In order to further describe the invention, a specific embodiment of a fabric cutting device for silk quilt production is further explained below with reference to the drawings, and the following examples are illustrative of the invention and the invention is not limited to the following examples.

The fabric pressing and cutting mechanism 3 of the invention comprises a fabric pressing and cutting bracket 22, a pressing and cutting lifting plate 23, a fabric pressing and cutting knife 24, a lifting and lowering material pressing plate 25, a fixed material bearing plate 26, an auxiliary material pulling plate 27 and a translational material pulling cylinder 28, wherein the fabric pressing and cutting bracket 22 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the upper side of a fabric processing bracket 1, the fabric pressing and cutting bracket 22 is of a C-shaped frame structure with a downward opening, the pressing and cutting lifting plate 23 is horizontally arranged in the fabric pressing and cutting bracket 22, pressing and cutting lifting slotted holes 29 are respectively arranged on the fabric pressing and cutting brackets 22 at the two sides of the pressing and cutting lifting plate 23, pressing and cutting lifting guide rods 30 are respectively and vertically and According to the invention, the fixed limit switch 52 is arranged on the reciprocating translation guide rod 11 along the fabric press-cutting mechanism 3 side, the movable limit switch 53 is arranged on the other side of the reciprocating translation guide rod 11, the switch adjusting locking bolt 54 is arranged between the movable limit switch 53 and the reciprocating translation guide rod 11, the fixed limit switch 52 and the movable limit switch 53 are respectively arranged on the reciprocating translation guide rods 11 on the two sides of the fabric pulling and sending support 4, so that the translation limit can be realized on the reciprocating motion of the fabric pulling and sending support 4, the stable and accurate reciprocating translation motion of the fabric pulling and sending support 4 can be realized, and the switch adjusting locking bolt 54 is arranged between the movable limit switch 53 and the reciprocating translation guide rod 11, so that the movable limit switch 53 can be smoothly and accurately adjusted and locked along the reciprocating translation guide rod 11 according to the fabric pulling and sending requirements, and the requirements of fabric pulling and sending. The lower side surface of the fabric pulling and feeding upper pressing plate 9 is of an arc-shaped structure, and the upper side surface of the fabric pulling and feeding upper bearing plate 8 is provided with the pressing soft glue layer 55 in a fitting manner, so that the end part of the fabric can be sufficiently and efficiently pressed and fixed when the fabric pulling and feeding upper pressing plate 9 and the fabric pulling and feeding upper bearing plate 8 are mutually fitted, and the end part of the fabric is prevented from falling off in the fabric pulling, feeding and translating process. The upper side surface of the translational movable wedge plate 20 of the fabric pulling and feeding mechanism 2 is sequentially and rotatably connected with a plurality of push plate anti-drag rotating rollers 56 along the inclined direction, so that the translational movable wedge plate 20 can be used for conveniently and smoothly pushing the lifting fixed wedge plate 18 to perform lifting motion along the vertical direction. The press-cutting lifting guide rod 30 at the upper side of the press-cutting lifting plate 23 is sleeved with the reset push plate spring 57, the press-cutting lifting plate 23 is pushed downwards along the vertical direction by the reset push plate spring 57, the stable and smooth vertical lifting motion of the press-cutting lifting plate 23 is realized, and the press-cutting lifting plate 23 is prevented from being blocked in the lifting process to influence the normal and orderly lifting motion. The upper side surface of the translational pressing and cutting wedge plate 32 of the fabric pressing and cutting mechanism 3 is sequentially and rotatably connected with a plurality of cutting drag reduction rotating rollers 58 along the inclined direction, so that the translational pressing and cutting wedge plate 32 can be used for conveniently and smoothly pushing the pressing and cutting fixed wedge plate 31 to move up and down along the vertical direction. The cutting pull rod sleeve 39 is arranged on the cutting pull plate connecting rod 34 in a sliding mode, the sleeve adjusting locking bolt 59 is arranged between the cutting pull rod sleeve 39 and the cutting pull plate connecting rod 34, and the cutting pull rod sleeve 39 is adjusted in a translation mode along the cutting pull plate connecting rod 34, so that the linkage position of the fabric pulling and conveying support 4 for driving the cutting pull plate connecting rod 34 to move in a translation mode can be accurately