Abstract
The invention provides a detection and maintenance flatcar for an operation railway tunnel, which belongs to the field of railway maintenance and comprises a car body; and the running mechanism is arranged on the vehicle body and comprises a wheel mechanism running on the track and a power device driving the wheel mechanism to run. The invention can carry out detection and maintenance in the tunnel, has simple structure and low cost, and can maintain various diseases; the rear end of the vehicle body can be additionally hung with a detection frame, and a detection device is arranged on the detection frame to detect the defects of the railway tunnel.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a detection and maintenance flatcar for an operation railway tunnel, and belongs to the field of railway maintenance.
Background
With the large-scale construction of railway tunnels in China, the defects of the railway tunnels in operation gradually enter a high-incidence period. The tunnel lining structure is easy to crack, fall block, leak water, frost heaving and other diseases, and the tunnel bottom is easy to sink, bulge, ditch external extrusion and other diseases, which seriously threaten the running safety of trains. Aiming at the problem of tunnel structure diseases, the engineering department usually adopts simple scaffolds and machines for maintenance, so that the construction period is long, the construction cost is high, and the overall construction efficiency is low. The result often can not reach the expected effect, leads to the tunnel disease to appear repeatedly, is difficult to the radical cure, consumes a large amount of manpower, materials and financial resources, has increased maintenance degree of difficulty and work load, seriously influences driving safety and transportation benefit.

Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides the operating railway tunnel detection and maintenance flat car which can be used for detecting and maintaining in a tunnel, has a simple structure and low cost, and can be used for maintaining various diseases.
The invention provides a detection and maintenance flat car for an operation railway tunnel, which comprises:
a vehicle body;
and the running mechanism is arranged on the vehicle body and comprises a wheel mechanism running on the track and a power device driving the wheel mechanism to run.
The invention is further improved in that a transportation platform is arranged on the vehicle body, and the transportation platform is provided with at least one of a lighting module, a personnel transportation module, a machine tool material transportation module, a monitoring module, a drilling module and a pouring module.
The invention is further improved in that the wheel mechanism comprises a driving wheel and a driven wheel, and the driving wheel is connected with the power device and rotates along with the power device;
the driving wheel comprises a shaft connected with the power device, and wheels are arranged on two sides of the shaft.
The invention is further improved in that the power device comprises a driving motor and a power supply device for supplying power to the driving motor;
an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with a speed reducer, and the speed reducer is connected with the shaft through a gear or a chain and drives the shaft to rotate.
A further development of the invention is that the power supply device is a diesel generator.
In a further improvement of the present invention, the power source is a rechargeable battery pack.
The invention is further improved in that the edge of the vehicle body is provided with a fence device.
The invention has the further improvement that the rear end of the vehicle body is provided with a connecting component, and the vehicle body is detachably connected with a detection vehicle through the connecting component; and detecting the railway tunnel defect through the detection vehicle.
The invention has the further improvement that the detection vehicle comprises a detection vehicle frame, and a geological radar is arranged on the detection vehicle frame through an adjustable mounting frame;
the geological radar detection device comprises a detection frame, a plurality of adjustable mounting frames and a geological radar, wherein the plurality of adjustable mounting frames are transversely arranged on the detection frame side by side, and the geological radar on the adjustable mounting frames is used for completing multi-survey-line synchronous detection.
The invention is further improved in that an elastic buffer device is arranged on the connecting component.
The invention is further improved in that a buffer device is arranged between the tractor and the detection vehicle frame.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
the detection and maintenance flat car for the operating railway tunnel can detect and maintain in the tunnel, has a simple structure and low cost, and can maintain various diseases. The rear end of the operation railway tunnel detection and maintenance flat car can be additionally hung with a detection frame, and a detection device is arranged on the detection frame to detect the defects of the railway tunnel.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is clear that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the invention, and not an exhaustive list of all embodiments. And the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a service railway tunnel maintenance platform vehicle according to one embodiment of the invention, which comprises a vehicle body 1, wherein a running mechanism is arranged on the vehicle body 1 and used for driving the vehicle body 1 to run on a track. The running mechanism comprises a wheel 4 mechanism and a power device 2, and the wheel 4 mechanism drives the vehicle body 1 to run on the track under the driving of the power device.
In one embodiment, the car body 1 is provided with a transportation platform on which maintenance materials and maintenance modules are placed. In the present embodiment, the vehicle body 1 is a rectangular flat plate structure, and the upper surface thereof is a rectangular platform. The platform is divided into a plurality of areas, and the illumination module, the personnel transportation module, the machine tool material transportation module, the monitoring module, the drilling module, the perfusion module and the like are respectively arranged on the platform.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the wheel 4 mechanism comprises a driving wheel and a driven wheel, wherein the driving wheel is connected with the power device 2 and rotates along with the power device 2. The driving wheel comprises a shaft 3 connected with the power device 2, and wheels 4 are arranged on two sides of the shaft 3. In the present embodiment, the driving wheel is disposed at one end of the vehicle body 1, and the driven wheel is disposed at the other end, such as the driving wheel disposed at the rear end of the vehicle body 1 and the driven wheel disposed at the front end of the vehicle body 1.
Preferably, the shaft 3 in the driving wheel is a rotating shaft, and the shaft 3 in the driven wheel is a fixed shaft. The end part of the fixed shaft is provided with a bearing 3, the bearing 3 is provided with a bearing 3 head, and the bearing 3 head is provided with a bearing 3 used for connecting a wheel 4. Wheels 4 are arranged on said bearings 3.
In a preferred embodiment, the power supply device is a diesel generator.
In another preferred embodiment, the power supply device is a chargeable and dischargeable battery assembly. In this embodiment, the vehicle body 1 is provided with a battery mounting seat, so that the battery assembly can be conveniently disassembled and assembled. After the maintenance operation is completed, the battery assembly can be detached to replace the battery with sufficient electric quantity, and the detached battery assembly is moved to a charging place to be charged. Therefore, the device is environment-friendly, and the working efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the edge of the vehicle body 1 is provided with a fence device. The safety of materials, personnel and the like on the vehicle body can be protected by arranging the fence, and the safety problem caused by falling of articles or personnel from the vehicle body 1 is avoided.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a connection assembly is provided at the rear end of the vehicle body 1, and the vehicle body 1 is detachably connected to an inspection vehicle through the connection assembly; and detecting the railway tunnel defect through the detection vehicle.
In a preferred embodiment, the detection carriage is provided with a geological radar 7 mounted thereon by means of an adjustable mounting 8. Wherein, set up a plurality of adjustable mounting brackets 8 along transversely side by side on the detection frame, install geological radar 7 on the adjustable mounting bracket 8 accomplishes many survey line synchronous detection. In this embodiment, the number of the support legs is two, and the support legs are respectively provided at both ends of the longitudinal beam 6. The number of the supporting legs can also be multiple, and the supporting legs are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the longitudinal beam 6. Wheels 4 on the support legs can run on the rails. When the tractor starts and stops, the buffer can be formed between the tractor and the detection frame, and the violent collision between the tractor and the detection frame during starting and stopping is avoided.
