Abstract
The invention discloses a high-pressure-resistant low-temperature-resistant rubber composition and a preparation method thereof, which relate to the technical field of rubber and are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of nitrile-butadiene rubber, 45-65 parts of reinforcing agent, 10-20 parts of softening agent, 7.5-11.5 parts of compounding agent and 3-4 parts of vulcanization accelerator; the novel rubber is prepared by taking the nitrile rubber as a main material and 4 functional additives as auxiliary materials, has high elasticity and resilience and small thermal shrinkage effect, does not contain free sulfur, is high in safety and environmental protection, has good low-temperature resistance, can meet the use requirement in severe cold weather, and is particularly suitable for being used as a processing material of a rubber sealing element of an air compressor.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rubber, in particular to a high-pressure-resistant low-temperature-resistant rubber composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
An air compressor is a device for compressing gas. The air compressor is similar to a water pump in structure, is widely applied and can be divided into the following parts according to the purposes: refrigerator compressors, air conditioning compressors, refrigeration compressors, compressors for tire inflation, and the like.
In recent years, rubber materials used for manufacturing the sealing parts of the compressors are not limited to have small thermal expansion, good elasticity and proper mechanical strength, but more requirements are made on good environmental protection and low temperature resistance, so that the sealing parts made of the rubber can still have good sealing effect in severe cold weather.

s2, two-stage mixing: and putting the rubber in the first section after standing for 24 hours into an internal mixer, adding a vulcanization accelerator for internal mixing for 160-plus-200 seconds, discharging the rubber through a rubber discharge port of the internal mixer, and then thinly passing the discharged rubber through an open mill for rubber mixing for 110-plus-130 seconds, discharging, cooling and packaging to obtain the high-pressure-resistant and low-temperature-resistant rubber composition.

Example 1
A high-pressure-resistant low-temperature-resistant rubber composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of butadiene acrylonitrile rubber N240S, 30 parts of butadiene acrylonitrile rubber NBR2865, 40 parts of carbon black N550, 40 parts of carbon black N774, 5 parts of carbon black 255, 15 parts of dioctyl adipate, 5 parts of zinc oxide ZNO, 1 part of stearic acid ester SA, 2 parts of industrial anti-aging agent RD, 1.5 parts of anti-aging agent 4010, 0.8 part of vulcanizing agent S-80H, 1.3 parts of accelerator CZ and 1.3 parts of accelerator TT.
The preparation method of the high-pressure-resistant low-temperature-resistant rubber composition comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing: the method comprises the steps of firstly introducing water into an internal mixer for preheating, then adding 70 parts of nitrile rubber N240S and 30 parts of nitrile rubber NBR2865 into the internal mixer, then starting the internal mixer, after mixing for 60 seconds, putting 5 parts of zinc oxide ZNO, 1 part of stearic acid ester SA, 2 parts of industrial anti-aging agent RD and 1.5 parts of anti-aging agent 4010 into the internal mixer for mixing for 30 seconds, then slowly adding 40 parts of carbon black N550, 40 parts of carbon black N774, 5 parts of carbon black 255 and 15 parts of dioctyl adipate into the internal mixer, uniformly stirring the mixture, discharging rubber through a rubber discharge port of the internal mixer when the internal temperature of the internal mixer rises to 130 ℃, and then placing the discharged rubber for 24 hours after the rubber is split by an open mill to obtain a section of rubber.
