Abstract
本发明公开了一种生产三聚氰胺复合地板的方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一:对PVC彩膜进行紫外线照射;步骤二:采用热压工艺将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于PVC彩膜层的上侧且将LVT中料层热压于PVC彩膜层的下侧,从而构成表皮整体;步骤三:将表皮整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于WPC基材层的上侧构成防护整体;步骤四:将防护整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于软木的上侧。本发明的生产三聚氰胺复合地板的方法即强化了地板耐磨性和耐刮性,又兼具轻质和环保的优点,还缩短了生产周期。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种生产三聚氰胺复合地板的方法。
背景技术
随着PVC地板的不断发展与成熟,顾客对产品的性能与要求越来越高。传统的PVC地板的表面是通过紫外线照射的方式来进行处理,实现耐磨及耐刮的性能的,这样的处理方式,其主要缺陷在于:生产出的PVC地板在使用过程中,因紫外线照射增加了地板表面的硬度,很容易出现划伤,大大影响了产品的使用寿命及美观。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种生产三聚氰胺复合地板的方法,采用如下的技术方案:
一种生产三聚氰胺复合地板的方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:对PVC彩膜进行紫外线照射;
步骤二:采用热压工艺将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于PVC彩膜层的上侧且将LVT中料层热压于PVC彩膜层的下侧,从而构成表皮整体;
步骤三:将表皮整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于WPC基材层的上侧构成防护整体;
步骤四:将防护整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于软木的上侧。
进一步地,对PVC彩膜进行紫外线照射的时间为大于等于5分钟且小于等于10分钟。
进一步地,将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于PVC彩膜层的上侧及将LVT中料层热压于PVC彩膜层的下侧的热压温度范围为大于等于130摄氏度且小于等于160摄氏度。
进一步地,将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于PVC彩膜层的上侧及将LVT中料层热压于PVC彩膜层的下侧的热压时间范围为大于等于0.2分钟且小于等于0.4分钟。
进一步地,将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于PVC彩膜层的上侧及将LVT中料层热压于PVC彩膜层的下侧的热压的压力值范围为大于等于700PA且小于等于1000PA。
进一步地,将表皮整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于WPC基材层的上侧构成防护整体的热熔温度值为大于等于170摄氏度且小于等于175摄氏度。
进一步地,将防护整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于软木的上侧的热熔温度值为大于等于170摄氏度且小于等于175摄氏度。
本发明的有益之处在于所提供的生产三聚氰胺复合地板的方法通过先对PVC彩膜进行紫外线照射,然后在通过热压的方式将三聚氰胺耐磨纸和LVT中料层热压于PVC彩膜的上下两侧构成表皮整体,有效提高了PVC彩膜的耐磨性以及韧性。再将表皮整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于WPC基材层的上侧构成防护整体,即强化了地板耐磨性和耐刮性,又兼具轻质和环保的优点。在生产前可大批量生产经过紫外线照射的彩膜层,在生产时无需再对表面进行UV处理,直接可以进行后续加工,大大缩短了生产周期。

以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
如图1所示,为本发明的一种生产三聚氰胺复合地板的方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:对PVC彩膜进行紫外线照射;
步骤二:采用热压工艺将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于PVC彩膜层的上侧且将LVT中料层热压于PVC彩膜层的下侧,从而构成表皮整体;
步骤三:将表皮整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于WPC基材层的上侧构成防护整体;
步骤四:将防护整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于软木的上侧。
具体而言,生产三聚氰胺复合地板的方法通过先对PVC彩膜进行紫外线照射,然后在通过热压的方式将三聚氰胺耐磨纸和LVT中料层热压于PVC彩膜的上下两侧构成表皮整体,有效提高了PVC彩膜的耐磨性以及韧性。再将表皮整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于WPC基材层的上侧构成防护整体,即强化了地板耐磨性和耐刮性,又兼具轻质和环保的优点。在生产前可大批量生产经过紫外线照射的彩膜层,在生产时无需再对表面进行UV处理,直接可以进行后续加工,大大缩短了生产周期。
针对步骤一,先对PVC彩膜进行紫外线照射,以提高PVC彩膜的硬度,从而提高PVC彩膜的耐刮性和耐磨性。
针对步骤二,采用热压工艺将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于PVC彩膜层的上侧,以进一步提高PVC彩膜层的耐磨性,并对PVC彩膜层进行防护,从而延长地板的使用寿命。同时,将LVT中料层热压于PVC彩膜层的下侧,以提高地板的韧性及柔软度,从而使得地板使用的舒适度更高。三聚氰胺耐磨纸、PVC彩膜层和LVT中料层构成一个表皮整体。
