The medicine pouring slide way 2 is arranged at the bottom of the medicine containing box 1, and the bottom of the medicine pouring slide way 2 is connected with the front end of the common medicine weighing channel 301. The top of the medicine pouring slide way 2 is provided with a gate plate (not shown in the figure), a horizontally extending gap is reserved between the gate plate and the medicine pouring slide way 2, the width of the gap is matched with the medicine, the medicine can only flow into the medicine pouring slide way 2 from the medicine charging box 1 through the gap, only one layer of medicine is ensured to pass through the gate plate, and therefore only one layer of medicine enters the common medicine weighing channel 301 from the medicine charging box 1 through the medicine pouring slide way 2.

The baffle 4 is in a frame shape, the bottom of the baffle 4 is arranged at the tail end of the rough material weighing channel 302, and the baffle 4 can be controlled to move up and down through a cylinder or other control devices, so that the tail end of the rough material weighing channel 302 is controlled to be opened or blocked.
When the automatic medicine weighing device of the embodiment is used for weighing and quantifying the medicines, a plurality of medicines are discharged at the same time through rough weighing, so that quick medicine weighing is ensured; and when the weight of the medicament on the weighing device 5 reaches a preset value, the medicament is weighed accurately, so that the medicament is discharged from a single particle, finally, the weight of the medicament on the weighing device 5 slowly reaches a required value, and the weighing accuracy is ensured.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, during rough weighing, the baffle 4 moves downward, and the bottom end of the baffle 4 moves to below the end of the rough weighing channel 302, so that the end of the rough weighing channel 302 is opened. At this time, the fine weighing vibrator 6 and the coarse weighing vibrator 7 both vibrate rapidly, the coarse weighing channel 302 serves as a main discharge port, and the fine weighing channel 304 serves as a secondary discharge port, so that a large amount of the medicine falls into the weighing device 5 rapidly.
As shown in fig. 5, during fine weighing, the baffle 4 moves upward, and the bottom end of the baffle 4 moves to match with the discharge hole of the coarse weighing channel 302 to block the discharge hole of the coarse weighing channel 302. And the fine material weighing channel 304 passes through the gap in the middle of the baffle 4, only the fine material weighing channel 304 is used as a discharge port at the moment, and the fine vibrator 6 vibrates to enable the medicaments to slowly fall into the weighing device 5 one by one. Preferably, the vibration frequency of the fine vibrator 6 is gradually reduced from fast to slow, so that the medicine falling into the weighing device 5 is gradually reduced, and the weighing speed is accelerated on the premise of ensuring the weighing precision.
The automatic medicine weighing device realizes reasonable and effective matching of the rough scale and the fine scale through reasonable mechanical design, the requirement on the rough scale material channel 302 is low, the speed is high, the fine scale material channel 304 and the baffle 4 are reasonably designed, the accuracy is good, the equipment efficiency is high, the accuracy is high, and the beat and quality requirements of continuous production are met.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the baffle 4 includes a left baffle 401 and a right baffle 402, and the left baffle 401 and the right baffle 402 are horizontally moved under the control of a cylinder or other control means to control the end of the rough weigh channel 302 to be opened or blocked.
