material mainly providing waterproof and self-adhesive functions, and the thermoplastic elastomer can be synthetic rubber (SIS, SBS, SEBS, SEPS) and polyolefin colloid (APAO, PO); the tackifying resin is mainly used for regulating and controlling the overall Viscosity (Viscosity) of the colloid, and specific materials can be petroleum resin, rosin resin and derivatives of the petroleum resin and the rosin resin.
Further, the softening oil effect can also be used for regulating the overall viscosity of the colloid, such as white wax oil, mineral oil or butyl oil; the filler not only provides rigidity and strength of materials, but also saves raw material cost, and specifically can be inorganic filler comprising calcium carbonate, a coloring agent, carbon powder, tire powder and a flame retardant.
The environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive can be prepared by using the formula, and the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: heating and stirring softening oil and part of tackifying resin to a molten state;
step 2: adding the thermoplastic elastomer, and then continuously heating and stirring until the thermoplastic elastomer is molten; and
and step 3: adding the filler and the residual tackifying resin, and then continuously heating and stirring until the filler and the residual tackifying resin are completely melted and dispersed and homogenized to obtain the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive.
Next, referring to fig. 1, the environmental-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive film sheet 10 prepared by using the environmental-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive formula of the present invention includes: the waterproof hot melt adhesive layer 17 of a panel 11, a first environmental protection waterproof hot melt adhesive layer 13, a fibrous layer 15 and a second environmental protection of stacking gradually, wherein: the first environmentally-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive layer 13 and the second environmentally-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive layer 17 partially penetrate or are impregnated among the fibers of the fiber layer 15.
The surface material 11 is a common surface material of building materials, and can be matched according to the appearance of a building or additional performance requirements, for example, patterns for providing appearance texture or stone, sand, plastic, wood, metal, foam materials with different colors, or single or composite surface materials for providing heat insulation, fire resistance, noise resistance or slip resistance with efficiency. The fiber layer 15 can be woven or non-woven fabric made of plastic, glass, graphite or metal fiber.
The first environmental waterproof hot-melt adhesive layer 13 and the second environmental waterproof hot-melt adhesive layer 17 in the environmental waterproof hot-melt adhesive film sheet 10 have self-adhesion property, so the surface material 11 can be directly attached to the surface of the first environmental waterproof hot-melt adhesive layer 13, and the second environmental waterproof hot-melt adhesive layer 17 is further attached to a release layer 19 after production is completed, which is beneficial to preventing mutual adhesion during rolling storage and transportation.
Finally, referring to fig. 2, the present invention provides a manufacturing method of the environmentally friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive film sheet, comprising the steps of:
step 1: heating and stirring the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive uniformly to enable the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive to be in a molten fluid state, wherein the heating temperature is preferably between 110 and 200 ℃, the stirring time is 60 to 360 minutes, and the stirring speed is between 10 and 60 rpm;
step 2: filtering the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive and conveying the filtered environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive to a soaking tank;
and step 3: continuously inputting the fiber layer into the impregnation tank, and immersing the fiber layer into the molten environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive;
and 4, step 4: cooling the fiber layer impregnated with the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive;
and 5: attaching the surface material and/or the release layer;
step 6: and (6) winding, packaging and warehousing.
The steps 1 to 6 are only all production steps in the actual production and manufacturing process of the present invention, however, the step of obtaining the fiber layer impregnated with the environmentally-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive from the steps 1 to 4 is within the scope of the present invention, and the steps of attaching the face material, releasing the layer, winding, packaging, warehousing and the like described in the steps 5 and 6 are only implementation choices and are not necessarily essential processes.
Furthermore, to confirm the exact efficacy of the present invention, the technical solutions of the present invention are further described with reference to the following specific examples, but it should be understood that these examples are only for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the claims of the present invention. Furthermore, it should be understood that various equivalent changes or modifications can be made by those skilled in the art after reading the technical scheme provided by the invention, and the equivalent forms also fall into the scope of the invention defined by the claims.

1. An environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive formula is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
10-40 wt% of a thermoplastic elastomer;
20-60 wt% of tackifying resin;
softening oil 30 wt% or less; and
10 wt% or less of filler.
2. The formulation of claim 1, wherein the thermoplastic elastomer comprises synthetic rubber, polyolefin colloid; and the tackifying resin comprises petroleum resin, rosin resin and derivatives of the petroleum resin and the rosin resin.
3. The environmentally friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive formulation of claim 2, wherein the softening oil comprises white wax oil, mineral oil or butyl oil; and the filler comprises an inorganic filler comprising calcium carbonate, a coloring agent, carbon powder, tire powder, or flame retardant powder.
4. An environmental protection waterproof hot melt adhesive film sheet, characterized in that, it contains: waterproof hot melt adhesive layer of a plane materiel, a first environmental protection, a fibrous layer and a second environmental protection of stacking according to the preface, wherein: the first environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive layer and the second environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive layer partially penetrate or are impregnated among fibers of the fiber layer.
5. The environmentally friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive film sheet according to claim 4, wherein:

6. A production process of an environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive film sheet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: heating and uniformly stirring an environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive to enable the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive to be in a molten fluid state, wherein the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive comprises 10-40 wt% of thermoplastic elastomer, 20-60 wt% of tackifying resin and less than 30 wt% of softening oil; and 10 wt% or less of filler;
step 2: filtering the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive and conveying the filtered environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive to a soaking tank;
and step 3: continuously inputting a fiber layer into the impregnation tank, and immersing the fiber layer into the molten environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive; and
and 4, step 4: and cooling the fiber layer impregnated with the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive to obtain the environment-friendly waterproof hot melt adhesive film sheet.
7. The manufacturing process of environmental waterproof hot melt adhesive film of claim 6, wherein: further, a surface material and/or a release layer is attached to the environment-friendly waterproof hot-melt adhesive film sheet obtained in the step 4, wherein the surface material and the release layer are made of the same material or different materials.