LVT既“高端乙烯基地板”,是一种新型的材料,乙烯是一种“弹性”地板,这意味着LVT中料层的质地柔软,有一点点回弹力,当人走在上面感觉非常舒适。
针对步骤三,将表皮整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于WPC基材层的上侧构成防护整体。该防护整体的作为一个完整的防护层对地板进行防护。
针对步骤四,将防护整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于软木的上侧,工艺简单,且粘结力较强。
作为一种优选的实施方式,对PVC彩膜进行紫外线照射的时间为大于等于5分钟且小于等于10分钟。这个时间设置,能够保证对PVC彩膜进行紫外线照射的程度适中,使其即具有一定的硬度实现耐磨性,又不会因照射时间太久而出现过硬导致容易开裂的情况出现。
具体地,对PVC彩膜进行紫外线照射的时间为等于8分钟。
作为一种优选的实施方式,将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于PVC彩膜层的上侧及将LVT中料层热压于PVC彩膜层的下侧的热压温度范围为大于等于130摄氏度且小于等于160摄氏度。这样设置,能够保证在同时热压三聚氰胺耐磨纸和LVT中料层时,其二者经过热压后,与PVC彩膜层之间都具有较强的粘结力,从而保证表皮整体的结构稳定性。
具体地,将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于PVC彩膜层的上侧及将LVT中料层热压于PVC彩膜层的下侧的热压温度值等于150摄氏度。
作为一种优选的实施方式,将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于PVC彩膜层的上侧及将LVT中料层热压于PVC彩膜层的下侧的热压时间范围为大于等于0.2分钟且小于等于0.4分钟。这样设置,能够保证在同时热压三聚氰胺耐磨纸和LVT中料层时,其二者经过热压后,与PVC彩膜层之间都具有较强的粘结力,从而保证表皮整体的结构稳定性。
具体地,将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于PVC彩膜层的上侧及将LVT中料层热压于PVC彩膜层的下侧的热压时间值等于0.3分钟。
作为一种优选的实施方式,将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于PVC彩膜层的上侧及将LVT中料层热压于PVC彩膜层的下侧的热压的压力值范围为大于等于700PA且小于等于1000PA。这样设置,能够保证在同时热压三聚氰胺耐磨纸和LVT中料层时,其二者经过热压后,与PVC彩膜层之间都具有较强的粘结力,从而保证表皮整体的结构稳定性。
具体地,将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于PVC彩膜层的上侧及将LVT中料层热压于PVC彩膜层的下侧的热压的压力值等于900PA。
作为一种优选的实施方式,将表皮整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于WPC基材层的上侧构成防护整体的热熔温度值为大于等于170摄氏度且小于等于175摄氏度。这样设置时为了保证表皮整体与WPC基材层之间具有较强的粘结力。
具体地,将表皮整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于WPC基材层的上侧构成防护整体的热熔温度值等于173摄氏度。
作为一种优选的实施方式,将防护整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于软木的上侧的热熔温度值为大于等于170摄氏度且小于等于175摄氏度。这样设置时为了保证防护整体与WPC基材层之间具有较强的粘结力。
具体地,将防护整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于软木的上侧的热熔温度值等于173摄氏度。

步骤一:对PVC彩膜进行紫外线照射;
步骤二:采用热压工艺将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于所述PVC彩膜层的上侧且将LVT中料层热压于所述PVC彩膜层的下侧,从而构成表皮整体;
步骤三:将所述表皮整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于WPC基材层的上侧构成防护整体;
步骤四:将所述防护整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于软木的上侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生产三聚氰胺复合地板的方法,其特征在于,
对PVC彩膜进行紫外线照射的时间为大于等于5分钟且小于等于10分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生产三聚氰胺复合地板的方法,其特征在于,
将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于所述PVC彩膜层的上侧及将LVT中料层热压于所述PVC彩膜层的下侧的热压温度范围为大于等于130摄氏度且小于等于160摄氏度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的生产三聚氰胺复合地板的方法,其特征在于,
将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于所述PVC彩膜层的上侧及将LVT中料层热压于所述PVC彩膜层的下侧的热压时间范围为大于等于0.2分钟且小于等于0.4分钟。
5.根据权利要求4所述的生产三聚氰胺复合地板的方法,其特征在于,
将三聚氰胺耐磨纸热压于所述PVC彩膜层的上侧及将LVT中料层热压于所述PVC彩膜层的下侧的热压的压力值范围为大于等于700PA且小于等于1000PA。
6.根据权利要求1所述的生产三聚氰胺复合地板的方法,其特征在于,
将所述表皮整体通过热熔胶水胶粘于WPC基材层的上侧构成防护整体的热熔温度值为大于等于170摄氏度且小于等于175摄氏度。