adjusted, and the fabric can be cut efficiently and accurately. The upper side surface of the lifting material pressing plate 25 is of a circular arc structure, and the lower side surface of the fixed material bearing plate 26 is provided with the pressing and cutting fixed adhesive layer 60 in a fitting manner, so that the fabric can be stably and efficiently pressed and fixed in the fabric cutting process, and the fabric is prevented from deviating and skewing in the cutting process. According to the invention, the fabric pressing and cutting support 22 on the upper side of the fabric feeding guide roller 43 is provided with the material pressing and guiding support 61, the upper end of the material pressing and guiding support 61 is hinged to the fabric pressing and cutting support 22, the lower end of the material pressing and guiding support 61 is horizontally and rotatably connected with the fabric guiding and conveying press roller 62, the fabric guiding and conveying press roller 62 is tightly pressed and attached to the upper side of the fabric feeding guide roller 43, the fabric pressing spring 63 is arranged between the material pressing and guiding support 61 and the fabric pressing and cutting support 22, and the fabric feeding guide roller 43 and the fabric guiding and conveying press roller 62 are mutually attached and pressed, so that the smooth and orderly material guiding and conveying of the fabric can be realized, and the excessive conveying of the fabric in the pulling and conveying translation process. The fabric pulling and feeding motor 6 of the fabric pulling and feeding mechanism 2 is a servo motor, so that the fabric pulling and feeding bracket 4 can be stably and accurately pulled to reciprocate to perform translational motion by using the fabric pulling and feeding motor 6, and the fabric pulling, feeding and cutting accuracy is improved.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the fabric cutting device for silk quilt production is used, the fabric pressing and cutting mechanism 3 and the fabric drawing and feeding mechanism 2 are sequentially and horizontally arranged at two sides of the fabric processing bracket 1 along the fabric conveying direction, the fabric drawing and feeding mechanism 2 can smoothly draw, feed and translate the fabric, the fabric drawing and feeding mechanism 2 can be linked with the fabric pressing and cutting mechanism 3 to cut the fabric efficiently and smoothly by utilizing the linkage action between the fabric pressing and cutting mechanism 3 and the fabric drawing and feeding mechanism 2 after the fabric is drawn, fed and translated by the fabric drawing and feeding mechanism 2 to the required length, so that the fabric drawing, feeding and translating and the fabric cutting can be smoothly and orderly matched to ensure that the silk quilt fabric can be continuously and accurately cut in sections in an efficient and stable manner, the lower ends of two sides of the fabric drawing and feeding bracket 4 at the upper side of the fabric processing bracket 1 respectively horizontally slide on the reciprocating translation guide rod 11, the two sides of a reciprocating material pulling chain 5 are respectively wound and meshed with reciprocating material pulling chain wheels 13 connected to the corresponding ends of two reciprocating material pulling rotating shafts 12 in a meshing manner, the two sides above the reciprocating material pulling chain 5 are respectively fixedly connected with the two sides below a fabric pulling and conveying bracket 4, a fabric pulling and conveying motor 6 is in transmission connection with the reciprocating material pulling and conveying rotating shafts 12 on the adjacent sides by adopting a fabric pulling and conveying belt 14, the fabric pulling and conveying motor 6 is used for driving the reciprocating material pulling chain 5 to rotate in a reciprocating manner, so that the fabric pulling and conveying bracket 4 can stably and smoothly reciprocate to perform translational motion along a reciprocating translation guide rod 11, a fixed limit switch 52 and a movable limit switch 53 are respectively arranged on the reciprocating translation guide rods 11 on the two sides of the fabric pulling and conveying bracket 4, the translational limit can be realized by the reciprocating motion of the fabric pulling and conveying bracket 4, the stable and accurate reciprocating translational motion of the fabric pulling and conveying bracket 4, and a switch adjusting locking bolt 54 is arranged, the movable limit switch 53 can be smoothly and accurately adjusted and locked along the reciprocating translation guide rod 11 according to the requirements of fabric drawing and feeding, the requirements of fabric drawing and feeding processing with different length sizes can be met, the lifting reciprocating guide plate 7 on the upper side of the fabric drawing and feeding support 4 is arranged on the lifting reciprocating guide rod 15 in a sliding mode along the vertical
